Number: we were settled on the 5th floor. , since the elevator works, we were not upset. but when we entered the room and stayed in it for literally 10 minutes, we realized that everything was bad. I’ll start with the bathroom, because the sea is the first place where we go to wash off the salt and sweat (well, why hide it, it’s incredibly hot, and also keep in mind that it’s 700 meters to stomp to the sea), the bathroom looks ok at first glance, but turn on the shower and away we go...

The light in the room makes me say about myself separately, in our room the light worked only at the bed, and near the TV, and the switch near the bed fell off as soon as we turned on the light for the first time. FOOD: it is indicated that this is an all-inclusive meal, probably if nothing tasty and varied is included. We stayed here for 8 days, during which time the food was repeated constantly. The food is not tasty, to be honest. seafood is mackerel and a couple of times there was a dorado, thanks for that. We got so that from the first day in the dining room (because the language does not dare to call it a restaurant) there was a flood! just imagine you enter and swim in your shoes to crash into someone. due to the fact that there was a flood, in the rooms in all, in the mornings from 8-8.30 there was no water) woke up and there was no way to even wash. There were three cups of 200 ml of water in the room in the refrigerator) just what you need) You can tell a lot more, but I will sum it up like this, the pool!
this is what attracts children! so, do not take your children to them, they are not cleaned, our family and many more families with children after one visit fell ill with fever and diarrhea. awful, just awful! There is a paid, good, works throughout the hotel 12 dollars for 7 days. They settled us on the 5th floor. This is the last floor, during the day you will not be saved by air conditioning, which blows very weakly. The room is small with one double and one single bed, a small balcony where there is nowhere to hang swimwear and towels, because there are no fixtures.
W/C: There are no doors or walls in the "shower cubicle" except for one partition near the toilet, so everything is wet as a result. There are no shelves for soap / shampoo either, so you have to reach for the washbasin every time to take / put soap supplies. The second bar had wine and other alcoholic drinks and a constant queue ....On the territory of the hotel, water can only be taken from the bar near the pool, there are no more refrigerators and places with water in the hotel. Water is not in bottles, but in cups like yogurt. Restaurant: it's even funny to write "restaurant", dining room....I won't even describe the breakfast - if you like eggs, then you will be satisfied. For lunch and dinner on the menu: 1 type of soup. 3 types of garnish: vermicelli, porridge, beans, sometimes there was cold incomprehensible potatoes such as boiled circles. Salads: tomatoes + cucumbers, tomatoes + lettuce, blue cabbage, lettuce, eggplant with something; baked peppers, some eggs with sour cream (probably left over from breakfast), and something like adjika; meat chicken pieces fried, chicken baked, fried fish such as herring. Sweets: chocolate cake, several types of manniks. Grapes and apples. This is all that was in this dining room. That is, there is no choice from the word AT ALL.

Blue boiled eggs, bread fried in an egg, a few tomatoes and cucumbers. Although there were always 4 types of cheese. There were no desserts for breakfast. If you do not count shopping baskets and jam. Lunches in the hotel are more fun, there is meat, fish, rice, sometimes spaghetti, all these dishes were repeated in different variations on different days. Fruits were watermelons and apples all day. Desserts are weak, but they were. Dinner is almost always the same as lunch. But it must come on time, if a little later, you risk being hungry.
Now about the beach. It is a plus to go to the beach in 5 minutes.
On the way to the beach, there is a local market where you can buy anything you want. The hotel does not have its own beach, there are only designated places, there are a maximum of 25 sunbeds, 5 of them are broken and there are no mattresses for another 5. They lie on nothing. Mass of people. There are many cigarette butts that no one removes. There is no bar as such either, more precisely, there is a stall where water is handed out in cups and that's all. Therefore, all other days we went to the city beach, lay on towels on the pebbles, but there were always few people there.
The sea here is perfect, crystal clear, transparent, very warm and gentle. The nature is amazing, the view of the mountains.
On the second day, we noticed that the air conditioner was not working in the room. And this is the most "interesting" thing. I want to note that during the day the temperature in the room warmed up to at least 35 degrees, there was really nothing to breathe. I turned to the reception desk with a request to repair the air conditioner. They promised me three days, but nothing changed. They even brought me a fan!!!!!
! In the evening of the 3rd day in the evening, I approached the general director with the same request, and oh, wonder))) again nothing!! ! On the morning of the 4th day, I asked to move us to another room. We were surprisingly relocated. Apparently, I just got them out with my persistence.
The second room was larger, brighter with a working air conditioner.
Internet. There is no ego in the rooms, there is one in the lobby, but it is very weak and works intermittently. You can buy internet in the room, we did not do this.
Servicing In the bars you can take drinks, beer, they do not make cocktails, at most gin and tonic or whiskey and cola. Everyone is very friendly.
There is animation, yoga, water polo, water aerobics were held, evening shows were held by animators, there were no guest artists. Animators are active and funny.
Summing up, I want to say that we went to the sea, we got it and were 100% satisfied. Only from the sea, everything else leaves much to be desired.
At the reception, I heard constant complaints from other guests, to which no one responded. If not for the story with the air conditioner, which really spoiled 3 days of my vacation, the impression was the best. And yes, we have seen much better and customer-oriented hotels, this one is, let's say, normal. He should grow and develop, but apparently, they don't need that.

