We arrived and as soon as we left the airport, the Egyptian guide told us - “it happened here, you can’t imagine, you will be sent to a Super-duper hotel, there is wow food, wow service and wow-wow there” We asked why not in domina_koral, we were told that something happened there, but that they don’t say and they won’t take it ......there is a very long story ..... as a result, they settled in a bad hotel, namely the Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort.

When We arrived there and started to sort it out, we were told this premium hotel and VIP-level hotel and this and that, but we went to our hotel and there were only 3 people, all the rest remained. And then when they met the others on the bus/airport, they started to say that they were told that this hotel costs 300 thousand for two or three, well, they say it is very expensive. But in this hotel there is no sea, no beach, NO normal sunbeds, the territory is small, it is very stepped, even the dining room is small.
There is no spacious clean beach, no open reef coast. And the food is ordinary as in all of Egypt. Therefore, marketing works well here, people are just delighted that they were placed in a different hotel and said that this is a "vip hotel".

However, when asked to help sign up for an a la carte restaurant, I heard SO much negativity! One girl said it wasn't her job and that she didn't get enough money to do it. Since May, the menu in the Basilico restaurant has been updated, which cannot but rejoice. Great variety and possibility of dining by the sea. I asked to change my room the next day. I was offered another room, then they showed it to me and I agreed, moreover, I was told to prepare my things by 12.00 for transfer to another room. So, not at 12.00, not at 13.00 no one came. I repeatedly called the reception and asked when they would come and transfer things, to which they answered that in 10 minutes someone from the staff would come and transfer the suitcases, and then in general, like not understanding the Russian language, they began to hang up. Cautiously going into the room, we saw that the floor in the room was still wet, the wife wanted to sit on a chair in desperation, but there were some crumbs and rubbish! It feels like we got into the basement, the room was on the ground floor in front of the window people were passing by. By the way, we have never seen a guest relay in its place, only in the restaurant there was no place to wait for help, we went to change the number ourselves. The main restaurant was like this: the smell of food waste or what unpleasant odors. Carts with dirty dishes and bags of waste in front of your face are constantly moving around the hall at the level of your eyes and mouth when you eat, everywhere there is dirt on the floor and a feeling of unsanitary conditions, soft sofas along the walls, they probably forgot when they were dry-cleaned, they are all in spilled drinks or leftovers food. The staff does not have time to clean up the dishes - for all the time they offered drinks at one time, full self-service queue for a drink, all around the queue - they give out paper napkins one per person.

On the positive side, there were sanitizers on every table. The quality of food and variety is weak all the same, we were 11 days, management organization is disgusting. Fresh when you do not press. The staff is not trained to work and communicate with guests, there is not enough staff for cleaning, can you walk around the hall with plates in search of a free or clean table, there are few who didn’t have time to enter the restaurant, is it hot outside?
We only had breakfast in connection with such situations in the main restaurant and dined only in Ala carte restaurants: if you still come to this hotel, this will be your salvation. The rooms are clean and tidy and the room has absolutely everything even new toothbrushes and toothpaste...

Food - everyone is very worried about this issue. Breakfast is an ordinary breakfast like in all of Egypt, but there are 4 types of fresh juice to choose from, there are a huge number of rolls and croissants and delicious coffee : ) Lunch - the choice is not great but you will not be hungry, by the way I saw borscht, which surprised me. Dinner here and octopus and crabs and several types of meat. every day you can sign up for one of 4 a la carte restaurants. I really liked Indian and Thai. Very tasty, really, really.

Alcohol is local but good quality.
People managed to reach a state of restlessness by dinner...Cola drinks, fanta all from bottles, they give bottled schweppes. Draft beer is delicious.

Animation - they try to see that there are a lot of new guys, but everyone is very active, every day on the beach from 10 you will have something to see. Almost every day on the beach, acrobats, then dancing, there was even throwing dye))) Fire show - I have been visiting Egypt several times a year since 2009, it was the best fire show. there is nothing new here, just the right choice of music)

There is a Dive Center on the beach - there is Sergey (Director of the Sea), a very pleasant and sociable person. He will tell you and show you where to dive and where to swim. Prices are the same everywhere, but the person honestly says that it is worth the money.

Beach - the beach is frankly not my format, I love it with palm trees, but here it's just sand with umbrellas.

The sea - who complained that there was no fish, the guys in the storm, there will be no fish anywhere. When the sea calms down, everything is like everywhere else in Sharm, plus two young stingrays live there. I didn’t find a turtle) The pontoon, by the way, is excellent with 3 entrances.

As for the staff - I didn’t have a question for the staff at all in this hotel, any of your appeals immediately solve your issue. Very friendly and talkative, while no one will impose on you and no one will turn their noses in anticipation of the dollar. Very, very well built staff, here in general is above all praise.
