We were upgraded to an economy room.
We refunded the difference within 1 day.
The next day we decided not to carry things to the standard and asked to return the difference for the second day.
The owner was rude to me on the phone and refused to return, they say move to the standard.
We moved because it has a bathroom. Because the bathroom in the corridor was closed and the administrator could not find the key. . .
To fasten the floors, the audibility in the hotel is terrible, the clock does not work, it is abandoned... There were practically no people. There are 7 rooms in total.
The door in the junior suite did not close, they were repairing it.
The front desk girls are friendly, helpful and efficient. Thanks to them (Rita and Lena). The breakfast is delicious.
I do not recommend this hotel.

Already twice stayed in England, in different rooms, were very satisfied. The hotel pulls on a solid 4, and given the sad experience with other local hotels - 4+. Clean and spacious rooms, pleasant service and delicious home cooking. After reviewing the reviews on this site, it seemed that a successful first stay was accidental.

With all the negative cited - both times that we lived in England, all rooms were occupied ( and there are quite a few hotels in Boryspil), which only means that the information is not taken literally by us, clients, but is still analyzed. Accordingly, there was no one to issue documents on the settlement either. We arrived at another building, and this is a completely different hotel, which is more like a den. We call them back, we say that this does not suit us, the girl turns on the fool and hands over the phone to the administrator. He obviously doesn't know how to talk to people, he is homicidal and tries to prove that we are wrong about something. In general, we found another hotel. I do not recommend the hotel England!! ! And I assure you that there are other hotels in Boryspil that are cheaper and with friendly staff and normal service. England is a shame for the whole of Ukraine!!!!!! !

He says that there is another building nearby, 3 MINUTES away, that wants to settle us there. But on the way we passed only one motel for intimate meetings (to put it mildly). We think maybe in the other direction, but no, he is taking us there. Naturally, we refuse to even go there. We are shocked!! ! WE HAVE A HOLIDAY!! ! The husband barely got through to This is Sasha. We have already found a room without amenities, but we do not need one. And all these are our problems! And all in a rather rude tone! Naturally, after such an attitude, we did not stay with them! We decided to find another hotel on the Internet, and found that the promised wi-fi did not work either!
