The transfer is comfortable and convenient. It took about 40-50 minutes from the airport to the hotel. The hotel itself is located on a hill, and from the main road to the hotel itself, the rise in time is 2 minutes (I specifically timed))) a leisurely step! ). Upon arrival at the reception, they made a calculation, gave documents on paying for the room, and took me to the room))) where, having shown how to use the benefits available in the room, they wished me a pleasant stay and left me alone with the room))) I had a DeLuxe room, which was located on the 2nd hotel floor. The hotel is clean, quiet, the area is very green, given that the hotel is located on a hill, the windows offer beautiful views. The room is spacious, large, clean (entrance hall, about 7 meters long, then the kitchen is about 4 * 3 meters, the hall room is about 7 * 5 meters). From my windows the seas of 2 beaches (Kata and Karon) were visible. One of the windows was overlooking the pool, located on the territory of the hotel and working around the clock !! ! (according to some kind of French technology, in my opinion), the other window overlooking the mountain on the horizon and at the foot of which other hotels were located + All that green))). In the deluxe suite, there is a balcony, a huge bed))) wooden furniture is painted black lacquer - beautifully, tables, chairs, a wardrobe, a TV, a refrigerator, individually controlled air conditioning, a nice addition is the brightness of 2 of the 4 lamps in the hall, above the bed you can regulate. They cleaned well every day, updated tea and coffee accessories, and items from the bathroom (soap, shampoo, disposable toothbrushes... there was still a lot of things that I did not use). Every day they changed all the towels (there are 6 of them for the deluxe, 2 for beach, 2 for the body, 2 for the face). In general, every day I returned to the room as if I had just stopped by (except that the air conditioner and refrigerator were on)))). The room has a safe with an electronic lock, where, accordingly, kept all the cash and documents. Although I sometimes forgot money and documents on the table in front of the mirror, there was not a single case of theft. Once he specially left a tip and wrote in English on a napkin, "this is for you. Thank you", but))) returned and everything was in place, they did not take it. So they only took tips from hand to hand. Managers Ekaterina and Victor, constantly helped with advice or an answer, if he consulted with them on any issue, they always went to a meeting.
