And we really liked the Ocean Palms hotel and I recommend stopping your choice on it. I'll start with the staff. Checked in earlier than expected, plus they took us immediately to breakfast, which made us very happy. All polite friendly help even in small things. They suggested where to eat better and cheaper taxi found cheaper. They love guests very much and they don’t chase after tips, but of course they don’t refuse) The room on the second floor with panoramic windows, a large double bed is very comfortable. The room is spacious and has a lot of light. Towels, bed linen were changed daily, and a tea and coffee set was added every day. They brought some water, which is included in the price. There is an air conditioner and a ceiling fan. Everything worked fine. The Internet catches throughout the territory and even in the room, but the Internet is weak, although viber and even YouTube are enough. The password was given immediately upon arrival, every two days they change and you need to take it again. It was important for us that the hotel is in a good area so that it’s not very far from the sea, in fact, it takes about ten minutes at a leisurely pace and the street is quiet, there are a lot of things and a shop and cafes, tents with goods on the way to the sea, everything is there. The only thing is that you need to go to the beach across the road with busy traffic, but this is not Thailand for you, the traffic there is really crazy, but there are no problems. Meals took breakfast why more if there are cafes nearby. Breakfasts are the most ordinary European ones, there is not much choice, but you won’t leave hungry either. Some moments for an amateur, for example, chicken sausages, although tasty, but spicy, as well as omelettes, scrambled eggs, cheese, musli, a couple of types of juice, various sweet little things like sliced muffins. Jams and toasts are local dishes but spicy, so we didn't really try them. In general, let not much change, but for breakfast it's ok. Tea and coffee are ok. Well, a small drawback of the hotel is a modest territory, although there is a swimming pool, you can even take a dip, there is even a small gym. There is a bar. There is a lot of greenery for such an area. Well, we did not come to the hotel to turn gray. In general, everything suited us.

About bed linen is the same, only a sign for frequent change of linen should be put on the bed. These rules serve to preserve nature and reduce sewage pollution after washing with chemical powders. Room cleaning is daily.

The password and login must be taken at the reception. Hotel security is very good. Outsiders are not allowed into the territory. The main contingent of tourists is the British, Germans and wealthy Indians.
Near the hotel there are many shops, cafes and supermarkets. The distance to the beach (about 600 m. ) is overcome very easily and quickly enough. The beach is quite clean, I personally saw how it was cleaned in the morning.
There are more than enough sun loungers near each neck, you just need to buy a bottle of water or eat.
I visited all excursions with local travel agencies or even on my own by taxi. The exchange rate of the rupee against the dollar does not differ significantly and is 61 rupees per 1 US dollar. Exchangers are located in almost every store. Be careful on the road - there are no rules, the traffic is tough, pedestrians are not allowed to pass. Naturally, no speech about traffic lights!
India is a unique place where the brain stops and the soul begins to sing. To get acquainted with it, it is enough to spend a vacation in the country, to understand it - you need to be born in it. Great new hotel that opened in 2011. Beautiful modern buildings, very clean, the pool is cleaned every evening. I was pleasantly surprised by the good Wi-Fi signal, we used the Internet for free. The room has a balcony and a free safe. The rooms are spacious, bright, in good condition - in general, it's a pleasure to stay! We had breakfast at the restaurant at the hotel, and even dined a few times.

But usually at 2.00 silence was set in the hotel and no one made noise, only a couple of times the Indian kids who came to rest at the hotel were naughty and noisy, but not for very long. Our room was right above the restaurant and bar, which is on the street, in the evening dinner was held there and at the beginning we were worried that there would be music until late and vacationers would make noise, but rarely anyone had dinner at the hotel, no one was sitting in the bar and at 2.00 the music turned off and the hotel was quiet. I was very pleased that the hotel is located at a short distance from the road and you can not hear any noise from passing cars and mopeds. In the evening you can play air hockey or table tennis, there is also a gym, everything is in good condition. I can safely advise this hotel.
