We arrived with small children early in the morning, after the train, and they don’t even have an elementary hall, they offered to sit in a restaurant, of course there is nowhere for children to sleep there, wooden benches, there is very little space. We wanted to rent a room for half a day, but there were no free ones, we had to put the children to sleep in their dark back room next to the washing machines, I don’t even want to remember it, horror. I think that it is necessary to warn families with children that if you arrive early, take a walk on the street.
5th room in the cottage - entrance from the other side of the street, i. e. if there are children there, it is necessary to dress them every time to eat and sit with friends in the cottage hall. Of course, they didn't warn about it either.
The attendants will sleep with you in the cottage!! ! Audibility is excellent, laughter, conversations - everything is audible. A couple of times they reprimanded them and then spoke with the administration.
Since everything is wooden, then a creak in the floor, cracks in the doors are the norm.
And most importantly - not a single smoke and fire detector!! ! We had a case - they put the children to sleep together in a room that was next to the chimney (we found out later). It’s good that we woke up at night from the smell of smoke when we went into the children’s room - the eyes began to eat away from the smoke, we quickly moved them, called the administration, the stove-maker tried to fix something all night, the noise was all over the cottage, of course no one slept. It turned out that their pipe was rusted and leaked smoke. Of course, no one fixed it before leaving, and every night we got up in turn to check. About the fact that everyone could be banal ugly, we realized only in the morning. Upon arrival home, all the clothes stank of smoke.
To the question - where is the fire alarm - the administration batted its eyes and hinted that all issues with all authorities were settled and there was nothing to panic here, like everything would be resolved if we filed a complaint. In general, we paid less just because we wanted to. We were offered a discount for everyone so ridiculous that we realized that the owners are greedy and are not going to solve problematic issues.
Also, the fireplace did not work all the rest, plus it blew cold from it and we ourselves sealed it with adhesive tape (it was good to have it with us).
Nutrition:
Something edible, something oversalted, but there is not much for children to eat there, we cooked for them ourselves. In any case, some people liked the food, some did not.
But they regularly deceived in the accounts - sometimes they add extra ones, sometimes arithmetic limped, always in their direction.
The area around the hotel is very small, there is nowhere to walk, there are all private buildings around and the local owners (and I understand them) were not particularly allowed to walk there, so if you plan to leave the children in the hotel while you are skiing, then there is nothing for them there, they will sit in the room, take all the toys and entertainment with you!!!
Separately, about the attitude of the administration - if there is no conflict situation, then like everywhere you are a welcome guest, but God forbid something is wrong - and you yourself are left alone with your problems, and you will also listen in the next. In a word, there is no question of any Carpathian hospitality, nothing personal - only money.

The hotel is located on a mountain, the view is beautiful, but walking back and forth for a walk and getting groceries is not convenient, only a car is good. There is no infrastructure. You can take a walk either in the forest, or on the territory of the neighboring Vykrutasy or the Old Time Hotel.
For the same reason, the choice of restaurants is not large. I advise the hotel restaurant Vykrutasy. It's much tastier and the portions are bigger.

One gets the impression that you are not visiting a hotel, but visiting close friends or relatives. I really liked the decoration of the rooms, which was worked on not only by builders, but also, for sure, by artists. It would never have occurred to me for a person of a technical mindset, how from a tree, sawn and not, you can make such beauty. Very beautiful territory of the hotel, several swings and barbecues, colorful benches, beautiful illumination of all this in the evening and at night. I want to note the very good service of the administrator Vitalina, you just wonder where a young girl has so much energy. Her attitude to work fills the rest with even warmer emotions. . My friends and I will definitely visit this cozy place again. Where "Masha and Misha" lived, where primitive people butchered mammoths, where the great Kievan princes made their wise decisions.
