a couple of minutes to the supermarket.
After 5 ku (resort) go to the beach.
Got an alcohol license.
Do not use the infrastructure of the resort.
There is no kitchen in studio standards, not all rooms have a balcony.
You can change dinner for lunch.
Beach bar, billiards
There is a panoramic platform where a DJ performs every evening.
1. The sea is clean, I have never seen such a transparent sea, you can see your toes when you stand up to your chest in the water, this is such a miracle! Very salty: ) At the depth of boaters the water temperature is +28, near the shore it is +33. They thought that it would be hot even in the sea, but no, it’s bliss, the water is warm, your lips don’t turn blue, even sit in the water for hours, and when you leave the sea a cold breeze blows, although the air temperature is over 45 degrees. For pool lovers, there are 2 pools (near both the Hilton Resort and Hilton Residence buildings, interconnected by a bridge), the water in them is also warm, but not salty, there is access to the bar directly from the pool.
2. The beach is clean, not a single mote, the staff cleans the hotel and the beach 24 hours a day.
There are a lot of sunbeds with umbrellas on the beach, if you wish, you can move to the "green zone", there are also sunbeds in the stones on the grass under the palm trees, there the staff also brings wet towels with ice for free to cool tourists. You can order food at the bar, they will bring it directly to the beach. The only minus of the beach is that other hotel complexes are being built nearby, so it’s a little noisy, but the sound of the sea and the voices of people are muffled and you stop paying attention for 2-1 days. There in Dubai, wherever you look, they are being built everywhere.
3. Room - we had KING EXEC STUDIO SEA VIEW, but since we were placed on the UP floor, which is located above the reception, but under the first floor, there was no sea view, there was a view of the pool. By the way, we were satisfied with the low floor, since going down the stairs to the beach and breakfast is much faster than waiting for the elevator without a guarantee to get into it.
The room was cleaned every day after dinner, the bed is changed every 3 days (on request at least every day), towels are changed only those that you deliberately threw on the floor. We left a tip of 10 dirhams for cleaning and every day they twisted some kind of animal from the towels and left one free bottle of water in the room more. They were satisfied with the cleaning, and I need to look for some other auditor ...
The only negative in the room is that you cannot leave the light in the corridor, it either turns on throughout the room or turns off completely everywhere.
4. Service - mostly people from Kuwait, India and Tajikistan. Very polite, helpful, in Europe there is no such service even in expensive resorts. Any comments and wishes - for them the law. Service 24 hours a day, the hotel just shines with cleanliness, everything is new and well maintained.
5. Food - lovers of hamburgers and pasta with shrimp will come off here to the fullest.
It’s hard to find baked fish or chicken broth here (yeah, I was looking, I’m trying to eat right). Sitting in the evening on the sofas by the pool and smoking a delicious apple hookah, we wanted lobsters. Despite the fact that lobsters were not on the menu, at our request for 299 dirhams (about $85) they brought a delicious grilled lobster, French fries and asparagus lay nearby. Portions were enough for 2, ate from the belly. By the way, in a Kiev restaurant a lobster costs at least $200.
6. Infrastructure - we counted 5 restaurants and bars in the hotel, and dozens of cafes near the hotel. Everywhere they cook very tasty, but the kitchen is all very peppery, so we asked to be served non-spicy dishes. All taxis are Toyota Camry, it is not difficult to catch a taxi, they always pass near the hotel. Calling a taxi through hotels = service will be 20-30% more expensive. There is no point in haggling about the fare, they travel by footage, there is a special meter in every taxi.
We drove to Abu Dhabi (to the world's largest Sheikh Zayed Mosque and then to the Ferrari amusement park) for 200 dirhams (about $50) one way. By the way, we highly recommend a day trip to Abu Dhabi. The metro is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, fully automated, fare to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Shopping Mall AED 13 per person one way.
We are very satisfied with the rest, the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Residences hotel is top notch!
1. Check-in at the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 23:30. The girl at the reception named Cherelyn stubbornly refused to let us in with a deposit of $300 and demanded at least $1000 and without it she refused to give the key to the room and generally settle. After long negotiations and a call from the representative of the host of Royal Park (45 minutes), the situation was resolved in our favor. They even gave me an undeclared room with an ocean view. Many wrote that they settled without a deposit at all without any problems, but no one heard about such cases there.
