When we arrived at about 11 p. m. , they called her, she came from home, dragged her suitcase to the 4th floor, then took us to the store, waited and took us home. I liked the decor in the room. The furniture is good, two beds, a table with a mirror, solid chairs, a coffee table, bedside tables, floor lamps, a wardrobe. There is a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. I also missed a kettle and a hair dryer. The ironing board in the corridor was at first with an iron, then after the breakdown of two irons, they were no longer left, it was necessary to go down to the reception. The room has a balcony with plastic chairs, there are clotheslines for drying clothes. Bed linen is clean, towels too. The bathroom has a bath, toilet, washbasin, mirror, basin. Cons: The floor in the room is not washed, only vacuumed, towels were changed only once during the week of our stay there, bed linen too. The plumbing is old, the curtains in the shower are a little blackened from mold and short, water poured onto the floor, in our room in the bathroom on the ceiling the panels moved a little, so the ceiling was with holes.
The food was halfway average: something very tasty, something is impossible to eat. I especially did not like the fish, pancakes, semolina porridge. Soups are delicious, oatmeal porridge, pilaf, chicken. The dining room is clean, comfortable, the furniture is unusual, beautiful, the paintings on the walls.
There is no one at the reception at night. We arrived late, it's good that vacationers met who knew her phone number, we called, she came. At 12 midnight the gate is locked until 6 am. There is a button to call the owner, but he swears. We always walked for a long time, we had to climb over the fence)))) Fortunately, someone placed pallets next to the fence, thanks to them it was very convenient. This, of course, is unpleasant, but we looked at it with humor. It was very funny.
Smoking in the rooms and on the balconies is prohibited, only in a special place near the fountain.

The buses on which they meet and see off vacationers are in a terrible state. There is a stove working all the time, this is instead of an air conditioner. I do not recommend this holiday to anyone. In Adler, the prices are the same. Everything is very clean. The beach has a shower, toilet, changing rooms and no garbage.

The cafes nearby serve delicious food and are not expensive. The owner of the guest house is a Cerberus.
