We got a ticket for half the price, the money that we paid it was definitely worth it. Of the benefits, a very well-groomed, green area, many locations, gazebos, benches, shade. It appears to be a well maintained place. They were also satisfied with the food, there were even such varieties that they had never cooked at home, for example, dumpling soup, etc.

In the new building, the rooms are not large, but with all the conditions, a shower, a toilet in the room, which is very convenient. It was a little embarrassing that breakfast, which was included in the price of the tour, was not given to us, since we were late for it because of the Kherson-Iron Port minibus, in which we sat for an extra hour and a half, waiting until it was full. Plus, the rooms have air conditioning, but the remote control costs 25 UAH per day. The sea is not so far if you know the shortcuts. In general, we were satisfied with our stay in Olivia.

We recently stayed at Olivia. They were dissatisfied. The room was not cleaned once in 10 days. There was black mold in the shower, poor drainage, it was cramped and it had not been properly cleaned for a long time even before our arrival. The room is teeming with ants, which are on the table and in the bed.

The site says free parking, but upon arrival you will be required to pay for it for the entire stay. Wi-Fi hardly works and "satellite" TV with 6 channels. In general, I do not recommend going here.

The opportunity to go on vacation came to me this year quite unexpectedly, so there was not much time to choose where to go. The opportunity to go on vacation came to me this year quite unexpectedly, so there was not much time to choose where to go. It was decided to choose a familiar place and then the choice fell on the private boarding house Olivia in the Iron Port. A few years ago we already rested there and we liked it, so this time I did not think for a long time and decided.
And, I must say, I was not disappointed at all. What I really liked:
Territory: small, but very green and well-groomed. Lawns, huge rose bushes (they smell very nice! ), varietal mallows, oleanders, hydrangeas. The body is braided with wild grapes, in short, beauty !!
Rooms: Small, clean, comfortable. Everything you need is there. It was very important for me that the room was air conditioned and had amenities (which is not yet very typical for our hotels). There was an air conditioner, and a shower with a toilet, and a TV (cable), and, which is very convenient) a refrigerator.
Sea, beach: The boarding house is on the second line, but the sea is really very close, about 5 minutes at a leisurely pace. The beach is sandy, common. We got into very good weather, the sea was warm, not stormy, there were no jellyfish and algae at all.
We did not take food at the boarding house, although it can be ordered, so I can’t say anything here.
Another positive thing. They got to the Iron Port on their own. When we arrived, we called the hostess and she arranged a transfer for us from the bus stop to the boarding house. It is very convenient that I did not have to drag myself with bags in the heat.
In short, I am very satisfied with my vacation. I recommend Olivia to everyone!
