Only for a fee, as an additional service. This is generally absurd for such a hotel. Upon arrival, there was soap and shampoo in the room, which was not replenished for us every day, as it should be in normal hotels of this class. Once the day before departure they did not put toilet paper at all. There is no opening window or window in the room, if you take a shower in the morning and come in the evening, then humid air reigns in the room, which can be expelled only by opening the front door. In the evening, if you take a shower without opening the door of the room, you can suffocate from preli. All their things are dried on the dryers on the aisle outside the room, in the room they cannot physically dry overnight. In this regard, you have to open the door and sleep all night with the door open. Since every day in the restaurant “live sound artists” sing the same thing, it is impossible to fall asleep before 23.00. The choice is either to stay awake and open the door, or to sleep but suffocate. Live sound artists sing the same whining - how to call it or plagiarism or something else I don’t know, rehash songs from Bilan, Kirkorov and up to chanson. Even the songs change according to the order they have in the computer. This live music is one despondency. For all 10 days there were 3 "singers" - one la lalay girl, the other - who sang - rather opened her mouth like under Bilan-Kirkorov-Gubin's karaoke, and one more sang the chanson of famous performers. Before that, everything is standard and monotonous to the point of nausea.
The food is like in a factory canteen - a little better. In the morning buffet (well, this is one name) - porridge, potatoes, pasta, rice, cucumbers, sausage, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, juice, tea, coffee, and what's left of dinner. It would seem the south, well, it could have been fruits, seafood in abundance, but no, oranges, bananas, so finely chopped, apparently from economy, that it was even inconvenient to take them, suddenly someone would not get it. The grapes, if they were not in clusters, but in individual berries, grapes - out of 10 pieces of grapes on the buffet, I took 5 - suddenly, again, someone will not get it))). Fish cutlets, a couple of times there was baked or fried mackerel for dinner (and that’s all !!! ) How it didn’t burst - from such an “abundance”. Dinner of choice on a piece of paper in the morning at the “buffet” was given, you mark the salad (three or four types, you choose one of the salads), as well as the second buckwheat or mashed potatoes or pasta. And either tea or juice / kampot. (It’s like pouring water into kampot - a little sweet). Tea ready to bring half a cup-the water they have there is worth its weight in gold apparently. For the entire arrival, no soup or hot first course. A couple of times there were like three pieces of chicken skewers and the second time from pork. There are no complaints about the staff, everyone is smiling, friendly, they perform their function.
The design, the structure of the hotel, the room - you can put 4 ku, as a lot of pathos was done neatly - swords, helmets, stones - a lot of ancient paraphernalia in this style. Everywhere air conditioners. It can be seen that they initially invested quite well financially, and now they are saving on everything and making the most money out of extra. Services and restaurant . Prices in the restaurant are horsey - salad from 300 rubles, first course 600-900 rubles, tea and coffee 70 rubles, a bottle of water 0.5 l - 80 rubles. 100 g. Vodka-140-180 rubles. Whiskey 100g - 600-900 rubles
Since the hotel does not eat dinner in the dining room in the village - it's cheaper there, they also went to the store for water.
The beach is disgusting - public, boulders, stones, people half a meter away, the water is muddy-green, cold. When the waves are like water in a river - a mountain river flows nearby - into which the sewerage drains from the village from the houses - it stinks - and all this in the sea, then settles at the bottom and when the waves rise, horror. Stones in the sea - bottom - snotty slippery.
Because of this, every day we went to the beach for 2 km in Solnechnogorsk, where the water is cleaner and the beach is better. But the water is also opaque. Were in Yalta, where the water is clear, the beach is well-groomed, the water feels fresher and more salty.
We didn’t go to the attractive center of Courage on the beach, because my wife wasn’t up to it, and even there, if you go, then leave a certain amount, which you didn’t want to do at all and invest in this soviet tourist region.
The impression of the arrival is not ice, just in Russian a scoop and nothing more. Nature is what it created itself, that's all you can see, no one has invested in infrastructure since the 80s, neither conditions nor roads. About roads, in general, chaos - they drive as they want - they can easily crush, no one observes anything. Everyone is focused there on one thing - it's money, taxi drivers are mad and angry.
They rest there mostly as a savage, they come by car, train, plane, rent housing from 250 rubles to 1000 rubles per day, they cook themselves and are cheaper and more interesting. Wi-Fi with the Internet in almost all rented houses is free - it's like dirt.
Result: for the tour 75 rubles, for dinners - food 10 rubles. only 85 in 10 days. For what, it is not clear. With such pleasure, it was possible even for 65 to fly to Egypt at the Hilton Long Beach 4 * hotel, for example, for 11 nights where everything is inclusive, services, service, clear Red Sea, an equipped beach and a change of scenery.
I do not advise anyone either this pretentious hotel or Crimeanash, do not waste your time and money.

