We stayed at this hotel in December 2018. None of the staff speak Russian. Settled in a room on the first floor. The smell of mold and damp knocks down immediately upon opening the door to the room. The room is very small 10-12 m2. Madame from the reception after registration immediately collapsed into our room and began to ask for a tip.

The room is very small 10-12 m2. Madame from the reception after registration immediately collapsed into our room and began to ask for a tip. To our words about the smell, she said: "You have such a room booked. The smell will disappear. " The smell did not disappear for all 11 nights. Those with children paid extra for her to move to a room on the floor above. No Wi-Fi. Breakfast in India is acceptable. The location is good But the SMELL IS SOMETHING. . . I would not recommend anyone to breathe mold and dampness every night.

We rested from April 5 to April 15.2017. The hotel is not very bad. To the sea, 5-7 minutes. But it is better to walk not in a straight line from the hotel, but turn a little to the left, there are better necks (cafes), Wi-Fi is smart and the beach is cleaner. They responded positively to our request - to provide a room with two beds (we wrote our request here, on the site, since we were traveling alone with an adult son).

They responded positively to our request - to provide a room with two beds (we wrote our request here, on the site, since we were traveling alone with an adult son). We met at the reception desk with a nice compliment - a glass of sprite. We settled quickly, but due to the fact that we were driving from the airport along the way carrying other tourists, we didn’t have time for breakfast.
Pros: cleaning every day (change of linen, towels, addition of soap accessories and toilet paper), drinking water 1 liter per person per day, tea accessories (tea, coffee, sugar, cream, dry juice) - every day. In our room (205, on the second floor) there was: a refrigerator, a fan, air conditioning, a safe, a TV (there are no Russian channels, so they didn’t turn it on at all). Taken with breakfast. For breakfast: scrambled eggs, toast, butter, jam, tea, coffee, plus Indian cuisine. The staff is helpful and friendly. The pool is clean, open from 08.00 to 20.00. Then chlorine. The restaurant has a large selection of dishes that you can order directly to the pool. There are no insects in the rooms. There is an odorless fumigator in the room. No loud intrusive music. There are two local turtles that are taken out for a walk to the pool, nice.
Cons: there are no Russian-speaking staff, as it was written earlier. But even with a little knowledge of English, you can explain yourself. Wifi is terrible. It crashes constantly, plus it requires constant updating of the password, which is not issued by the receptionist. The phone still somehow pulls, laptop and tablets do not. Terribly strained aroma - lamps and the smell of detergents on the territory of the hotel. The staff tries to remove the smell of moisture, but the mixture of smells is so oversaturated that we just pinched our noses. In the evening, mosquito coils were also lit. Another negative is very loud staff at night and early in the morning. They wash the dishes, watch movies at full volume, in the morning (at 4-5 in the morning) they start cleaning, shouting to each other. There is no information about the departure at the reception desk. That is why we were awakened two hours earlier and we were going in a hurry.
In general, if I went to Calangute again, I would choose THIS hotel, but you need to ask for a room on the 3rd floor. It has a terrace, pool view and is quieter.
Room Tip: Choose not the 3rd floor of the wooden building. Quieter, better view, terrace.

To the sea 150-200 meters, but the hotel is not on the beach, but you need to walk along the main street. There are a lot of sheks on the beach. Boutique hotel, small area but clean and stylish. Cafes, shops nearby. Nice rooms in the tree. Suitable for families with children, and for young people.