Good day to all. My wife and child (5 years old) and I came to the TUI UKRAINE office (in Kyiv) and said that we wanted to have a rest in Kemer, Turkey. In this office we were recommended the hotel "Palmet Resort Kiris". We bought a tour from TUI, contract dated 06/15/2019, payment ID through Privatbank: D593-3EE0-8C97-02B82E125888. … More ▾ Good day to all. My wife and child (5 years old) and I came to the TUI UKRAINE office (in Kyiv) and said that we wanted to have a rest in Kemer, Turkey. In this office we were recommended the hotel "Palmet Resort Kiris". We bought a tour from TUI, contract dated 06/15/2019, payment ID through Privatbank: D593-3EE0-8C97-02B82E125888.
At the TUI UKRAINE office, we were given a settlement voucher No. 3766783 dated 06/18/2019 and KM insurance No. 3240005 with PJSC "European travel insurance" (that is, we were insured by TUI UKRAINE independently).
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were settled in room 010. In this room, as in other rooms, we found a huge mold (fungus) on all the walls (photo attached). The room from this fungus had a stench and dampness, clothes and floors did not dry out from dampness, the bed was damp. The front desk said there were no other rooms.
Also, with us and from other tourists, there were constant complaints to the hotel administration about the replacement of rooms due to the presence of fungus on the walls.
After staying at the hotel, our girl's health deteriorated sharply, all night (every 10 minutes!!! ) she had vomiting, diarrhea, a sharp pain in her stomach, and a temperature. I'm not saying it's fungus. We at 07 am on 07/04/2019 through the above insurance (+902423102820) asked for medical help. A private doctor arrived, took us to his medical office (somewhere in the private sector), put in drips, prescribed treatment, and took us back to the hotel. I didn’t take ANALYSIS, I didn’t write out a referral for tests. They did not take him to the hospital for admission.
Further, by the evening of 07/04/2019, the child became even worse. We again applied for medical help through the above insurance, another doctor arrived and took us to the Kemer Yasam Hastanesi hospital in a car. At 20:00 on 07/04/2019, the child was hospitalized. We had a return flight at 09.20 on 07/05/2019. When I asked the attending physician if she would be able to fly, he answered no. He said that the diagnosis will be based on the results of all tests.
The child was put on a drip, they took tests (but they didn’t take all the tests that the attending physician wrote to take from the child).
We called the insurance company (+902423102820), informed about hospitalization and the impossibility of tomorrow's flight. About an hour later I got a call back from PJSC "European travel insurance" and was informed that if we do not fly out tomorrow morning and stay in the hospital, the insurance company will not pay (will not cover) us for new plane tickets (for another date) and accommodation of parents in Kemer for the period of inpatient treatment of the child. After our re-informing the operator about the impossibility of departure for health reasons, he replied that they would now call our hospital with which they cooperate and "sort it out". What happened next I will never forget. . .
On 07/05/2019 at 04:00, a group of doctors entered our ward (3rd floor, ward No. 011) and informed us that the blood test was normal, we were discharged, get ready and fly out. I had to fly out with a sick child who had been in the hospital for only 8 hours and on the plane RELATED EVERY 15 minutes! Later, in the blood test, we saw indicators that were outside the reference values. I am sure that the child was not subject to discharge, all the tests were not taken, there was a temperature, pain, vomiting! Upon arrival home, we were taken by an ambulance and now the child was hospitalized in the infectious diseases. They took three tests, one showed a rotavirus infection, the results of other tests (sowing) were told to wait 5 days. Such are the tourist services and the main attitude! After all, they perfectly understood that anything could happen to a child on the road. I think there are enough grounds to file a lawsuit against TUI in court.

From the beach 6 minutes walk. The hotel is located in the center of the village, right next to the market, which is very convenient. The yard is completely separated from the street.
