The location is the very center. Right on the territory of the mountain with a lift and guns, I think it will be good for a winter holiday. About the hotel: the reception is shabby, the kitchen did not like. Breakfast is continental, which means a choice of either pancakes, or cheesecakes, or porridge, or scrambled eggs with sausage. This is not enough. There is no mention of any dessert. My daughter wanted to eat in an hour. Restaurant (as stated) on the territory - this can not be called a restaurant, just an eatery of 6 tables. We were looking all the time where to eat, so that it was beautiful inside.
The pool inside until 12-00 is free, heated, but the water is cold, we could not stand it for a long time. We bought a Relax massage, the price list says from 50 to 60 minutes, the price is 380 UAH. But with the exit from the room and the return entry, exactly 50 minutes passed, not a second more. For that kind of money you can get an hour of massage. I didn't like this hotel for the price. Take hotels where there is at least breakfast and dinner. Everything turns into the pursuit of food. We went on excursions all the time, without trips there was nothing to do at all.

SHORTLY, GUYS, NEVER, AND FOR NOTHING - AND THE OWNERS SHOULD BE SHAMED FOR SUCH INSTITUTION.
Although the cuisine in the restaurant is not bad... 2 bograchi carried for a long time, about an hour, but it was delicious.

The hotel promised us promotions: 1 hour of tub, 1 hour of phytobarrel for 2 adults (30 min of phytobarrel + 30 min of skin massage) and one day in the gazebo with barbecue.
The vat seemed unsuitable for us due to unsanitary conditions (a tub of water, where to dive after the vat did not show any signs that the water is drained from it more than once a month).
We asked the administrator to give us an extra hour for the third person (our eldest son) to use the phytobarrel instead of the vat hour. After a long time agreeing with the management we agreed. Arriving at the session itself (! Note - this is offered by the hotel itself "bun").
We made our residual choice, taking into account and counting on the friendly and loyal attitude of the hotel to its guests, so, in our perception, this hotel was a little different from others, because at least something offered (although now I say - just tried to offer).
We first saw a bunch of dirty mattresses right at the entrance - you can see in the photo. Then masseur Victor (sorry if the name is confused) began to explain to us that under the terms of the action ...we can get only one of two adults: phyto barrel then steamed body massage, and another massage immediately steamed body), and our son only phytobarrel. It can't be otherwise, because this is their action! ! ! !!
The appeal to the administrator initially gave the same result, and in a few minutes of negotiations went to the actions that will add something to us, but not in full.

I'm talking about business and consumer honesty in general.

Why for dinner (which you offer as another "bun", which initially distinguishes you from the competition) you can bring a bunch of pasta with leftovers of some minced meat with coarsely chopped salad in one plate (sorry not photographed), reminiscent of the composition and the appearance of dinner for, excuse me, pigs ? ! ? !!
Why only one waitress responds adequately to requests and does not confuse how many utensils and portions are needed, does not confuse tea with coffee, coffee without milk with coffee with milk, and all the others ... ? ! ! ?
Why does the plasma in a room with a home theater not work? (You need to configure it somehow)
Why do you promise the consumer what you can not provide quality? ! ! ? But it is better not to promise, offer on the fact - the consumer was pleased, he did not resent all the shortcomings.
Why is your contact such a secret, if your staff is not able to solve such a small problem at once, but turns into my (I am your consumer, who believed in you and chose you among all others) desire to spend an hour to describe this annoying situation?

As if everything was fine, they began to try a tub of cold water, it's really a little above 0. On the walls of the barrel is a layer of ice, the water is dirty beyond recognition.
I can not condemn for such cold water, but for contrast, hot water should be in the range of 38-42, cold 8-10 degrees Celsius. Too cold water can lead to not very good results.

My wife and I had a very good rest. Rooms are new, clean with quality materials and furniture. I liked the polite staff and the chef, who cooks deliciously. Breakfast is not a buffet, but you order in the evening a dish that is on the menu and at a certain time. Convenient and cooked really delicious.
