We rested in this guest house for 13 days in the second half of January. The tour package cost $750 for two. Flight from Krasnodar by Rusline airline without delay, about 6 hours to Goa and 7 hours back (as we were told, it would take longer to get back because of the strong headwind). In general, in Goa for the second time, on the last visit we stayed at a hotel in Morjim, it was much better, but also much more expensive) Guest house of 12 rooms, all with balconies.

Flight from Krasnodar by Rusline airline without delay, about 6 hours to Goa and 7 hours back (as we were told, it would take longer to get back because of the strong headwind). In general, in Goa for the second time, on the last visit we stayed at a hotel in Morjim, it was much better, but also much more expensive)
Guest house of 12 rooms, all with balconies. There is no air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, there is a ceiling fan and a safe for a fee at the reception (we did not use it, we kept everything of value in a suitcase with a combination lock). Hot water is available during the day and in the evening, but not in the morning, several times there was no water at all. The power outage is permanent. Bed linen and towels are old, washed out, stained. There is no cleaning at all, the bedding was changed by ourselves once (they asked for a set at the reception). The house stands right on the road, respectively, the noise from the roadway is always present. We didn’t manage to sleep peacefully there, the noise from the road interfered, music until late in the evening in the hotel restaurant, and all the neighbors were heard (slamming doors, evening gatherings with beer / rum by the pool). A contingent of Russians and Kazakhs. Complimentary breakfast (except on the 1st and last day): tea/coffee + 2 toasts + next. butter + fruit jam, everything else on the menu for a fee. From living creatures: ants, mosquitoes and a small lizard in the toilet. At the reception you can rent a scooter, the normal price is 200-250 rupees per day (they will ask for 350-400, bargain. ) Internet: wi-fi 500 rupees per week. Near the guest house there is a fruit shop and a mini market where you can buy food, alcohol (including rum), cosmetics and household items. goods.
The nearest sheiks (Ashvem beach) are about 1 km along the roadway, of course, without sidewalks, when leaving the house to the right. The beach is excellent, the price tag in the necks is 50% more expensive than in Arambol. We were there only on the first and last day, all other days we rode on different beaches of North Goa, the cheapest prices are in Arambol (a room with private facilities can be rented for 250 rupees per day).
We will return to Goa more than once, but I do not recommend this guest house, primarily because of the poor quality of sleep. It can only be considered as the cheapest option, again for people who are fast asleep and absolutely unassuming.
