At the same time, the difference in elevation is 40 m between sea level and the villa. It may seem like a short distance, but it actually turns out to be a real hell when you have to climb up the mountain in the afternoon after the beach.

The second time on the beach there is absolutely no desire and, most importantly, the strength to go. They talk about a short path, but in reality this path between the villas does not make the distance shorter. Due to the fact that the hotel is located on the edge of the city and only the mountain is higher, walking on the embankment, you are constantly in suspense from the upcoming climb up the mountain. In summer in Montenegro, as well as throughout Europe, it is very hot even late at night and returning home late, especially after drinking alcohol, it is difficult to get home.

Only the owners of the villa near their house have it. And this is in 2018!!!
3. The room in which we were settled was very small, located on the top floor. The advantage of this room is a sea view. BUT, there is no canopy on the balcony and therefore the sun constantly shines on it, you can only sit late at night, looking into the darkness and the hotel under construction. Is there any sense in such a plus? Cons - a very small room, there is one bed and that's it, there is no division into zones, a kitchen in the bedroom, a bedroom in the kitchen. We want to talk about cleaning - they were rarely cleaned, the bed was changed once, liquid soap ran out three days before departure (there were 10 nights), toilet paper is also a problem
4. With regards to the presence of grocery stores in close proximity, Montenegrin markets. There is not a single store in the immediate distance from the hotel.
You have to go down to Wally or Aroma, you can’t quickly go for some missing product, since any descent or ascent is given almost at the cost of life
5. There is a separate question for checking the rooms, as upon entering the room we encountered a non-working shower and had to ask the owners to fix this problem
Conclusion: Honestly, this villa does not correspond to class A at all, as it is written on the JoinUp website, high location from the sea (only mountains are higher, it does not have a pleasant pastime at the sea), the lack of Internet in 2018 is nonsense, shops are very far away (going for beer is not seems possible). We do not recommend this hotel. In Petrovac, choose a hotel at least 2 times closer to the sea.

The furniture is basically normal, but the old lamp screwed to the bed spoils the whole impression.
Going to the sea is very far and climbing up from the sea is very inconvenient when it is very hot. One thing is wonderful is the Lucica beach, very beautiful, but 1.5 km from the villa. The beauties of the nature of Montenegro, of course, overshadow all these inconveniences in the villa, but if you are offered this villa for little money, then you can go, for big money you should not give this villa away. We lived in apartments, there were all conditions for cooking. Cleaning was carried out once every two days, towels and bedding changed, garbage was taken away every day. Maid Sarah is helpful and does her job well. Separately, I will say for the guide: Svetlana is an illiterate person who does not know how to work with people, repeating that we are resting in economy class and she always has to run to a luxury hotel, she also has work there. Not at all able to tell and interest excursions. Rude and unfriendly, not having received proper education and the proper level of knowledge, so superficially educated. In principle, we were satisfied with the rest, because we rested and went on excursions away from our guide.

The room is clean, spacious, its own kitchen with all accessories. The double bed and sofa bed are comfortable. Claims only to the pillows.

In a humid and hot climate, it was very difficult to climb. There is no cleaning at all, there is a broom and a scoop for self-service in the corridor, the only thing is that the garbage is taken out every day.

We lived on the 2nd floor, in the room - a large balcony with a table and a couple of chairs. Drinking tea or having breakfast there is a pleasure, the air is clean, lemons, pomegranate, magnolia and many flower bushes grow in the garden of the villa.
They pick up properly. Towels are changed every 3 days. When settling for 7 days, the bed is not changed, when settling for 10 or more - change every 5 days.
Wifi is free, just ask for the password when you check in. Catches well on the balcony, worse in the room.
The hosts are nice people, they don't speak Russian/Ukrainian or English. In principle, we can understand each other.
Check-out is at 10 am. At the same time, the moment was not thought out that the flight may be late and the tour operator's bus is scheduled for 14-15:00. They shrug their shoulders and offer to leave the suitcases just on the street in front of the building. This moment spoiled the overall impression.
