We have been staying at this hotel for several years. Because we are most of the time on the slope, at the hotel we only have breakfast, dinner and sleep. We are not picky about food, we like everything. For this money is quite decent. This is not a restaurant. The price of the rooms is lower than in similar hotels around.

It's very convenient to have your own car rental. The equipment is of a good standard. There are all sizes. We have a large group of adults and children of all ages. All have been selected. We advise everyone.

I will not describe the situation for a long time, I will write specifically what I did not like. 1. Not a friendly lady who refused any requests, the very manner of her communication with customers is simply not acceptable. 2. They did not give towels; 3. Did not see at the request of the iron. 4. Two days out of three there was no hot water; 5.

2. They did not give towels;
3. Did not see at the request of the iron.
4. Two days out of three there was no hot water;
5. Broken TV in the room, which was repaired 3 times only on the first night;
6. Gloomy, unfriendly room, in dark tones, which clearly does not set up for rest;
7. Very strange linen on the beds. which did not even smell close to freshness, it was clear that we are not the first to sleep on it (as a result, slept dressed, and put a towel on the pillow from home)
8. In general, a drop: in the rooms DO NOT CATCH MOBILE COMMUNICATION AT ALL. This is because I just remembered.
9. Not cheap prices in their kitchen (potatoes + cutlet = 50 UAH. ) Not very cheap as for non-cafes.
I WILL NEVER COME THERE AGAIN.

Pluses Large quadruple room, very warm - slept with open windows, normal food, equipment rental. Minuses: - Poor mobile coverage - poor wi-fi coverage - impossible to use in the room - the first ski lift is not 3.5 km away. as indicated in the description, and more than 7 km - some problems with the sewerage, I had to wait for 40 minutes for the water to drain from the shower tray, and only then the next bathed - shabby little tv in room - sockets are all loose, dangerous for children - in the rooms everything is made of wood, but it is not smooth, not processed, you can easily bring splinters.

Rested with friends (5 adults and 2 teenagers) in the hotel "Legend of the Carpathians" from 12/28/13 to 01/03/14. So, in order: 1. For the entire stay, the room was never cleaned. In this connection, before leaving, there was an irresistible desire to evenly scatter all this garbage around the room, including (forgive me for my French) and used toilet paper.

Rested with friends (5 adults and 2 teenagers) in the hotel "Legend of the Carpathians" from 12/28/13 to 01/03/14. So, in order:
1. For the entire stay, the room was never cleaned. In this connection, before leaving, there was an irresistible desire to evenly scatter all this garbage around the room, including (forgive me for my French) and used toilet paper.
2. There is no soundproofing in the rooms. You could sneeze on the first floor and say "bless you" on the third. But here we were "lucky", and we got a room on the 3rd floor, at least no one went over their heads.
3. The food in the hotel is disgusting. On the day of arrival, we were lucky to have a bite of the local borscht, and to our general surprise, the borscht turned out to be lean. Imagine: hospitable Ukraine, bacon and... lean borscht. Breakfasts were almost always cold and meager: scrambled eggs from 1 egg or 1 pancake with cottage cheese, cut into 2 parts for completeness. We decided not to experiment anymore, and ate, so to speak, on the side.
4. The complete absence of any service. One refrigerator per floor (well, it's not so scary), one kettle per floor, which cannot be taken to the room, and most importantly, the absence of a closet or shelf in the room, i. e. there is a bedside table and a TV stand and that's it. Where to fold and hang things remains a mystery, and this is in a junior suite at a price of 1000 hryvnia per day. All the attendants walked around with such faces: they say they came in large numbers here, they interfere with work.
5. The apotheosis of everything turned out to be a local attendant, who, despite the agreements and the prepayment received, contrived (apparently for a little more money) and "sold" the agreed time to someone else. True, the prepayment was returned, but the mood was irrevocably spoiled.
In general, for the resort, I can say the following: apparently the time was chosen by us not well, because. there were a lot of people, the slopes were broken by 12 noon, prices in cafes on the mountain on January 1 grew remarkably three times, taxi drivers became so insolent that they landed people almost on the go in order to be in time everywhere. Roads are terrible! We felt sorry for those who arrived in their cars, because. goodbye suspension.
However, there were some wonderful moments as well. This is, of course, magnificent nature and views from the mountains, as well as a cozy homely cafe / restaurant called "Ra" and "Merry Hutsul". There is absolutely amazing fat, dumplings, borscht, uzvar and wonderful drinks "klukovka" and "kolganovka".
For expenses:
Ski pass: 317 hryvnia (if purchased before 9 am) and 396 hryvnia / day if after. True, until December 31, you could find ski passes from locals for 250-280 hryvnia / day.
Rental: skis - 60-70 hryvnia / day (this is without boots, because they had their own), snowboard - 60-100 hryvnia / day (without boots), a helmet is given free of charge. You won't be allowed on any lift without a helmet.
Taxi: to Bukovel (4-4.5 kilometers from our place) 10 UAH/person.
Food: dined on the mountain - the average bill is 80-100 hryvnia / person, dinner - the average bill is 900-1000 hryvnia for our entire company, including alcohol.
Transfer: since we traveled by railway Moscow - Ternopil, the transfer from Ternopil to Bukovel is 900 hryvnia and 1000 hryvnia in the opposite direction.
In general, the summary is as follows: guys, good old and good Europe is better. This was our first and last experience of visiting Bukovel.
