They accept rubles for payment at the bank’s exchange rate, which is very convenient if you didn’t have time to change money, as I did. Disadvantages: could not pay for the room with a credit card (in principle, cards are accepted for payment

It was the most terrible day of my life - when I arrived at this Altaris hotel. Making a transfer in Ukraine on the Moscow-London route, I chose a hotel in Boryspil for an overnight stay in Ukraine, and not in Kyiv. I decided that it was cheaper and faster to rest near the airport. BUT! - the hotel is located in the private sector, absolutely unlit at night in a criminal area far from the airport (15 km, another part of the city of Boryspil), - on the way to the hotel, the Boryspil driver even got lost, as there is no sign on the hotel, so it becomes even scarier! - Arriving at three o'clock in the morning, they did not check me into the hotel, although I had a confirmation of the reservation at the reception.

- on the way to the hotel, the Boryspil driver even got lost, as there is no sign on the hotel, so it becomes even scarier!
- Arriving at three o'clock in the morning, they did not check me into the hotel, although I had a confirmation of the reservation at the reception. The girl at the reception is rude! She said that the prices on booking are invalid, and that the price is one and a half times higher. It turns out that the price they have is not 450 hryvnia for the reservation, but 600 hryvnia (and this is the price for a hotel in the center of Kyiv, and not for this hotel in the "ass"! ).
- the girl began to threaten me that either I should pay 600 hryvnias in cash (which I did not have), or I should immediately leave this hotel at 3 am !! ! They do not accept Sberbank Visa cards, although later I found a notification from them on e-mail. They sent it to me when I was already flying to them, although I booked the hotel a few days before departure.
I left by taxi. Ahead of me were waiting for more hotels in London, Edinburgh and Kyiv. And everything was great. Altaris is very scary. Do not book this hotel, especially if you have evening, overnight or very early flights. Nerves are more expensive. It is better for this money to find a hotel in Kyiv with a beautiful view of the city.

A couple of days ago I had to fly to Cyprus for work, but since there was no direct flight from Donetsk, I had to fly through Kyiv and stay there overnight, because. flight connections were very high. All nearby hotels were occupied, or the price was unreasonably high. So I found information about the new Altaris hotel on the Internet, I decided to settle there, because. The information I found characterized the hotel quite positively and the price was 350 UAH. for a single room (breakfast included) - quite acceptable for Kyiv. But! When I settled in Altaris, I was pleasantly surprised - cozy rooms, all amenities in the room, warm, clean, beautiful furnishings, new furniture, delicious food for a moderate amount (lunch cost me only 40 hryvnias), but the most important thing is the atmosphere that reigns in this house! The administrator accepts you as a friend who came to visit him, and not just as another client from the mass flow of tourists! There is not a hint of the hustle and bustle of standard hotels with a large number of residents. Calmly, quietly, the administrators ask in advance what you would prefer for lunch or dinner, organize a transfer from the airport to the hotel for only 50 UAH, not 150 UAH. as it is offered by taxi-monopolists who bought the territory of the airport!! ! Believe me, by the will of my profession, I have visited many hotels of different * star rating * so to speak, and I know what price-quality ratio is not by hearsay, and so the Altaris hotel is the perfect ratio of these indicators! For business travelers this is a great option! Very satisfied with this hotel! I advise you with a 100% guarantee that you will be satisfied!
PS: Also worth noting is the excellent free! ! Wi-Fi in the room, which is important for business travelers! I think that almost all of us have experienced a situation where the hotel claims that there is Internet, but as a result, Wi-Fi catches only in the hotel lobby or in the lobby bar. And for situations when you are billed at the hotel for the used traffic - I generally keep quiet! In Ukraine, this is not uncommon, but I am glad that Wi-Fi is really free in Altaris! And he is! Check it out for yourself, I'm sure you won't regret it!
