In Goa for the first time, we thought it would be something not very good, because we took the most budget last-minute ticket. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised, everything is very clean, the renovation is fresh, the walls are all fresh, the furniture is decent, not old, everything in the toilet was perfectly clean, I can’t say anything bad at all. The room is small but cozy, everything is comfortable (maybe we were lucky with the room, we had 102), the view from the windows from all sides is very beautiful. Breakfast in a beautiful well-kept garden, and yes, quite a normal breakfast. Everything is delicious.
There is a photogenic library at the reception))) Cute parrots in the yard create a shower, homely atmosphere. New Year's decoration of the building, and the most stylish in the area) The owners and staff are nice, kind, pleasant people, they did not check us out at the appointed time, but allowed us to wait for the transfer for an extra half day without any problems. They obviously love their guest house and look after it and the territory.
The sea is relatively not far away even on foot (15 minutes), and on a moped so 5 minutes. There are a lot of good cafes and eateries along the way, I especially liked it on the way to the Pavillion beach (family restaurant), it looks like an ordinary street cafe, the prices are lower than anywhere else, well, they cook very tasty, and the serving and serving is even better))), there is a Russian-speaking admin, very a nice person, and gives more portions if necessary and makes discounts himself), the beach is gorgeous, honestly... there are not many people, the water is really clear, clean, the beach is cleaned every day. Even the dogs are adorable. And there was no cow poop anywhere. At the evening market you can buy shrimp, 5 kg for 1200 rupees we managed to take, fresh. And the hotel prepared them for us for 500 rupees.
