We, as people, are more correct again on the street and the same four blankets (TEMPERATURE ON THE STREET +6!!!!!! ). The administration (honor and respect!!!! ) makes a second hookah for us as a gift. Thanks!! ! survived. The boy assured that the hotel would make some kind of present. We went to the restaurant, clarified by ordering a cake. We were again told that the hotel is making some kind of present in the form of a cake. We decided not to order a cake. Booked a table in the restaurant! You will understand why I am talking in such detail further. Day five 19.07: my beloved DAUGHTER has a birthday!!! ! Breakfast - in the next room they congratulate the child on his birthday !! ! Okay!!! ! At 18.00, we ordered the delivery of balloons and flowers (this is important), I call the reception, I repeat that we have a birthday child, please meet and bring all this to the room (that is, at least the second time I inform about the holiday).
Evening, 20.00 we solemnly congratulate Daughter in the restaurant, the evening is coming to an end. I decide to check with the waitress about congratulations, and I hear a GENIUS phrase: “Why didn’t you say it before? » This is FIVE stars!!!! ! People in Turkey at 8.00 are already congratulating children TURKEY - where everything is just on the stream!!! ! Well, well done, the girls got out, sang a song and congratulated. THANK YOU!! ! BUT RECEPTION ????? ? STUPID!!! ! Outraged! Don't yell! Survived! It's a shame!!! ! Day six 20.07. Evening we understand that in the cigar hall of the “know-it-alls” (by the way, it turns out they have two rooms booked), it’s good that it’s warmly decided not to conflict on the street, but just to contemplate the mountains. And again, not a pleasant moment. I’ll be back by 16.07 somewhere around 5-6 pm we were sitting on the terrace in the lounge area and decided to have dinner, but all the waiters refused us, arguing that in this area you can order antipasti from the restaurant at most, everything else is categorically NO. Good. But 20.
07 in the lounge area, one of the mothers with three children (as I understand it, from the “know-it-all” group) freely orders carbonara and further down the menu. Waiters without any claims bring. People are FIVE stars?????? ? Do you have DIFFERENT rules??? ? AS????? ? Day seven 21.07. We leave. We are clarifying about the winter arrival from January 4 to 11, and they tell us about the horror..... there will be a “know-it-all” group. All these seven days, all the staff staunchly repeated to us: “You understand, they have been visiting us for five years”, “Other guests are also outraged, but we can’t do anything, this is decided by the hotel management” YOU SERIOUSLY!!!!! ! So close the hotel, and open only for the "know". Now calmly. The hotel, in general, was very pleasant. We still want to try to come in the winter, maybe something will change. This hotel combines everything you need for lovers of active winter holidays.
1. Location.
The hotel is located on a slope and has direct access to one of the slopes, which
located 50 meters from the main entrance.
2. Infrastructure.
In the basement of the hotel there is a dressing room, individual wardrobes in
which are designed to store ski equipment.
Here you can leave your skis, snowboard and some of the equipment after skiing and not
carry it all to your room.
The use of the closet is issued directly upon check-in without
additional payment. Opening and closing the cabinet using
room key.
Skis and ski equipment can be rented on the ground floor of the hotel. This is
already paid.
Here you can also agree with the instructor if you want to learn
ride or improve your skills.
Also on the ground floor there is a SPA complex with several baths, two
swimming pools (one shallow, designed for kids), several zones
for relaxation and a gym.
During my stay, the pool was open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
You can take a towel near the pool, exchanging it for a special card,
which is issued upon arrival.
For those who want to combine leisure and work in the basement there is
several conference rooms with equipment for presentations.
For those arriving by car - free underground parking.
3. Numbers.
I stayed in the "superior room with balcony".
Original design solutions (transparent wall in the bathroom,
zoned lighting) create coziness and contribute to maximum
relaxation.
It is very convenient that there is a bath and a shower.
Cosmetic accessories with a pleasant smell.
Towels and bathrobes are of high quality and soft.
The bed is wide, the mattress and pillows are comfortable, the blankets are warm.
Flat TV with a diagonal of at least 32 inches.
There are a little more than 20 channels. There are Ukrainian and international ones.
Internet via Wi-Fi is stable and fast, both in the room and throughout
hotel territory (you can watch movies online).
More than five free sockets.
Air-conditioned central.
The temperature in the room is controlled by a remote control located on the
wall.
There is a safe. True, for the things and values \u200b\u200bleft in it, the administration
is not responsible.
And there is also a kettle, bottled water, tea, coffee, cocoa, sugar.
The balcony deserves a separate description, as it is simply called a balloon
its very difficult.
This is a whole terrace, comparable in area to the room itself.
Even from the second floor where I lived, there is a beautiful view of the next
slopes.
In the warm season, you can probably stay here for hours, enjoying
fresh air and tranquility.
The only thing that wasn't up to par was the plumbing.
