We booked a hotel for 3 people, and ended up with 2 single beds and 1 piece of furniture with an unclear name (not an armchair or a sofa) measuring 1 meter by 6 cm, and according to the logic of the hotel, a child 125 cm tall should sleep there. There is no hairdryer in the room, the number of seats is in The restaurant does not accommodate people, so be prepared to stand in line if you do not have time to arrive before opening.

The staff is unfriendly, there is only one answer to all questions: we don’t understand, we can’t do anything. Sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach are paid (sunbed -9, umbrella -9 leva). The sea is green and covered with green algae, I have never seen such a swamp. Food prices are expensive. In a word: don’t spend money on this terrifying country with a sea covered with greenery, which is scary to go into, let alone swim.

I chose this hotel because it was the first coastline and not expensive. With the settlement, the room was all right, everything worked. The only thing is old, torn towels. Slippers were not given, shampoos were not reported. . . Of course, I understand that this is 3 *, but even in 3 * hotels they give slippers.

The hotel is in a good location, in an elite area, away from the hustle and bustle, I also liked it. The nights were calm, everything was fine. Small area of the hotel, small pool, the beach is very close. Those bars that were on the beach, and the hotel added them to itself, since they were in the photo to the description of the hotel, they are paid, and they do not belong to the hotel and have nothing to do with the all-inclusive system, so let other people's bars notassign! The hotel, apart from the main restaurant and a small pool, has nothing else, with all this, the hotel is not bad. It was not very close to the center, it took about 10 minutes to walk, but there was a central alley within a three-minute walk, and everything was already there: shops, restaurants, etc. As for the guide at the hotel, she did not make an appointment at all and did not come to her. She didn’t even want to meet with me, and when I already wrote to her and asked how it was, not even to come and get to know me, she replied that she considered it not so important. I practically forced her to come and meet me. I personally called and discussed this issue with her. But the guide on the bus was good.

To all those who are thinking of going to the sea in Bulgaria (Sunny Beach) and are thinking of choosing the Fiesta M hotel - don't even think about it! There are no words for how terrible it is! the only plus is the sea - clean, large beach. To begin with, my friends and I decided to choose this hotel and go to the sea.

To begin with, my friends and I decided to choose this hotel and go to the sea. Reading reviews about how bad it is. . . we didn't believe it. They thought they were nitpicking. But from now on, we will listen and look at every feedback.
We arrived there at this hotel... (you know the pictures are beautiful . . but in reality it’s not quite like that)... we waited a long time to be settled. asked (human factor) to check them in an hour or two earlier than expected, but they didn’t. (although they had free rooms).
settled in - the rooms seem to be normal at first glance... but then you start to stumble upon the fact that a beam in the bathroom will fall on you... not all rooms have curtains, the carpet is dirty, they give out soap 2 cm x 2 cm in size and one shampoo 5 ml. This is all!!! ! You won't see anything else! cleaned once a week! Towels are changed every two days but they give out as if not washed! at night, if you fell asleep with the TV on, they will definitely come to your room and turn it off, and they will take the remote control with them! (about this does not fit into my head at all) we had a row about this! the feeling that every room has a surveillance camera. (they also have such a joke - "and tomorrow see yourself in Play Boy magazine")
As for FOOD! our company is not picky about food at all, but what was in a hotel that calls itself 4 stars... this is not even in eateries. First of all, there was not enough food for everyone! People always stood with plates for 20 minutes and waited for them to take out food. The choice of food is worse than in a regular cafeteria. Well, what I already had to eat was terribly not tasty, sometimes raw or overcooked, a dessert - if you don’t run to it first... you won’t see it. sometimes they gave fruit... ice cream once a week (although, as promised, they had to give it every day). at the next table, a man found a worm in his food. the picture is just creepy!
in the morning for breakfast it is easy to be left without tea or coffee. They have a 2 liter kettle. the water is over and that's it! eat banana! the tablecloths on the tables are dirty, the floor is rarely washed.
about DRINKING on the all inclusive system - beer was basically running out, and as for other alcoholic drinks - they simply do not exist! they shrug their shoulders and just say no and that's it! when it will be - do not know! but there are empty bottles in the window - martinis, whiskey, and so on... - they say this for beauty! Bulgarians are still fuckers!
the toilet stinks, broken toilets, no paper.
There is no animation at all!!!!! ! small children, apart from the children's pool and how to run after sparrows, will not see anything else. At the pool, in the dining room, at the hotel, they have no music anywhere! after 22.00 pm - if you just want to drink water - you can't do it in the hotel! no one will give you! have to go to the store and buy!
The STAFF is rude, call names, behave rudely and even in your face they say that you are nobody here! there are no words for the outrage!
this is not a 4 star hotel! This boarding house eatery!
trust my review and do not go there - ruin your vacation!

The hotel is located in the northern, quiet part of the resort, surrounded by 5 * hotels, so there is no such noisy den as in the central and southern parts, i. at night you fall asleep to the sound of the surf, and do not try to fall asleep (with a closed balcony! ) as it would be in hotels of the 1st - 2nd line of the center or southern part (we went through this in 2009 and 10, relaxing in "Globe" and "Phoenix" This is the advantage of a holiday in Fiesta.

Everything else is like in ordinary 4 * Bulgaria.
Although, they cleaned every day and changed towels, linen after 5 days. Food (we took half board, which we regretted again! It would have been better, cheaper and more varied if eating in neighboring restaurants, even at the same hotel, they cook very well! ) I got tired already on the 5th day, especially dinners! There was no smell of meat! sometimes, once every 3 days, a man stood and cut dosed small pieces of boiled sinewy meat, chicken was also presented. And in general, you need to be able to cook so tasteless!
