Booked half a day before check-in. We got, apparently, on some kind of promotion on the booking site and drove in at half price.
This apartment is a one-room apartment in a residential building. We got an apartment on Deribasovskaya, 19 - the very center of Odessa. The house is old, with a characteristic color.
The settlement went well, the girl arrived, told everything, showed, gave the keys. She told me about the possibility of a free late check-out if there are no reservations for that day. There were reservations, so it didn’t work out, but it’s still nice. Service rating is high.
But the apartment itself is strange - a huge living room-kitchen, high ceilings. At the same time, a small bedroom and a tiny bathroom. The bathroom is just the main complaint - very small and untidy. The apartments are rather designed for long stays - there is a kitchen, a refrigerator, a washing machine. There is a folding sofa in the living room, that is, you can live with three or four of us. We didn’t pay extra for a three-year-old child, but, as far as I understand, if there are more than two people in a room, it will be more expensive. The number of residents, apparently, is also regulated by the lack of additional bed linen. There is also no closet in the room.
In general, for the money that we paid - a great option. But for its regular price in Odessa there are better places. The rating could have been lower if not for the service and location.
