I liked how the girl (manager) talked about the house, described everything well, very pleasant in conversation. And we did not even read the reviews (and in fact the staff on site works poorly. Everything is clean, the house is well cleaned. The design is rustic, but good. The bathrooms are good, the house has 2 bathrooms downstairs (comfortable, upstairs with kitchen, living room), and also 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor (where 3 bedrooms).
The nuance of the upper bathroom - the smell - ventilate, do not ventilate, smells like sewage, so you need to clean the pipes for sure, there are some problems.

Conclusion: the house is good, but the position of the owners is petty, and the staff is unfriendly and unprofessional.

The whole company was poisoned in the hotel restaurant (since they ate only there). Rest is spoiled, a lot of money was spent on medicines, 2 days lay under a dropper, Thank God, they survived. We did not wait for understanding and at least the slightest help from the management, and the owner generally categorically did not want to communicate with us.
Horrible, hotels like this should be closed! We did not succeed in doing this with the help of law enforcement agencies, so I strongly advise you NOT to go there!

The first thing that “struck” me was that there was no reception (the villa was declared as a 4-star hotel). The "owner" met us practically on the street and immediately demanded an additional payment (Okay, this is nonsense. . . ) The first four days seemed to be normal, but - there is no declared Wi-Fi, there is no sound insulation at all.....To our questions on an Internet, it was stated - it will be tomorrow...... After four days, hot water disappeared, heating disappeared (in the room - 12 degrees (it's good that they took warm clothes)). There were no answers to all our questions, because. it was impossible to get through to the owner or the so-called administrator the first time.....But the worst thing happened on the sixth day of our "rest". In the room, after two or three days of interruptions in heating, unrealistic dampness began to appear - just water flowed down the walls. . . I have an allergic child - in a conversation with the owner, when I ordered a room, I focused his attention on this.... After the child had a seizure at night, the next day we finally got through to the owner and waited for him in the yard for about three hours to invite him to our room.... After a long "cultural" dialogue, he offered us a day later to move to another room for three days, and then move to the next room again, because all the rooms are scheduled and booked.... And instead of relaxing and breathing fresh air, they were forced to roam around the rooms of the "4-star hotel". In general, we decided to finish our "vacation" a little earlier (for three days) (which I also warned him about, saying that he ruined our vacation). He said he would pay us three days. At the time of our departure, he was not in the territory. Our room cost 500 UAH - he paid us 250. There were no apologies, no moral damage. And when his husband called him, the owner said that in general, he could not return the money.....I'm preparing to take him to court.