Rested with her husband in the tourist complex "Argo", opted for the hotel "Camelot". Lovely hotel, very nice setting, great staff! The whole complex is made for a great holiday for every taste. For lovers of not only a beach holiday, a wide range of excursions is offered. Every evening there is live music, and for those who want to "light up" the entertainment center "Courage" works until the morning.

So I read the reviews and went to this wonderful hotel Camelot. I rested in August with a friend. The hotel is really beautiful, a large pool, soft sun loungers near the pool. And the VIP beach, which was mentioned in the ticket, is located on the roof of the entertainment center. Constantly walking to the sea and back is very inconvenient. Service in the hotel restaurant is a separate issue. You could say it's just awful. If you don’t like something, the waiters or the administrator can calmly get nasty and even send you. After I had a fly in my plate of vegetables, the administrator Natalya politely took the plate and after 15 minutes brought me back my plate with the same contents (which I had eaten), only without the fly. Very unqualified staff. The food is not a fountain at all. For that kind of money, you could get more choices. Sometimes there was simply nothing to choose from the menu. The portions are very small, we were hungry all the time after dinner and went to buy something more. No entertainment, very boring. There is some kind of aqua aerobics during the day, but it is not impressive at all. It is possible to leave for Yalta by bus, but return only by taxi, which will cost 500 UAH. In short, the hotel is located in such a hole, from where it takes a very long time to get to the nearest civilization. Now about cleaning the hotel. During the week, we were cleaned only 2 times, although it can hardly be called cleaning. We have never vacuumed or washed the floor in the bathroom. Even the sign "request to clean the room" does not produce any effect, it is simply ignored. The pool is large, beautiful, but it is not clear why it is closed at 8 pm. Very stupid. They say that for cleaning, but I specifically watched a couple of evenings and no cleaning was done. There aren't enough beds for everyone. In general, there are a lot of minuses, I could still write and write.
I will say one thing, for such money, it was expected better service. I will never come to Camelot again and I do not advise you to.

We just arrived today from a holiday at the Camelot Hotel and I want to write a review right away! To begin with, the hotel is brand new, it is only 2 years old. The repair is fresh, the plumbing is new, the staff is very friendly, everyone says hello, any of our whims, such as bringing an extra blanket, the garbage bag ran out - everything was done in a matter of minutes ! ! The service is just great! ! Especially for the Crimea, and not in all hotels abroad, we met this!! Well done guys, maybe they are now gaining clients, but apparently they don’t have much problems with this, since there were quite a few people resting even in May! and the audience is decent, and foreigners are resting! There is a playground, during the day and in the evening animators are engaged with the children.

You can make barbecue, there is a brazier with large gazebos for companies.
Unfortunately, you can say no to your own beach, but they give free sun loungers on the so-called VIP beach (complex on the seashore). In a word, the area is gorgeous! Green! And in our objective view, it is perfect for families with children and for a quiet family vacation!
The room is cool, modern, cleaning daily! European style, pale creamy yellow walls, dark brown furniture! Everything is clean, not shabby! Double bed with excellent mattress, euro blankets, snow-white linens and towels, bathroom. the unit is clean, there was always hot water, and a decent pressure!
What's more, no mosquitoes!! ! they just smell me from a kilometer away, but here I enjoyed it! )
Summarizing: the hotel, in our opinion, deserves more than 4 *, namely for the Crimea with its underdeveloped infrastructure!
We were very satisfied with our vacation!
Of the "minuses" I noted only two: there is no elevator and in the evening there is nowhere to go for a walk!
Everything, more "cons" were not found!
