The main problem is that there is no owner.
Alexander - boor.
for 2 days at the hotel we changed 3 rooms (forced).
First: after taking a shower, they noticed a puddle in the room that was flowing from the side of the shower. Then the electric wires began to crackle, which were flooded with water in the panels....The administrator called the owner, who came with great displeasure and cut off the wires or what, I don’t know for sure.
We were upgraded to an economy room.
We refunded the difference within 1 day.
The next day we decided not to carry things to the standard and asked to return the difference for the second day.
The owner was rude to me on the phone and refused to return, they say move to the standard.
We moved because it has a bathroom. Because the bathroom in the corridor was closed and the administrator could not find the key. . .
To fasten the floors, the audibility in the hotel is terrible, the clock does not work, it is abandoned... There were practically no people. There are 7 rooms in total.
The door in the junior suite did not close, they were repairing it.
The front desk girls are friendly, helpful and efficient. Thanks to them (Rita and Lena). The breakfast is delicious.
I do not recommend this hotel.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! !
