The hotel is located next to bus stop 27, far from the center of Rimini. We got to the hotel at about 10 am, although the check-in was supposed to be at 13.00, but we were immediately settled, for which we were grateful to the owner of the hotel, Giorgio. The Adler Hotel is modest, but for its 3 stars it is very good. Very friendly staff who are always willing to help. Everyone speaks Russian, even Giorgio. You can find out all the information about the city of Rimini from him. This year we took a chance and traveled around Italy on our own, the Adler Hotel was our main base. I want to say that we spent the night in different hotels in different cities and with different stars, but we returned to Adler as if we were at home, the atmosphere was so cozy there... In this hotel you can order late dinners and early breakfasts. We were served breakfast at both 5.30 am and 6 am. When we were returning from Florence, I mixed up and ordered a late dinner on the wrong date, so we were fed on arrival anyway... You can take an iron and scales to weigh the suitcases before leaving. This attitude of the staff is captivating and you do not pay attention to minor flaws.
Room: we rented 2 rooms on the 3rd floor No. 217 and No. 219. The room has 2 separate 1-seater beds, which we just moved, a plasma TV, air conditioning, but for an additional fee, a hairdryer, a wardrobe, shelves for clothes above the bed, a lot of hangers, a mirror and a dressing table. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, sink and odd shower. It consists of a hose with a shower screwed into the wall, the water drains into a hole in the floor. There were no partitions in my room, in the children's room (No. 217) there were shower partitions. Such a shower did not bother me at all, the water was the right temperature. Upon arrival, there were 2 bars of soap and 2 disposable shampoos and liquid soap in a bottle. I did not use them, as I was used to using my bath accessories. We didn’t watch TV, but I heard from other tourists that there are no Russian channels, but there are many Italian music channels and there is an entrance for a flash drive, so at home you can download your favorite films or cartoons for children and watch what you like.
The balcony is very strange - it's not even a balcony, but a window the size of a door, partitioned off at waist level like a balcony. I really liked the blinds in the room. They are iron and with holes for air. When we left for a few days, I did not close the balcony-window, I closed the blinds all the way, and fresh air entered through the holes. I also liked that when we were not at the hotel for 4 days, upon arrival, our keys were in the administrator's desk, and did not hang on the wall as usual, so that no one could enter the room. I forgot to write that in order to use the safe, you need to pay a deposit of 50 euros, when you return the keys from the safe, your money will be returned to you. All furniture is not new but in good condition.
Food: We ordered breakfast and dinner. Breakfasts are standard for Europe: croissants, delicious bread, spread, delicious ham and cheese, 4 types of jam + chocolate paste, muesli, delicious yogurt, milk, coffee machine. Dinners are not a buffet, but the portions are large. They brought the first, second and fruit, on the table you can pick up chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers and lettuce. Dinners were never repeated. Deliciously prepared. Of course the food is not traditional Italian, but cooked deliciously and at home. We liked everything…
Beach: walk to the beach 3 minutes, to the free 6-10 minutes. The free beach is located if you walk along the beaches from stop 27 towards stop 26. You will see a free piece of sandy land without sunbeds - this is a free beach. The sea is shallow, good for small children. You have to walk 50 meters so that the water is up to your chest.
Bottom line: we liked the hotel, it is not for capricious tourists, if I ever return to Rimini, I will definitely return to this hotel. I would like to say a huge thank you to all the hotel staff for the warm welcome, especially Giorgio, Tanechka and Lenochka...

Very friendly staff, the owner of the hotel and several other employees speak Russian, they are very friendly, smiling, helpful, they fulfilled all our wishes - the main thing is not to be silent. At first we were put in a room without a balcony, although the Natalie Tours agency promised that rooms with balconies. We immediately came and said about it - we were immediately given another room with a whole veranda where we could just dance! If you wanted ice for drinks - please, the owner himself ran and made ice for us. They wanted a map of the city - please, in Russian. We had to find out the train schedule - they printed it out for us. We needed an early breakfast - we were personally served at the right time, they even woke him up with a call. In general, everything is for the clients.
At first, we were alarmed by the system with keys - they do not hang behind the reception desk, but next to it on the wall around the corner from it. But the staff knows the guests by sight, they carefully look at who comes in, who is from which room, so there was no problem, we did not use the safe, but nothing was missing from the room.
The room is small but very cozy. Clean, not damp, as many write, they clean every day, towels are changed every other day or as soon as you ask. The only negative is that they didn’t change our bed linen even once in a week, but I’m sure that if we wanted to, they would immediately change it. The towels are large, terry, though not very soft, but they are clean and do not stink, as in other hotels sometimes.
A pleasant surprise - the air conditioner was paid for, and we were given a remote control at the reception - it works perfectly, it was even cold in the room at the end of August, when it was hot outside! The TV is also serviceable, there are many channels, there are music ones. As for the shower that "sticks out of the wall" - it's just a masterpiece of engineering! It’s very convenient, you don’t need to get into any stupid cubicle, you get up and wash freely - the whole bathroom is like a shower stall, my husband and I were delighted.
We had a table and chairs on the balcony, we could have breakfast, dinner there, and at night drink wine under the Italian stars by candlelight and even dance!
As for the food - we took half board and were very pleased - for breakfast a Swedish table (not very chic, of course): bread, toasters, cheese, sausage, cookies, jams and cereals, for some reason I read in other reviews about delicious croissants, but such we were not given. The most wonderful thing is a coffee machine that makes different coffees, cocoa, milk - very large and tasty portions. We just overate at dinner - a Swedish table with salads, for the first soup or pasta, for the second - fish or meat with a side dish - each time different dishes, tasty and satisfying! Sometimes pizza and pancakes were brought to the Swedish table. For dessert, apples, grapes or fruit salad. If you don’t want to sit in the dining room with everyone else, you can go out with food to the open veranda, sit and breathe fresh air. It was possible to be late for both breakfast and dinner, but there was still food, no one drove us away. In general, we were very pleased!

Well, in the end, when my acquaintances took me to the airport, he scolded them so that one Italian acquaintance was going to sue him! Towels or linen have never been changed, cleaning was carried out formally. We would take this calmly, because. they only came to spend the night, but when they saw that there were better rooms, the breakfast was normal, the dinner was strange - either two second ones, or soup with asterisks and the second one. Giorgio himself cooks, he can oversalt, overcook, products for dinner are discounted. But in general it is possible. We didn't even dine sometimes. Entertainment - zero. The staff is not Italian - all visitors. To the sea 5 minutes - convenient, not noisy at night. Two stars, no more.
