Minus - there is practically no territory, just a yard, but in summer, apparently, there a summer playground occupies half the yard and parking the second half of the yard. But clean. They cleaned our car of snow for free, although we didn’t even ask. Plus - breakfasts are included in the price of the room - so these are not breakfasts - these are masterpieces !! ! Moreover, in large quantities - for breakfast for 1 person they give - an omelette (or fried eggs), sausage, bread, salad, porridge, pancakes, pancakes, coffee, tea. The price includes all this twice - that is, for two, who didn’t eat anything, they take it to the room for free, it turns out dinner. It's all about the good. But there is no fly in the ointment without a fly in the ointment - the hotel has no elevator, there are 4 floors, and no one helps to drag the suitcases to the 4th floor, you pull yourself. The restaurant did not give change in the evening. On the second day after arrival, they promised to move from the junior suite to the standard, in the evening they swore that the rooms would be relocated, in the morning it turned out that everything was booked? ! How? ! We were already at the hotel - we could pay at check-in today for a junior suite and tomorrow for a standard, but they didn’t take money from us in advance, and they just bought all the rooms overnight, some kind of nonsense, provided that there was not a single one in the parking lot. one car and in the evening the restaurant was empty, it seems that they simply did not want to move to a cheaper room. Well, if you don't want to, you don't have to - why lie? Well, the location - there are a lot of shops around, a minibus goes to the center, but it takes about 15 minutes to reach the center. In general, as everywhere - the hotel is not bad, the staff too, but not without nuances. Their restaurant is inexpensive - omelettes for 25 UAH, alcohol (whiskey) for 30 UAH. /50 gr. For a summer holiday, the hotel is not at all like - there is no outdoor pool, to the sea (city beach) - 10-15 minutes on foot, there is nothing for children at all - no playground, no swing. And if the restaurant is a holiday - and, as I understand it, it is rented for parties and corporate parties, then noise and music can be heard in all rooms, that is, there is no particular silence. Conclusion - a hotel for those who want to hide from the outside world for a couple of days. Yes, and another joke - for Christmas they invited some kind of artists, or it was not clear who - they sang songs and caroled, and in the evening the priest came with his retinue and also with a concert - it's kind of like a Christmas animation, we had fun.
