Food - small portions, a couple of times by the smell of food it was felt that it was not prepared from the freshest products.
Almost constant lack of hot water - for 10 days of stay, at least I observed warm water exactly 2 times, in fact, the principle "who managed to eat it" works in the hotel, since hot water supplies are always extremely small.
Malfunctions with plumbing equipment - observed in many rooms, broken toilets, someone had broken taps. On a call to the plumber's room, the breakdowns were removed, but reappeared after a while.
In a triple room for three people, one wardrobe is provided, there are no personal lockers or chests of drawers.
Pros of the hotel: The hotel has a good swimming pool with clean water, and a wonderful recreation area in two versions, by the pool with sun loungers in the fresh air, and under the roof of an open gazebo with tables. There is also a bar adjacent to the zone, where you can order drinks and hookah for a fee.
Despite the small portions, as described above, the food is tasty.
The room has good soundproofing.
There is also a free shuttle to the beach one way twice a day.

We rested here in June-July 2015. We liked everything very much, the village of Morskoye is a very quiet and peaceful place, it is ideal to come with children, family, and take a break from the bustle of cities. I can only say good things about the villa, the staff is hospitable, the rooms are modernly furnished, the villa itself is brand new, the room has a shower and air conditioning, everything around is beautiful, we ate only in the villa - the food was very tasty (we even got a little better), in one cafe by the sea were - we didn’t really like it, everything was somehow tasteless and were in cypress - they also didn’t eat, they were upset and decided to eat at the villa.

The girls always respond to any requests, we really didn’t have hot water, but in the heat it didn’t really bother us, and when we really wanted to wash ourselves in hot water, they just gave us a different number, since we lived high up and probably didn’t reach us water. They take you to the sea in comfortable minibuses in the morning at 9:00 and in the afternoon at 16:00 - this is just perfect, because at lunchtime the heat is unbearable. You can walk and walk, we walked a maximum of 15 minutes to the sea, back up the hill is harder of course. The hotel has its own swimming pool, large enough, this is a huge plus in extreme heat, and there is a shallow paddock for children, a talkative parrot lives in the lobby of the villa)) the only problem in Morskoy is the lack of banks and ATMs, so bring cash with you, as from - due to sanctions, the Visa card does not work in all of Crimea or send yourself a money transfer in advance via Russian mail. About entertainment - there are not very many of them in Morskoye, the beaches are narrow pebbly, there were not many people (we liked this the most), there are catamarans, and there are a lot of excursions in any direction, and they are very affordable, the surroundings are very beautiful !! ! The TV shows from 8 to 10 channels, the sound is terrible. It was in our room that not only the Internet, even mobile phones showed a very weak network signal (Kyivstar). BATH - no rug, at the first shower almost killed. I had to buy flip flops for everyone especially for this.
SERVICE ETC. On the first day, I was so pissed off that we never ate at the hotel. The reason is that we were offered to use the air conditioner remote control in tandem with the next room (and there are two small children - our schedule, in short, is completely different). No scandals helped - we still had one remote control for two numbers. So to speak, the "lower staff" is quite loyal. But as long as you don't have any problems. Then - look, fistula. No one knows anything and no one is responsible for anything.
HOT WATER. She wasn't there! Barely warm was twice during the rest and that's it! But we adapted - after the beach we dived into the pool (about 18 degrees), and then we were not afraid of any shower! : -)

We had to walk, because even in August at 08-00 it is already starting to get hot.
TOTAL. I will never go to this hotel again. I do not advise you to go with small children - REALLY NO HOT WATER! If you go out in the evening, you will have to cut uphill in the dark for 20-30 minutes. (the last bus from the beach is at 19-00, there are no lights, taxi drivers easily break the price as to Sudak).
