1. Card payment is very imperfect. She rarely worked anywhere, the system constantly crashed, and vacationers had to wait a long time. Employees cannot give complete and correct information on their use. For example, our friends were offered 1 card for two, save 50 rubles. They threw a ski pass at her for 4 hours each, but did not explain that when using the ski pass, they would have to wait an interval of 10 minutes between calls.

And this is at the very beginning of the evening, when the guests were just sitting down at the tables. The administration of this restaurant was not fully prepared for the New Year's banquet and the reception of such a large number of guests. New Year's program, hosts, animators, fireworks, dancers for a solid deuce. Only performers of live music and songs pleased. Technically, everything was not prepared as it should be. The music was constantly interrupted, the microphones did not work. Live performers were cut off halfway through the songs several times. And the most unpleasant thing that could happen for any person on New Year's Eve: 100 people on the second floor left us without a video message from the president and the chiming clock!!! ! The TV on our floor did not work, but no one did it!!! ! We met the New Year blindly, somewhere around or after 24-00. Very disappointing!
