Hostel Olivka was booked in advance, for one day, two beds in a dormitory room, it was agreed in advance that we could leave things, and later come and check in at the appointed time. Upon arrival at the hostel at 11 pm, the entrance doors and the doors of the hostel were open, come in and take what you want, there was no one from the administration at the reception, as in the whole hostel, none of the residents could tell exactly where the administrator was, the hostel phone wasturned off, as a result, the guy, either a tenant, or an assistant, called the "director" with the question: "they came, the people they have booked, what to do, to which he replied let them come at one in the afternoon" we recalled that there was an agreement to leave things, which, as it turned out, no one knew about, as well as the fact that today we had a reservation for one day (it’s good that we printed out the booking sheet in advance, which the “director” studied for a long time and carefully). … More ▾ Hostel Olivka was booked in advance, for one day, two beds in a dormitory room, it was agreed in advance that we could leave things, and later come and check in at the appointed time. In the end, we were allowed to leave our things and change. Around 15.00 we returned to complete the registration and decide on the places, and already go about our business with peace of mind, the administrator did not introduce himself, and looked for a long time which of the beds were free, it turned out that nothing had been prepared and cleaned after the previous tenants, but this was not a problem, the main thing is that in the evening by our return we could safely go to bed in our places. Before that, we had already noticed that a lot of things were hung and scattered throughout the hostel, even in the common area with a TV, everything was in scattered things and personal belongings, the administrator was not friendly and not interested in us, and in telling what is hereto what, and what is at our disposal, and what is not. There was a feeling that we are not desirable guests who ask for an overnight stay and do us a favor. Previously, we found out how long we need to return, returned at the beginning of the first at the agreed time, the doors were open, there was already another foreign administrator in the hostel (he also did not introduce himself), who made a remark to us that you can’t drink in the hostel, emphasizing thatthat they have very strict rules, although we just brought an empty beer bottle to throw it in the trash instead of leaving it on the street. We started to go to bed, we were in different rooms, I’m in the women’s room, for 6 people, I have a second tier of a double bed, illuminating with a telephone, I somehow made the bed (although they promised to make it), and then a woman’s voice with a terrible foreignwith an accent, asking me to lie down on another bed near the door, to which I objected that I didn’t want to sleep near the door, they would interfere with me by opening the door, she muttered for another half of the night that I should lie down and she had already agreed on everything (although it wasthis place was allocated to me by the administrator, and he himself said that I should not lie down near the window), and fell asleep)) Separately, I want to say about the bunk beds, they wobble terribly from side to side when you roll over or lie down on them, that is, every timeone of us turned over, we felt it, as if someone came up and deliberately shook you)) in the morning I found that the bottom of the second tier was reinforced with additional boards, apparently someone had already fallen through to the first floor, the mattresses had been sagging for a long time, and the towels were gray and stained and not fresh smelling, we did not dare to use them, the bedding was normal. After waking up, my opponent was gone. We decided to swim and quickly make our feet from this place. Of the pluses, there are two bathrooms with a shower, there was no queue, but they obviously don’t like cleanliness, in the bathroom everything around the toilet was in urine, the shower is broken, water flows in different directions, in the second bathroom the situation is better, everything was in order andcleaner. We noticed that the common area (room) was not at all common, the “administrator” and someone else slept there, and judging by the scattered personal belongings and underwear, they live there permanently, that is, the agreed common area with a TV or in which you can sit withthere is simply no laptop or just to chat, there are always a lot of Arabs. There is an iron with an iron in the corridor, I didn’t notice brewed coffee there, they didn’t offer it to us. There are no sockets and lamps near the beds, there are no shelves or bedside tables where you can put things either, under the beds and around everything is crowded and hung with things of other people, so we didn’t even put our things out of the bag, there’s nothing about personal cells or turnkey lockersit is known that we didn’t see them and they didn’t offer them to us, it’s dusty and dirty everywhere, we didn’t use Wi-Fi, there was no one to find out the password in the morning, no one was constantly at the reception, it seemed that this was a passage yard, and there was no security thereheard. When we were evicted, there was no one, we just went out and that's it, after such an attitude there was no desire to say goodbye, and they were apparently not up to us. I don't recommend this hostel to anyone, it's dirty, not safe, and not reliable, and the whole administration is sra. . be on you, even though the hostel is not expensive 110-120 UAH per person, at this price you can and should find another hostel with a human attitude.

I don't recommend this hostel to anyone. We settled there with a large company in a 6 and 8 bed room. Having settled in, we were shocked by the number of Arabs there, they could arrogantly enter the girls' room without knocking. When we returned from a walk, we were told that we could not enter the room for 15 minutes, as they pray there.
The bathroom is completely unsanitary. The shower stall is missing one door, and men's hair is strewn about in the sink and on the floor.
Half of the sockets in the room are not working and are far from the beds.
In our rooms, huge sports bags and suitcases lay under the beds. In the girls' room in the corner there were 3 bags with things, and men's underpants and T-shirts were colorfully lying on top. The lockers in the room are only 4 out of 8. The linen was washed to the state of a napkin and stank. The blankets looked like floorcloths. The beds are shattered. Lucky they didn't fail. The mattress springs sank in making it impossible to sleep.
We constantly complained that we were making noise in the rooms at night, although the staff themselves had watched a movie at high volume before.
At night, some guy looked into our room, it was lucky that some of the girls were still awake. Not a single member of the staff was friendly or showed even the slightest respect for us.
