We really liked the hotel and the service. The room is large, it has everything you need, including a washing machine. Friendly staff. Very convenient location and everything corresponds to the price and level. To Maidan 50 meters.

Great location - a minute walk to Maidan. On the second floor we had a large and pleasant room in all respects. There is convenient parking on the territory of the hotel. We didn't like the fact that there was practically no hot water - but we were told that we were so "lucky". The staff is friendly.

I liked it very much, thanks to the hotel staff. The location is just perfect - the very center of the city, close to all sorts of cafes and restaurants. We got a beautiful room, all as in the photo. And the room has everything you need - dishes, appliances, air conditioning. Everything is almost new. We were warmly welcomed and always helped when needed.

First time staying in an apartment and we were satisfied. Excellent equipment (even a bit too much for us because we spent only 3 nights) - a huge LCD TV with many satellite channels, a kitchen corner with a stove, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, washing machine; large bathroom with jacuzzi, etc. You can’t imagine a better location for sightseeing - everything is within walking distance (well, except for the laurel - but it’s far from the center : )).

The staff is very friendly. Things were immediately taken to the 4th floor. And the lack of an elevator was not a problem for us.

A good hotel located a stone's throw from the Maidan. The rooms are full-fledged apartments, in fact a separate apartment, with a kitchen, necessary utensils, a wardrobe, a large bed, satellite TV, a washing machine, a jacuzzi, a shower. We were allowed to stay a little longer and leave later without paying. For cash payment, they gave a 5% discount. We got a room on the 1st floor with access to the parking lot, three external units of air conditioners were noisily buzzing under the window. The whole impression was spoiled by the air conditioner in the room from which water was constantly flowing, and it was impossible to use it at night (water dripped loudly flooding the kitchen), I had to sleep in stuffiness with the windows closed : -(