Yes, it is designer, interesting, but in need of repair: drain in the tank
periodically wedged, and the water flowed constantly, and in order to put
switch in the bathroom to the position where all taps are closed,
jeweler's precision was required.
4. Nutrition.
To say that the breakfasts at the Radisson Blu are varied is an understatement.
The range of food and drinks is simply huge: from muesli to hot dishes, from
freshly squeezed juices, which you can even make yourself, up to
milk drinks.
The chef will prepare scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs with various fillings according to
your order.
For children - a special menu, tables with pencils and books for
coloring books and TV with cartoons.
Staying hungry or dissatisfied is very difficult.
5. Service.
The staff is very attentive.
Regardless of the reason for the appeal (print a document, provide an extra pair of slippers, re-tell about the schedule of the SPA zone), the answers were always polite and detailed, help was provided, requests were fulfilled.
All in all, if you're willing to pay for a quality outdoor activity, the Radisson Blu is the way to go.
And if the price of a room suddenly drops by twenty percent, it will be just a fabulous accommodation option in Bukovel!
Asked to wash clothes as we traveled for 8 days. They brought me a bill of 5100 UAH. where it turns out that washing 1 pair of socks costs 100 UAH. But in the price list it's like underwear. I said I refuse to pay. I don't advise anyone to do this.
When we left the manager ordered the guards to detain me. And the guard started snatching my suitcase. After a while, 5 guards appeared who kept me from all sides. They provoked a conflict in order to call the police. This all happened in front of my child, who also screamed what are you doing. Horror.
I returned and paid. After that, they still had the audacity to help me with a smile with a suitcase that had been pulled out of my hands before that.
The problem is that this is a European hotel and Ukrainians work in it. They don't get paid enough here. And they, like real crests, are trying to rip off all customers. Come up with additional services to get % of the proceeds. This photo is after cleaning. They put a garbage can on purpose as their disrespect to customers. Just pay the money and get out quickly. Our season is short.
When settling, I recommend guests to leave a deposit, then you do not have to take cash in swimming trunks when going to the pool. The staff is as friendly as ever. Breakfasts are excellent. From the new it should be noted that directly in the hotel there is a representative office of the ski school, rental. The ski room has been renovated, now the number of the closet in the ski room is tied to the key card of the room, where it is convenient to store all the equipment. All skiing issues can be resolved without leaving the hotel.
Prices are usually inadequate, one lesson with an instructor, 2 hours costs almost 1000 UAH. Classes with a child under 6 years 1 hour almost 500. One descent on an inflatable circle from the slide 50 UAH. A glass of compote in fast food near the Shelter Hotel is UAH 35, even in Radisson compote is cheap. Bottle of mineral water in the mini-bar 45 hryvnias. But this is a problem of the whole resort, more expensive compared to Ukrainian salaries. That's why they don't buy season tickets at the box office, live in Tatariv, go down the hill with a backpack with a thermos on their backs. Miracles did not happen, drunks did not disappear from the resort, immediately in the ski room "Radisson" were available. Scrap metal chases one after another, sweeping away anyone who gets in their way. Inconveniences for single tourists, as in all hotels of this level, are caused by corporate people, who for one or two days come en masse to break away at the expense of the company. Here we found several cosmetic and pharmaceutical companies and a company in the IT industry.
The hotel has a new children's room with a maze, children from 6 years old can be left alone. There is another children's room for children from 3 years old, but it is only open until 18:00. The pool is warm, and the bath area is not designed during construction, you need to go from the pool corridor, saunas are located far from each other through an intricate system of showers.
I recommend the hotel, the best choice in Bukovel.
On the road near the hotel there is still snow, but the ski lift does not work, so to ride, you need to go down to the 2nd parking lot (for an hour of parking for 40 UAH) or to the parking lot before the 14th ski lift (free).
So if you want to ride in the low season, it is better to stay in a hotel closer to the working lifts.
The internet works well throughout the hotel.
Breakfasts are modest. You can only go to one restaurant for dinner or have to leave the hotel. The service in the restaurant is at a high level, you can book a room.
The barrier in the parking lot is buggy, as it was before. According to the rules, you insert a card, and the reactions are zero.
The security call button helps.
There is no entrance to the hotel from the open parking lot, go through the reception under the slide.
The water temperature in the pool seems cold. The spa I saw on the thermometer was 26.7. I would like warmer. Saunas are somehow too far from the pool.
The hotel is expensive. If I didn't want to go skiing, I would go to Truskavets or Skhidnytsia.
What needs to be fixed
- in the spa area is quite cool
- the temperature of the water in the pool is insufficient
- the level of chlorine rolls over (already eats eyes)
- the ski room is open for 3 minus
This is the most expensive hotel in the area.
Here are excellent rooms, food, service, spa.
But there is absolutely nothing to do in the hotel. In the summer there is nothing except a restaurant and some kind of smoking room. Only fresh air.