2. The rooms are spacious, clean, they were cleaned regularly, everything was replenished without problems, they were interested in the quality of cleaning and whether everything was in sufficient quantity. The room has a full kitchen. dishes, oven, microwave, washing machine, smooth. board, tea and coffee set. The beach is sandy, large, because it was not in season that there were more than enough empty sunbeds near the water - at 9 am the water temperature is 35C, the air is 39C, but there is a full house near the pool - the sunbeds are already occupied at 8 am (the water in the pool cools down). Ice on the beach is free. We took drinks from the supermarket (cola, sprite) and made ourselves cocktails. Internet paid - $ 16 per hour.
3. The hotel has Russian-speaking staff. Two girls at the reception Margarita and Nuria in shifts from 8 to 21 hours. It was difficult to get all the information from Margarita, she was always busy and they never saw a smile (as they wrote about her). And in the main restaurant there are two: one in the hall - Angelina, and the other at the entrance to it (they forgot to ask for a name), a very nice girl from Naberezhnye Chelny will tell you everything and tell you where everything is.
Separately, we would like to express our gratitude to the manager of the Hilton resort hotel Elena, who works at the reception desk, for her help and useful advice during her stay at the hotel. She told us where you can eat inexpensively and tasty in a cafe, shopping, excursions, the concept of the hotel and much more. She really treated us very kindly and with understanding.
4. Nutrition. It is better to take HB meals (taking HB and paying extra at the hotel for dinner will be much more expensive than $42 per person, and not $27, as we were told at the travel agency). Dinners at the hotel are themed, and each time different - there are Mediterranean, Arabic and Indian. Breakfasts are the same, but there is enough variety of dishes so that they do not become boring. If you want to save money, you can eat in cafes for $25-50 for two, or skimp at the Almaya supermarket near the hotel. Alcoholic drinks in bars for 55 AED, beer 35. We had dinner at the PQ cafe next to the market and the hotel for $ 13 for two (special evening menu), the portions are large, they cook delicious fish (salmon, sea bass) and meat with garnish (potatoes or rice) and soups, so it was enough for two.
5. Excursions. They took only one from the operator - a survey in Abu Dhabi with a visit to the world's largest mosque $ 80 per person - I liked it, very informative. You are amazed at how you can build such a country in just 40 years. Dubai looked on its own. Burj Khalifa – $27 per person We were there during the day and got tickets without any problems. We expected more from the singing fountains - the performance was interesting, but only 4 minutes, then the wait was 30 minutes. We went to the Al Masyaf hotel, the so-called. Dubai Venice (entrance is free, but a small area to visit) is very beautiful. It also offers a beautiful view of the famous Burj Al Arab hotel (sail). Metro from the hotel to Dubai Mall 11 AED per person (if you take tickets in both directions, then even cheaper). Taxi from Dubai mall to hotel - 45 AED.
6. Shopping. Were in the season of discounts, but from the cheap malls one China, shoes and things, like we have in the shopping center, only more expensive even after the discount. For the sake of interest, we looked at fur coats on Jumeirah, where the quality of the fur is excellent, but there are few interesting models, mostly one classic (I liked Manzari more), in Deira they say the quality is poor and there is no choice. Prices are now lower than in season and good discounts. It is better to buy gold on a gold bitch: the prices are the same as in malls, but there is more choice. Sample of products 18 and 22 carats. The price is $52 (785) per gram of the finished product and $39 in bullion.
We are satisfied with the choice of the hotel and the rest in general. Judging by the reviews of tourists from other hotels, the Hilton wins both in price and quality. Sheraton was praised, but there is now a construction site and is located at the very end of the promenade, it is noisy in Khabtura and everyone has stomach problems after eating in a restaurant, in Westin they say that the food is tasteless and there is nothing to choose from. I liked the country, but in such heat and with hot water in the bay, they would not dare to go again. I hope our review will be useful in choosing a hotel. We will be happy to answer all questions)).
