We were settled in the Andinna hotel by a travel agency. Location in a quiet countryside suburb. To get out in the evening in the center had to order a taxi. It is new, with a good repair, but there is no elevator, we had to lift our suitcases to the third floor, there were no assistants. We got number 9, which had a persistent smoky smell.

It is new, with a good repair, but there is no elevator, we had to lift our suitcases to the third floor, there were no assistants. We got number 9, which had a persistent smoky smell. The breakfast was also very disappointing. Not a buffet, but an order that had to wait a long time in line. And the breakfast itself is meager and tasteless, pancakes overcooked in old oil, covered with a mountain of powdered sugar. It seems that the hotel has one frying pan and one tile. Plates were brought one or two at a time and the wait for breakfast turned into 40 minutes with coffee cooling down. I do not recommend choosing this hotel. And to her travel agency, which settled us in this hotel, she also sent a recommendation to refuse to cooperate with him.

A small cozy hotel (14 rooms) located in the private sector near the center. Therefore, on the one hand - quiet and fresh air, on the other - the lack of public transport (10 minutes walk to the nearest one). To the beginning of the center - 20 minutes on foot. Very friendly staff. If a room is available, they check in earlier than 12-00 without any problems.

Very friendly staff. If a room is available, they check in earlier than 12-00 without any problems. Spacious comfortable room, clean, everything is new. The photos on the website of the hotel itself are completely true. It's nice that the owners do not save on trifles: furniture, plumbing, towels, dishes, etc. of good European quality. The restaurant (rather a cafe, because the room is quite small) is open from 08-30 to 20-00. Breakfast is not included in the price, so if necessary, you need to make an order the night before from the proposed list. The food is very tasty and served with style (we also had dinner a couple of times, we made an order in advance for a certain time, so as not to wait). Prices, however, are a bit high for Chernivtsi. You can only pay for food in cash, which is not very convenient. You can also pay for the room with a card, but at the same time they take a commission, it seems 5% - we have not encountered this anywhere else. In addition to 10-12 Ukrainian channels, the room has satellite TV, but we still did not understand how it works: there were no instructions in the room about this. We independently found a bunch of Arabic channels and not a single Russian-speaking one. The hotel has a small but good swimming pool with warm water (+25-27оС), an excellent sauna and a hammam. We got a lot of pleasure from water procedures, in addition, this is a great pastime for an autumn evening when it gets dark early. You can only order a pool, but it was uncomfortable to get out of the water, because the temperature in the room was cool, and there was nowhere to warm up. It should be taken into account that they quote the price for the pool + sauna per hour (with a minimum order of 1.5 hours), so the bill for this service turned out to be much higher for us than we expected. The hotel has a small but cozy area with gazebos. Summary: a pleasant hotel in all respects. Recommended.
