We stayed at this hotel from 20 to 31 July 2017. Wonderful place !! ! If we go to Sudak again, then only to this hotel. Very clean, neat and unobtrusive. The pool is small, but very handy, it was constantly cleaned. The hosts are very pleasant and friendly. There is a kitchen with everything you need and a dining room where you can eat right there.

In the courtyard there is a playground, which was cleaned every day. There is also a barbecue and a large table for a large company. The view from the windows of the rooms is wonderful on the mountains!! ! And the air is just amazing and healing!! ! There is always cold and hot water. On the way to the beach there are many shops and an excellent restaurant type dining room with very pleasant and cheap prices !! ! We want to wish prosperity and many guests to this hotel !! ! We only have words of gratitude and no negativity, and we have something to compare in Sudak with !!! !

The staff is always interested in whether everything is in order with us and if we have any wishes. Were from 8 to 20 June 2017. We had two children with us (5 and 1 years old), this hotel was chosen just because of the children, because the hotel has a swimming pool (for a one-year-old daughter we were also provided with a small inflatable pool) and a playground, plus the hotel is a little away from the center and noisy discos, we slept peacefully, and no music bothered us. The hotel has a good kitchen, with all the equipment and utensils. And not unimportant - a highchair for feeding! On the territory there are two swings, a sandbox, a lot of toys, everything for a barbecue (an awning is pulled, so we grilled a barbecue even in the rain) Not far from the hotel there is an excellent dining room (inside it’s more like a restaurant) where it’s clean, tasty, not expensive and there is also a huge playground and a room with a nanny (you can safely eat and not worry about the child) Let's return to the hotel, the hostess Milan and Nikolai are the sweetest people, very friendly, I remember them with warmth. Administrator Natasha is always helpful, very responsive and nice girl. Of the minuses, it’s not 5 minutes to the sea, of course, when we walked for the first time it seemed that it was very far away, but on the second day we realized that this was not so, we just needed to find a short way, with a stroller, without hurrying we reached in 15 minutes. The hotel itself can only highlight the pluses, the interior, the service is far from sovdep, everything is modern and tasteful, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Internet works well throughout the hotel. I advise you to take a room with a terrace, it's great to put the children to bed, go out on the terrace at night with your husband, talk, drink a glass of wine... pleasant memories. The pool has never been cleaned and there is always sand at the bottom. Neither TV nor internet worked satisfactorily. It is a pity for the hostess's husband, who invested the accumulated money in the hotel and tries to maintain it in a decent external condition, but with this level of service the hotel will not work for a long time. It's a pity for your spent nerves, although the nature of the Crimea partially compensated for the disappointment with the hotel.

To be honest, I did not expect such a modest hotel at first glance to be so comfortable and hospitable. It had absolutely everything for a perfect family vacation, and, as they say, nothing more. Cozy, comfortable, calm. It can be seen that the staff is trying - and the linen is changed often, and they smile all the time.
