We were traveling as a family, two adults and two children, chose this hotel based on reviews and really liked the slides and their number. The hotel positions itself as a family hotel with its own water park. We were in anticipation of an unforgettable vacation, in principle, we got it - unforgettable - the worst vacation.
We took off from Boryspil at 3 o'clock in the morning, 4 hours of flight and we got into the summer.
We arrived at the hotel by 8 in the morning, we were checked in at the reception, we left our luggage and went to breakfast, I was immediately surprised that the hotel did not particularly adhere to quarantine standards, the buffet, as before, all the guests put food on their own, everything is available, everyone takes one and the same spoon, masked staff, guests without. Well, okay, we didn't worry too much about it.
Then we were settled, the room was spacious, we had a family room, a two-room suite overlooking the pool and water park, the room was clean, but of course it was already worn out, handles, doors, and the bathroom had not been renovated for a long time. There is a kettle, tea and water in the room. I asked for an iron, they brought it to me, but it turned out that the sockets did not work, they called the reception, the administrator came, said everything was ok, left, there was light - the sockets did not work, then he came again, already with the manager, Mr. Manu or Mine, so and they didn’t understand how his name sounds right, he began to explain in a raised voice that everything was working, we weren’t doing everything right, in general we didn’t understand each other on the first day, and a conflict had already formed, the outlets were working.

Parents, be vigilant, there are dangerous slides and if something happens, then help is provided belatedly (if at all). And after they sewed up our heads, they call us to the reception, I don’t remember everything clearly, everything was in a fog, they begin to say that they will evict us, that we are problem customers.
When asked where to evict, the answer is: figure it out yourself, take your things and go out, an hour to vacate the room, or sign a paper that you have no complaints about the hotel and remove the bracelet, change it to a child. This means that you can eat, but only non-alcoholic drinks. In general, at first we don’t sign anything, we want to return to the room to drink medicine, but when we arrive at the room, it turns out to be blocked, they blocked the card, our things are there, but we can’t go in. We returned to the reception, they say - yes, we have blocked your number, either an hour to check out, or sign a document. We had no choice but to sign the document, of course, we understood that in this way the hotel disclaims responsibility for the daughter's broken head.
Then we had complaints that the child was crying at 23:00, because we returned from Naama Bay at 22:30 and after that I applied burn cream to my son (5 years old) and naturally he cried, for about 5 minutes.
My birthday fell just on vacation, of course, everything was already spoiled and there was absolutely no mood. Then a new rule appeared: you can’t take pictures in a hotel, that is, I do exercises, my husband takes pictures of me on the phone, they come up to him and say: you can’t take pictures. If Mr. Manu (Mine) sees, there will be problems. We spent the rest of the holiday almost all the time at the sea in the hotel where the bus from our hotel takes us, this is the Charmilion Club Resort, if only because we didn’t see the boorish attitude of the administration.
So in general, the sea is good, but we got there when there was a wind and there was a red flag 3 times, you can’t swim, the animation in the hotel is good, cheerful, groovy, guys from different countries, I also want to highlight the bartender Mike, he is very kind and makes delicious cocktails , no one else in the hotel can do that, the staff in the restaurant is also polite, there is a red-haired waiter, I don’t remember his name, he is very attentive.
The food in the restaurant is monotonous, almost every day the same thing. We did not sign up for a la carte restaurants, as there was no longer any desire, and no one offered.
About cleaning in the room: they cleaned badly, didn’t change empty shampoo jars to full ones until we threw them all in the trash, they didn’t add toilet paper until it was completely gone, the stains around the sink were all 7 days, furnished 1 dollar 3 times , in these cases, they laid out a swan for us, and everything else was the same.
On the day of departure, we had a transfer at 14:30, at 12:00 we checked out of the room, they didn’t give us lunch, thanks at least they fed the children. At 12:00 they cut off our bracelets and that's it, you can't even drink water.
To summarize: the hotel was remembered for the danger of slides in the water park, when my daughter was sewn up her head, we were told that every day they sew someone up, that yesterday the girl's eyebrow was sewn up, the day before yesterday her lip.
And the hotel is not responsible and does not try to eliminate these problems and make the slides safer, as well as its inhospitality, rudeness of the administration, including Mr. Manu (Mine), disrespect for guests, again by the reception staff. The rest of the staff is good. The boorish guide Akram, who shouted to me on the phone that he was waiting for us to leave the hotel. He did not solve our questions and problems, but created them. Well, a spoiled vacation, which was very long-awaited in our difficult quarantine times.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!
Our rooms were family rooms with two small rooms, where awesome mattresses and bedding.
The hotel area is not big, but everything is conveniently located. We found the main restaurant, Italian and Indian. Then they moved everything to one restaurant and it was not very good. The main restaurant was getting more and more comfortable. When only Indian began to work... it was not the same.
The hotel is located on the third line. The bus carries to the sea every hour, not often, but somehow adjusted. The sea is awesome and warm. From the pontoon you can see the reef and all the beauty of the Red Sea.
Special attention will be paid to the staff, who tried very hard. Cool bartenders Shady and Mahmoud. They make great cocktails and pour as much as you need.
