We wanted to have dinner at the restaurant, but faced with terrible rudeness of the staff. The hall was empty, but the waitress herself did not come up. We were rude and just kicked out of the hotel. To say we were shocked is an understatement. We just freaked out! Such an attitude towards customers in a 3 * hotel is simply not permissible!

Cleaned in our absence, everything is fine.
We saw the administrator at the check-out, but otherwise we did not intersect with the staff during this time, and this suited us.
Room: we loved it, it was nice and comfortable. We came with a baby - they gave us a room with an increased area, put a crib (a baby blanket, a mattress and a pillow with bedding - everything was given out), at our request they brought a kettle to the room.
Very pleasant interior, decoration, textiles, excellent sous, everything is clean and beautiful. Extremely comfortable bed with good linens, fresh towels every day. In the bathroom there were already gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper - every day the used was replaced. There is a hairdryer, refrigerator, TV. I was pleased with the heated floor, decorative pillows, very comfortable chairs, a floor lamp and lamps - it was very comfortable. And every day they brought a bottle of mineral water to the room.
Cleanliness: the room was cleaned, but it was noticeable only in the bathroom, the bed was not touched, but overall it was clean. One day they even caught washing the windows outside the room.
Meals: the food in the restaurant is good, but nothing special. Prices correspond to the declared level of the restaurant. The portions are not too big, and after a free breakfast we still went to their own kiosk for shawarma - to eat up.
Miscellaneous The window of our room overlooked the garden, we enjoyed the sounds of nature - frogs croaking, birds singing, roosters crow in the morning - beauty!
Very close to the beach, river bank. It is also very pleasant there, but there are not enough benches or chairs to sit and admire the river. There is a playground, rental of all sorts of things, enclosures with pheasant chickens, a bathhouse, a billiard club. In the courtyard you can comfortably park the car, but so far there is not enough greenery and comfort.
The hotel itself is very well located - a half-minute walk from the center, there is a Khvilinka supermarket very close, it is close and pleasant to go to the resort part of the city, but still not on the main street, the territory is isolated, quiet and calm.
Wishes:
-I would like to have a tea set and a kettle in the room
- breakfasts on time - if you have agreed to serve breakfast at 9 am, then at 9 it should be ready, and we did not come at 9 and wait until 10 until they cook and serve it to us
- there is a lack of a chest of drawers - it is convenient to use a wardrobe with hangers only for the clothes that are on the trempel, but it would be more convenient to put small things in the drawers of the chest of drawers.
