When we checked into the room, they claimed that there was gas in the room and you could cook, but after shopping for products that are not cheap in Dubai, I decided to cook, and it turned out that there was no gas in the room. On the first day they cleaned the room, and on the second day they forgot, they cleaned the room only after I called the reception. Not very pretty. 3. And most importantly!! ! After a long walk under the air conditioners, I got sick and lay with a temperature in the room. On this day, the boys came to clean the room, in the evening I found that my purse was gone, and I immediately called the reception. To which they answered me, maybe I forgot it somewhere, to which I replied that I didn’t forget it anywhere, it was stolen from my room. They said that they would look in the storage room where all the things that were forgotten by the guests were collected. They checked and they said it wasn't there. I agreed to check their recordings for video surveillance in order to make sure and convince them that my partmone had been stolen after all. They did all this for a very long time, all this time I was in the hall near the reception in the cold and with a temperature. After checking, they answered that I left the room 2 times and 2 times I had a partmone in my hands. I said that I left the room 3 times. But they stood their ground. I asked them to call the boys who were cleaning my room to ask about the loss, to which they replied that they would not do this. They ended up searching my room!! ! and what after that killed me at all, they began to blame my mother !! ! To which I lost my temper and said that we don’t have this and can’t have it, that it goes beyond all boundaries, that we are also believers and God-fearing people. I asked to call the police, which they resisted for a long time, and after my screams and insistence, they still called the police. I cried because all my money and cards were there, I asked them to call the boys who cleaned the room, but I didn’t see any real action. After that I asked who owns the hotel, I wanted to write a letter to the Sheikh about the disgrace and indifference of the staff!! ! I started looking for embassy numbers. As a result, the police arrived and asked only how I felt, and they said that they would watch the cameras. I said that I don't trust anyone anymore. After a long experience, tears and nerves, they called me and asked me to go down to the hall again. In the hall on the table lay my partmone. I checked all the money and the card was in place. I asked where they found it. And who is to blame anyway? They said that I supposedly left a PARTMONE IN THE HALL ON THE TABLE of a woman who rents a table there and advertises the sale of fur coats. Her name is Inna. Then why didn't it get into the storage room?? ? As a result, I was asked to sign a document in Arabic, where there was not even a translation, not into English, not into Russian, I asked what it was, they answered me that this was a document that I had no claim. All the same, I signed it because I was not in my country and no longer believed anyone, I wanted it all to end. The head of security said that, after all the proceedings, he would personally call me in the morning and tell me who was to blame, that they were still investigating this case. But I was there for another 4 days, no one approached me and they didn’t explain anything. I think the only thing that saved me was that I didn’t go outside the hotel at all that day, and that I called the police. Since before the arrival of the police for a long 3 hours, the alleged investigation of their head of security had no results. Nerves and impressions about the hotel and the country were spoiled forever!! ! How can you be so rude to your customers. All the same, I left my partmone in a room in another room, and slept in the bedroom! And no one entered the room except for the hotel staff. Our relatives who had a 5 star holiday in Turkey rated this hotel and said that it is much better and cleaner. We took only breakfast, but once had lunch - the food is varied and very tasty. Cons - free internet only at breakfast, terribly buggy with all available gadgets. We didn’t understand the principle of cleaning and changing towels - there were 5 of us, they gave 3 large towels and there were no medium ones for the kitchen every other time, until the husband had a fight and went himself to get as much as we need. We decided to appease the cleaners, they left 10 dirhams for cleaning, so 3 times, the result on the day when they left the day was almost not cleaned, when they didn’t leave everything they licked it, it remained a mystery to us !!! ! There is a dishwasher and dishes in the kitchen, so here is the washing they brought it on the last day, although they asked from the settlement, they didn’t use the stove, there was no time. Water, tea and coffee replenished regularly. 2 times they bought the Internet for 30 AED for 2 hours, once it worked for 30 minutes, the second for 20 minutes, after finding out, they gave us 3 days around the clock for free, thanks, of course, but we didn’t use it much. It is very convenient that the hotel is located near the metro station and the transition. The room was large and we didn't interfere with each other. If we go, we want to stay there again, we just need to immediately voice our requirements.
