The area has been landscaped. Very comforting. Every day in the morning, gardeners swarm in the flowerbeds, flowers are watered. By the way, the road at the exit is also watered from the hose so that there is no dust. There is a parking lot.
They lie about the fact that there is nothing to do on the territory. There is a cafe, and I recommend it. There is a varied menu, decent prices, nice girls at the service.
There is a pharmacy, there is an entertainment infrastructure on the beach. There are no problems with electricity and water. The room had a bed for two and a sofa for one, there was enough space. Plus a lot of bedside tables and shelves.
The hostess Marina is just super.
Minuses.
The room was without a balcony, but here we are to blame: we will book in advance. The nature of the coastal impressed. Lukomorye itself enchanted. The second time we will go there in the summer, as we rested in September.
ROOMS VERY GOOD.
1. The hostess personally met, showed where it was located.
2. The interior of the room is thought out to the smallest detail, everything is conveniently and compactly located. The ceramic hob instantly heats up and the food cooks very quickly. Almost all the dishes are available, what is missing - I will write below.
3. We lived in a two-room suite on the second floor with two bathrooms (by the way, the second bathroom was not useful, one was enough. There are only two in the room: a hairdryer, a kettle, air conditioning, a TV, an iron.
4. Proximity to stop Green Cape, and from there (for 3 UAH - Vorontsovsky Park, Alupka bus station / 2 stops; for 8 UAH and after 40 minutes - Yalta Bus Station, from there for 1.5 UAH. through two stops Yalta embankment.
5. The presence of a tour desk, we went to Ai-Petri from them, got a lot of positive emotions.
6. It took 15-20 minutes to get to the beach along potholes and concrete corridors. with a grandmother and a child, they got used to it, even lost extra pounds.
7. We saw squirrels, gulls, cormorants, crabs, peacocks (in a private villa): both we are pleased and the child is delighted.
8. The sea is clean thanks to the pebbles, they try to clean the beach - clean. They took a catamaran, from the sea a magnificent view of Ai-Petri opens.
9. We took chebureks with meat, cheese, tomatoes in a cheburek on the beach - they are alive, kebabs with mussels also left us alive, therefore you can eat it, and it is also tasty, albeit harmful.
10. Tavern "Oneiro" and everything in it: prices, cuisine, staff, views, territory.
11. In the bazaar, from the hotel up (behind the police station), a woman sells peaches and grapes from her garden. They are juicy, tasty and do not cause, like Turkish ones, the urge to go to the toilet.
12. The air is literally saturated with iodine, which is a huge plus for our "Chernobyl" thyroid glands. It needs to be experienced for yourself.
13. Marina's plans for the pool and flowerbeds are inspiring.
Minuses:
1. Girls in the Produkty store give out change with sweets, sweeten life for vacationers, and gradually collect money for their car.
2. Prices at the point of vegetables and fruits in Cape Zeleniy exceed those in the capital (for comparison, 1 kg of raspberries costs 75 UAH here, and 35 UAH in Kyiv)
3. In a room without a balcony (from the side of the bus stop) "odors" sometimes fly in from the garbage cans located behind the fence; sometimes one hears the drunken scolding of the homies who have sat down on the stop bench.
4. The hotel has no territory, there are only plans for its owner. Construction is progressing slowly but surely. Honestly, it goes quietly, but the concrete mixer works, and therefore your lungs are gradually filled with these solvents.
5. We took sunbeds on the Black Hillock beach. They are good for VIP clients, but they didn’t equate us with this caste, so our sunbeds were like Moidodyr: bow-legged and lame. But even without them, it would be harsh with a child and a grandmother.
6. Milkshake from the cafe "Pirate Bay" on the beach - it's something. If you want to cleanse your stomach from A to Z - this cocktail is for you. Drink and instantly into the bushes, if you have time.
7. Stairs to the beach in some places do not have steps, so look under your feet, otherwise you can also enter the "kavedlyk", since the toilets here are only handicraft, in the open air. This, of course, is for money, but decide for yourself whether you need it or not.
8. All of Alupka is being built, despite the prohibitions of my former colleague Mogilev... By the way, construction is going on behind the hotel fence: you can hear the gentle trill of the grinder, and the obscenities of the workers, and the soft knock of the hammer. In short, a concert for every taste.
9. A mini-safe was declared in the room, but it was missing. Marina promised to buy it, but she did not remember the promise in 10 days. Tiles on the floor for a child are like a skating rink, a couple of paths would save the situation.
10. There was not enough ladle and deep plates. The soup was poured into a bowl straight from the pot, it splashed. Well, my husband could not eat from a salad bowl.
