We were celebrating our birthday, they not only helped us to buy meat for barbecue, marinated it, prepared the heat in the grill, but also congratulated the birthday man with a separate gift, so to speak, "from the company. " Thank you, it was very nice! Another important thing: the entrance to the hotel parking lot is right from the main road and is under 24-hour video surveillance. So you can sleep peacefully. We plan to stay there again this year. We advise everyone!

Pros:
- The room is very warm, you can just walk in shorts. We slept with the window open and breathed in the mountain air. Clothes dry quickly after skiing.
- Internet was in the room.
- There is a place to dry boots and skis at the entrance to the vestibule.
Minuses:
- For the money in the room should be a hair dryer.
- The audibility is such that at the beginning you get scared when the children rush along the corridor or someone is talking on the phone. The floors in the hotel are wooden and running teenagers cause shaking of the entire floor. And in the corner of the room, lying on the bed against the wall, before falling asleep, I heard the conversations of the neighbors from the bottom.
- The restaurant is a different story. To call it a restaurant is not entirely correct in my opinion. This is a dining room with very home cooking. There is no service as such. From the service there is only that they bring food to you and remove the plates. BUT! they will not come to you to take the order. You just won't be noticed for breakfast unless you go into the kitchen and say you're there. And if you do, do not forget to say right away that you need tea or coffee, because. if you do not say, then they will not bring it until you say it. In the breakfast menu, we found out a day later that we were also supposed to have waffles, which were not available. In the following days, waffles were already given to us, so that they would not be indignant. We hoped it was only for breakfast. And for dinner, this is probably a Restaurant... But no, for dinner we took the menu ourselves, chose and wait... But no one comes to us. I had to go to the counter and dictate what we chose, just like for breakfast. Take the beer yourself in the refrigerator, open it yourself, etc. On holy evening there was a menu with a list of dishes. So the lady who set the tables didn’t even know what was on the list proposed for the holiday, and she couldn’t really answer our questions about whether there would be an uzvar or not, although the list was on her counter all day and the uzvar was in it. In general, the principle of operation of this catering establishment in terms of service remained a mystery to me. In terms of food quality, the question is relative. Not poisoned and good. We are not very picky about food.
Neutral: Cleaning was not even scheduled during the stay. I really don’t really like cleaning the room if I live for several days. The room is small, things are on the floor and on the chairs. There are no wardrobes, only a hanger. There is no special place to clean up. But there are also large rooms. But the garbage could take out at least 1 time.
Results:
All of the above I wrote based on the price / quality ratio. We travel a lot. And if we lived in Tysovets in the former dormitory of athletes for little money and ate in the dining room, then there were no complaints. And if it is at least 500 UAH per room, and a RESTAURANT, then the conditions must be adjusted accordingly. Because for this money you can live in Austria. 50 euros per room can be found there with breakfast and hair dryer. It’s just that this year we didn’t have time to register in Europe. We thought that in our homeland the type is closer and cheaper. But, in our country, as usual, in the Carpathians, in the Crimea, people want to solve all their financial needs at the expense of the beauty of the surrounding nature without worrying about the service.

This summer my children aged 13 and two aged 11 stayed at the hotel. I brought them myself and picked them up too. I really liked the hotel, a little later the children were completely delighted. We are resting here for the third time and are very satisfied with the level of service and accommodation. This year the owners built a Carpathian gazebo overlooking the Prutets River. The playground was very impressive, it allowed us to leave the children in the yard, it was impossible to tear them away from the swing and slide.

The room is large, enough space for two adults and two children (additionally ordered a cot). The restaurant has delicious cuisine and reasonable prices. They ordered a banquet for children (12 years old), the administrator offered Hutsul musicians - had a great rest, delicious food, good service. We recommend for family vacations.

When we arrived, there were no towels or toilet paper in the room, we had to ask for everything ourselves, the room was not ready for our arrival. The fact that they do not use a vacuum cleaner there - we realized later, when we observed dust and other people's hair from all the cracks and on the floor. Once, however, they said that the room could be cleaned in 5 days, especially the bathroom. As a result, the cleaning lady collected dust and other people's black long hair from the floor, left over from the previous guests, and threw it all into the toilet. At the same time, no need to drain the water! That's all cleaning! The shower and shower cubicle is already in such a state that it doesn't look like the hotel is only in its third season. But even if everything went wrong so quickly, why not put it in order? Cabin doors don't close completely, shower leaks.
* Drying clothes - the hotel website clearly states that there are heated floors in the corridors and that there are hooks and hangers where you can hang clothes that are wet after skiing without finding them (there is only one radiator in the room and a heated towel rail in the bathroom), we we turned to the hostess with a question, to which we received an answer - we have an excellent American dryer, pay 50 UAH for a thing and everything will be in openwork!! ! My surprise knew no bounds!
In general, the hostess deserves special attention. It doesn't matter to the person if you come again. When we complained that there was no hair dryer in the room, no Internet, which is necessary for work, that we were not quite satisfied with the room as a whole (we were even ready to pay extra for the best one), but they didn’t even listen to us and told us to leave! ! ! Well, then return the prepayment - no, we will not return anything, we were told! The audacity is unbelievable!! ! When we were arguing with her, other guests who have been coming for the third season already, their complaints about the quality of breakfast were also said - if you don’t like it, leave! People were clearly shocked! Instead of fixing the situation and somehow resolving it, Lesya, the hostess, simply put everyone before the fact - they say, let's get out !!!!
On the second day of stay, a message appeared that breakfast would only be served until 9.00, and no one cares that people are on vacation and not everyone goes skiing at 8 or 9 in the morning. The people at breakfast were outraged. And in general, if you need a plate or a cup in your room, you will also have to pay extra for everything! Lunches and dinners must be ordered in advance, at least 2-3 hours in advance, because from the quick (in 30 minutes) you will be provided only with potato pancakes and sauerkraut.
At the expense of the distance of 3 km to the ski lifts - another lie! On the first day we walked on purpose, it took exactly an hour, we did not walk at all. As the taxi driver told us later, 3 km is only to the center of Polyanytsya, and there is at least 2 km to Bukovel. By the way, the nearest store is also not 200 meters, but 3 km, in the very center. So do not expect to walk or even more so with equipment.
We rented a standard room, it cost us 400 UAH per day, and later we learned that in the very center of Palyanitsa there is a huge amount of housing for the same money, with amenities in the room and other things. But these cottages are not on the Internet, and we went to Palyanitsa for the first time, and now we will know that housing can easily be found on the spot, there is no hype there, as it is portrayed...
In general, decide for yourself where to go, but we definitely don’t go to Gorny Prutets any more!
