Stayed with the guys for a week. . . they had for the first time. . . when they left, it was as if they were traveling from relatives. . . cool house!... , hot water all the time, every room has a shower and toilet, heated floors, cleanliness, comfort, very comfortable bed, excellent heating (we lived in late autumn). . . everything is harmonious and made with soul. . . Lesya keeps the house clean and shows great concern for the guests - all with a smile and a kind attitude. . . Imik is also well done - he built the house with his own hands, I will create a yard with him, a playground, "summer houses", a gazebo, etc. etc.... customer service - at the highest level - attention and care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. . . The view from the house is simply gorgeous - right on the mountain. . . the location is also excellent - on 2 lines (2 houses from the road). . . all the noise, dust and dirt remained on 1 line, and we just enjoyed nature and beautiful landscapes : )... There is a great restaurant across the house. . . in the evenings we enjoyed a beautiful view of the mountain from the terrace of a log restaurant, drinking fragrant wine bought from a neighbor winemaker (he really literally puts his soul into wine). . . mushrooms and walks in the forest are a separate topic - you can talk excitedly for hours. . . In one word - RECOMMEND. . . the house is excellent and the owners are great, we really liked everything, especially the atmosphere of warmth and comfort that prevails in the house!....P. S. Lesya, Imik, more grateful customers and thanks for the warm welcome, look forward to visiting again next year : )

The complex is located on the route Kyiv-Chop. We went in the evening and accidentally saw the banner, decided to stop by for the night. We were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the complex. We were treated in the restaurant (very tasty cuisine), settled in the hotel. The hotel was small but so good that we didn't regret getting there.

We were treated in the restaurant (very tasty cuisine), settled in the hotel. The hotel was small but so good that we didn't regret getting there. There is a large playground, sauna (unfortunately not visited), a beautiful terrace, and around only the forest. We really liked it, we will definitely come again, but for a long time.

We planned our vacation in the Carpathians starting from October for the New Year from 12/31/2012-01/05/2013 with a large company - 8 adults and 2 children, and approached this issue seriously and in advance. We had several important conditions - a comfortable house with 4 separate rooms and bathrooms, an equipped kitchen for self-catering.
After spending several days on the Internet searching for a house and making a couple of calls to the owners of different cottages, we chose the cottage "Uyut" in the village of Polyana. To our surprise, the price of accommodation turned out to be quite acceptable - 150 UAH. from a person. We made an advance payment, we also bought train tickets and it remains to look forward to the day of departure )))
By prior arrangement, when we arrived in Svalyava, we were met by the owner - Omelyan, a very pleasant and helpful person. From the first minute of our acquaintance, we found a common language. Special thanks to him for a wonderful vacation!
In the cottage we were met by Omelyan's wife, Olesya, and a little son. When we entered the house and settled in the rooms, our joy knew no bounds, how clean, comfortable and warm everything was.
On the ground floor of the house there is an equipped kitchen with a dining room, where our whole cheerful company of 10 people was placed, and also one bedroom. The owners live on the second floor, sometimes we crossed paths with them, but for us this was not a problem, I hope, for them as well. On the third floor there are three separate bedrooms. Each room has a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table with mirror, TV. The bathrooms in the rooms are clean, with a shower or a bath, which is also pleased - it's heated floors.
Thank you Olesya for a cozy and comfortable home!!!
On the courtyard of the cottage, the owners built a playground, a swing, a wooden gazebo and a barbecue, which we used on New Year's Eve.
New Year's Eve and the whole holiday we spent fun and noisy. Omelyan took us to Berehove to thermal springs, to Lumshory vats, to the Palanok castle in Mukachevo and a couple of times to Medvezhya Gora, where we went skiing.
I am writing a review about my vacation for the first time and only to thank Olesya and Omelyan for an unforgettable New Year!!!
