When booking this hotel through booking, they wanted to remove the reservation from my card, although this is not mentioned anywhere. I received an SMS stating that the payment did not go through, because there were not enough funds on my card (I do not store money on the card).
Then a representative of the hotel contacted me, his name is Yuri Alexandrovich G. (name in the Sberbank application online), and offered to make an advance payment by transfer to the card. Which I did, after inquiring about the return of the reservation in case of my refusal. In response, I received information that the money will be returned to me at any time. The reservation was made on May 14 (the planned travel date is from July 12 to 14). On July 8, I warned Yuri Alexandrovich G. about the possible cancellation of the reservation, saying that I would give the final answer within three days. The answer was: "please decide, inform. " On July 11, he informed Yuri about the cancellation of the trip, to which he received the following response: “according to the booking rules, an advance payment must be made 2 weeks before arrival in the amount of the cost of the first night and is not refundable upon cancellation of the reservation. I went to meet you and took an advance payment of only 1000 rubles, instead of 4000 rubles. The advance payment is non-refundable. Thanks". This, of course, surprised me, since Yuri said when booking that there would be no problems with the return (see his answer above). Unfortunately, I didn't get my refund.
So like this. For the hotel turned out to be more expensive money - 1000 r than the reputation! I wish them prosperity.

Rested with family and friends for Shrovetide this year. Basically everything worked out. The hosts are responsive people. The hotel is new, everywhere is clean and tidy, the area is being developed, a very good sauna. The rooms are a little small, but you can stay for a few days. Prices are pretty moderate.
