I rested for 2 weeks with my family in the hotel, cruise-1. Very cozy hotel. I want to thank all the Cruise-1 staff for the excellent and professional service. Especially, I would like to note the maids Lina and Vita For very correct and efficient work!!! ! In short, there was nothing to complain about!!!! ! What can not be said about the level of service in the establishments on the Alushta embankment.

But no . . the local staff, who have been working for more than a year (stayed too long), feel like owners, and do everything not to interfere with them. In short, the schedule is like in kindergarten, at 9, the rise at 21.00 lights out. And God forbid you dare to speak out loud after lights out (the staff will say this right away, rudely, and if necessary, repeat and intimidate the police). It is forbidden to use the overhead light and a common TV in the kitchen (only the scrubber-washing princes have the right to do this)... The "scrubber-washing princes" came up with their own rules, wrote them with their own hand and hung them on the wall, according to these rules they relieved themselves of responsibility for cleanliness etc. And God forbid, you drop a seed on the ground or leave a crumb on the table, they unceremoniously put a broom or a rag in your hands in front of everyone and say “CLEAN UP” in an orderly voice. The rules change every day, depending on the wishes of the staff, the walls and windows are hung with new pieces of paper (signed at the bottom "Hotel Management"). I talked to the management, they don't know what's going on here, and they're not interested. After all, this is the smallest hotel of their chain of hotels. The whole problem is that from the posing of the question, all vacationers consider the attendants to be the owners of this institution, they, in turn, got used to this and did everything so that the vacationers walked on tiptoe and did not interfere with the "princes" to rest. In general, if you live in the most flawed hostel, then this situation will not surprise you, but why travel so much to get into the same story. If you are a self-sufficient, self-respecting person and came to rest not from idleness, but to rest for a year ahead without stress and swearing, you are definitely not here.

Ok, we've arrived. In Cruise-1, the realm of the "scrubber", as they have already dubbed it, is the manager, she is also a cleaner, she is a nosy everywhere. Cleaning on demand and 10 times reminder. Smoking only on the roof of the 2nd floor, for 12 rooms on the roof there are 2 tables of dirty appearance and 3.5 sunbeds, one of which was occupied by the daughter of the "scrubber". Extremely unpleasant! But the worst thing is that the management really does not care! They say pay 55 USD. e. and enough service from you. A lot boiled up.
