The second time we escaped from Manila and again to Batangas. The islands beckoned, but when there is the same sea 2 hours away, it’s too lazy to fly somewhere far away. The hotel has a huge protected area. More precisely, the hotel is located at the very end of the territory with private houses, villas, etc. if you suddenly need to buy something that is not in the hotel, this is not an option - there you only need to drive for 20 minutes through a closed area, and then back to the city. This is perhaps a small but minus. If you want fun, disco, parties and a big company, bring it with you. There is no such thing. The maximum that awaits you is live music at dinner.
By the way, the food is very good. The menu has everything your heart desires. You can bring and drink your own alcohol anywhere in the territory.
The staff, as everywhere in the Philippines, is smiling, responsive, if you need help, they will help. With any questions and claims to them. Wi-Fi works well, catches everywhere (alas, now this is almost the main aspect of choosing hotels among young people).
The Infinity pool is big and beautiful. The road to the beach is down stairs, the beach is not equipped and the gate to it was generally closed during our stay. When asked why the staff made me laugh with the answer - they say there is a pool, why do you need a beach. I also have a pool in my apartments in Manila, I wanted the sea. In a word, the beach, which is near the main building down the stairs, is very personal. The second beach is further away and you can't swim there now. They are building something around and the water is muddy, and they have not cleaned it for a long time. But there is another beautiful pool. There is also mini golf, tennis courts and a playground. For lovers of playing big golf - there is a huge field across the road from the hotel.
During our stay at the hotel there were at most 10-15 people, including local residents, couples of Arabs and women from England. Silence and peace. After noisy Manila, this is what you need.
On the way back to Manila, we stopped by a pineapple farm. That's very beautiful. And pineapple fresh, which will be prepared for you right there, believe me, you have not drunk anything like this in any country in the world. It took about 10 minutes on the farm until all the locals and their children took pictures with us (these are the Philippines guys))) for which they presented us with two large and one small pineapples, and we, in turn, gave the children sweets and chocolates, everything, as they say, that we found in bags. But the positive is huge.
