We chose this hotel because we read positive reviews and, in general, are accustomed to relaxing in hotels, not rented apartments. In general, the hotel is good: well-groomed territory, round-the-clock security, polite staff, spacious rooms, delicious food. We lived on the 3rd floor, a room without a balcony, consists of 2 rooms.

We chose this hotel because we read positive reviews and, in general, are accustomed to relaxing in hotels, not rented apartments.
In general, the hotel is good: well-groomed territory, round-the-clock security, polite staff, spacious rooms, delicious food.
We lived on the 3rd floor, a room without a balcony, consists of 2 rooms. One room - a living room (a sofa, a TV, an armchair, something like a slide, a coffee table, an air conditioner, there are all the necessary utensils: cups, plates, glasses, glasses, a corkscrew! , forks, spoons, a knife and even a cutting board) is quite spacious , the second - a bedroom (a bed + 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe, a dressing table, no air conditioning! ), There is a shower in the bathroom, there is a refrigerator and a kettle in the corridor. And be VERY CAREFUL when handling the shower! You won’t be able to wash comfortably, because with a frequency of 2-3 minutes it pours boiling water for no reason. Adjusting the temperature of the water is not realistic (tried at different times of the day). But maybe it's only in our room (No. 11)... This fact caused me great inconvenience, because. rested with a child of 3 years and washing it was a real test!
It also catches wi-fi in the room, but with varying degrees of success (Skype mostly slowed down). Removed disgusting! It feels like it hasn't been vacuumed at all! Linen was changed about once every 3 days, towels - every day (we took them with us to the beach). It takes about 15 minutes to go to the beach. It is located on the territory of the Crimean sanatorium, the entrance to which costs 20 hryvnias. But it's very clean there. The shore is mostly pebbles, ranging from "cobblestones" (this zone is on the right, if you are facing the sea) and ending with almost sand (on the left).
Meals at the hotel are available for an additional fee. The food is pretty tasty. Portions are for children and adults. Adults are quite large, not every adult can handle it : ).
I liked that round-the-clock security with video surveillance of the territory was organized. Our car was in the parking lot, which was monitored by security, and we were absolutely calm about its safety.
What didn't you like? The village of Partenit! Everything is very expensive and people are very greedy! Local apples in August cost 15 hryvnia, grapes 25-30 hryvnia, peaches 20-25 gr.

The most valuable thing in this hotel is the administrator Yulechka! Thank you for your warmth, responsiveness, your concern for us - your customers. I couldn’t even believe that it was time to pack our bags on the way back. We will long remember our vacation in the "Gostiny Dom". And now about the hotel: the territory is very well-groomed, everything is in moderation on the playground, a cozy corner with a swing under the shade of huge junipers, mountain pines and larches, flower beds in calm colors, clean paths, well-groomed lawns. The security at the reception is responsive and attentive (they always tell where the children are), the lobby is very clean. Our room was large, 2 huge balconies with furniture for relaxation. The interior is calm, without frills, not "Empire", which is not unimportant for families with small children. Bed linen was changed every 3 days and towels every day. But the carpet was not vacuumed - until you say so, and also with the cleaning of the loggias. Food - breakfast was almost not eaten because. they went to the sea in the morning, but sometimes they took rations with them. Our granddaughter didn’t eat everything, so they ordered their own menu - and after all, the cooks prepared! Thank you very much! To the sea min. 15, it seems a bit far, but when you enter the territory, and it is quiet and cool there, you forget everything and just enjoy the peace and tranquility. We met with a group of 18 people in this hotel New Year 2012. Despite our early arrival at 6.30, we were greeted like good old friends, without unnecessary formalities placed in rooms. The rooms are truly "luxury" class: clean, bright, spacious, decorated with good taste in a single design style. Very well maintained courtyard - a small work of landscape art! Nearby, literally 300 meters away is the chic park of the Krym sanatorium, where you can walk endlessly, enjoying the beauty and originality of the Crimean nature.

Nearby, literally 300 meters away is the chic park of the Krym sanatorium, where you can walk endlessly, enjoying the beauty and originality of the Crimean nature. Administrator Julia gave us a small but very memorable excursion to Ayu-Dag! And in the evening there was a festive dinner in the hotel cafe - many thanks to the chefs for the wonderful menu, for all the goodies that we were treated to! Everything was homemade delicious, beautiful and satisfying. The town is very small, well maintained, clean and quiet. I highly recommend Partenit and "Gostinny Dom" for a leisurely measured rest, especially in the off-season, when you can get enough sleep, get away from the busy rhythm of big cities, enjoy the wonderful sea air and the unique nature of Crimea. Our vacation was very short, only 3 days, but very emotionally intense. We all received a great charge of positive energy, largely due to the fact that we did not make a mistake in choosing this particular hotel. Upon arrival home, for 2 weeks now we have been talking about our wonderful meeting of the New Year.
