Cleanliness and order everywhere. The kitchen and the restaurant - better not seen. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very big. The view from the window is next to the wall. Ukrainian doctors. One doctor accepted, they thought he would continue to work (they gave 100 euros), another doctor accepted after the tests, the third after the end. Compared to Truskavets, medical support is useless. You need to figure everything out for yourself so as not to harm yourself. At night, no one from the medical staff is on duty.
If they had not stolen and put the city of Truskavets in order, then Karlovy Vary would not be needed.

Resting at the St. Joseph Royal Regent in July 2013. In general, the rating is good. Location: The hotel is located on the border of the "glamorous" and "normal" parts of Karlovy Vary. Close to any of these places. The springs (colonade) are also close. The building itself is "squeezed in" there is no other word for it, between those standing side by side on all four sides. … More ▾ Resting at the St. Close enough to the Orthodox church (who cares). Interior: everything is quite new and traces of the stay of previous guests are only slightly visible so far (on furniture, doors, etc. ). The interior space of the entire hotel is tastefully decorated, comfortable and beautiful. Infrastructure: in addition to the main restaurant, the hotel has a lobby bar, divided into three zones - one indoors and two outdoors. You can smoke in those outside. You can't smoke anywhere else, even in rooms with balconies (of which there are few), a fine of 100 Euros. Nice lobby at the reception. There is also a jewelry store (with an exchanger) and a nail salon. On the seventh floor of the main building there is a swimming pool. The pool is quite 6 by 14 meters, plus they include a waterfall and a countercurrent (they turn on according to the schedule for 15 minutes, and not every hour). Towels can be taken directly from the pool (convenient). Swimming pool with a glass roof and a wall, there is also an open veranda with sun loungers (you can sunbathe). Food: no questions about food. Everything is very tasty and varied. You can eat normally and adults and children and ulcers and teetotalers. Rooms: The rooms are quite decent and in good condition. There is a minibar, a safe for free, there are many Russian channels on TV. The bathroom has a hair dryer and a large set of cleaning products. There is a large umbrella hanging in the hallway. Each guest is provided with a bathrobe and slippers (they will also pick up a bathrobe according to their size for children). The main disadvantage of most hotel rooms is the lack of a view from the window. There are rooms where the windows "rest" against the wall of the neighboring building at a distance of no more than 3 meters. There are few rooms with balconies, you need to pay extra for them (the sending party did not tell us this). There is no air conditioning in the rooms (the Czechs say that they don’t get hot), but it really happens, on such days the rooms are stuffy and hot. Floor fans are available upon request. Service: the vast majority of staff speaks Russian. At the reception, half of the staff in general are our former fellow citizens. The staff is polite. Issues that arise are resolved quickly, there is no indifference. The only sore point is cleaning. They are removed through the stump-deck. One shift can clean up well, another badly (tips don't help). For some reason, linen is changed once a week (as in a Soviet sanatorium). Towels - on request. Treatment: the equipment is good, modern. The schedule of procedures is maintained without failures, minute by minute. The medical staff is diligent and courteous. The doctors are "ours" but already Europeanized - impeccable politeness, smile and. . . indifference. Masseurs are also quite a weak point. I won't say they are bad, but there are better ones, and there are much better ones. Contingent: all hotel guests are Russian-speaking. These are citizens of both Russia and Ukraine and some Central Asian countries. Lots of Israeli citizens. The audience is all decent enough, there were no “bright” personalities. The goodies: upon arrival you are given a glass of juice and wet towels. It's nice. Upon departure, they can pack the suitcases in film (no more expensive than at the airport) and weigh them. In the evening, the maids prepare the room for bed and put a chocolate bar on the bed. Once a week - fruit platter for free. Appointment with the doctor no later than 24 hours from the moment of arrival. In general, good, rating 4, like the stars of the hotel.

The hotel is just wonderful, I gave it only 9 points, only for the reason that I don’t really like high-tech. But trusting the reviews of the manager (Travel Professional Group) who offered me exactly him, I did not regret at all.
The hotel is new and very bright. Its peculiarity is that it is here that you can get procedures 7 days a week. The nearest source is a couple of minutes on foot.
The food is not bad enough, I was very afraid, since the reviews were different about the food in Karlovy Vary, but given the fact that I am not a picky person and I went only for the purpose of prevention, so I didn’t need diet food, I didn’t have to limit myself to food and the gifts of the buffet were to my liking.
If you are planning to visit Karlovy Vary, I recommend staying at this sanatorium. While reviews and descriptions can be trusted : )
I recommend!!! !

Very good hotel, friendly staff, which is quite rare in KV. Gorgeous rooms. Directors can often be seen in the hotel and therefore everyone blows dust off the vacationers. Well equipped treatment area. Very good food (buffet three times a day), no repeats for two weeks. Live music twice a week, retro disco on Fridays. It’s a bit expensive, but according to the reviews of others, the hotel draws five stars (I didn’t rest in five stars myself) and only because of the unfavorable location (not on the first line) and the lack of at least some decent view from the window can only claim four stars. I was amazed how the maids clean the rooms after they left, that is, if it is written that it is sterile, then it is sterile : )))
