Many after drinking even a glass of wine get drunk, because in reality, people are absolutely hungry. They begin to express their dissatisfaction, and I call the police on them. The room was never cleaned, sheets and towels were not changed. sometimes they took out the trash. At the end, they stopped taking out the trash. As a result, our bathroom turned into a dump, where garbage was lying on the floor. It is useless to complain to the hotel guide from Anekstura. They say that they themselves are tired of complaining and refuse to work with this hotel. only two of us changed. Anekstur seems to be happy with everything. The manager advised a tour to this particular hotel, referring to the fact that this is the only hotel offered that corresponds to its star rating.
To tell the truth, I didn’t really want to go to C grade, because I had already been to Turkey twice and lived in 3.4 and 5 stars.
What is 3 * we were aware and knew what we might face.
We had no intention of saving money. We just needed an urgent flight, and from the options offered, we settled on this.

Together we went to the bar and began to resent! They asked us to open a bottle in front of us and pour us a normal wine! The Turks, led by the owner of the hotel - Ganzha, made innocent eyes at first, and then they simply sent everyone, and obscene language!
We called our guide - Svetlana, told her about everything and asked to arrange a meeting in the morning.
As a result, Svetlana began to hide. She changed her phone number. Instead, they sent some other guide, who was clearly on the side of the Turks. There was even some aggression on his part!
In general, the people slowly, little by little, tried to turn a blind eye to everything that was happening, but patience came to an end and the next day we staged a riot in the hotel! gathered more than 70 percent of vacationers. Everything was filmed on video. Proceedings did not lead to anything. We just realized and once again made sure that we have no protection, and the annex tour is fooling people by positioning the hotel as a 3 star hotel.
The hotel mainly rests people from Russia and the CIS countries and all operators - ANEX TOUR! 10% of vacationers are locals and guests from Iran.

The beach is 2 kilometers from the hotel. Only bread, pasta and tomatoes and cucumbers are allowed in the hotel. Everything else is not desirable. It is better to eat in cafes and restaurants.
Upon arrival home, we wrote a claim and we will deal with the tour operator in court. We want compensation.

Together we went to the bar and began to resent! They asked us to open a bottle in front of us and pour us a normal wine! The Turks, led by the owner of the hotel - Ganzha, made innocent eyes at first, and then they simply sent everyone, and obscene language!
We called our guide - Svetlana, told her about everything and asked to arrange a meeting in the morning.
As a result, Svetlana began to hide. She changed her phone number. Instead, they sent some other guide, who was clearly on the side of the Turks. There was even some aggression on his part!
In general, the people slowly, little by little, tried to turn a blind eye to everything that was happening, but patience came to an end and the next day we staged a riot in the hotel! gathered more than 70 percent of vacationers. Everything was filmed on video. Proceedings did not lead to anything. We just realized and once again made sure that we have no protection, and the annex tour is fooling people by positioning the hotel as a 3 star hotel.
The hotel mainly rests people from Russia and the CIS countries and all operators - ANEX TOUR! 10% of vacationers are locals and guests from Iran.
After this riot, some of us were threatened. I personally was caught twice. Once the hostess, and the second time - the guide. The goal was the same. "Delete the video, then everything will be fine! " Imagine hearing this
In general, the rest of the days we all tried to stick together with all the guys and for safety and just together somehow more fun and not everything is so sad) we even made barbecue at the hotel) We bought chicken in the market and fried ourselves for dinner) because there was nothing else to eat )) Every day more and more people arrived at the hotel and the line before dinner was already 5-10 minutes long))) You will be late for 20 minutes - you will only eat cabbage, onions, carrots and mint))) Of course, I exaggerated a little, but in fact there is practically nothing! or maybe it will be clearer....people began to eat what they had never eaten before))
Another important point....between lunch and dinner, the interval is 6 hours !! ! therefore, of course, people were forced to go to cafes and eat there. The prices, I tell you, are not humane at all. In St. Petersburg, they are about the same, but the quality is several steps lower.
The beach is not what is not 400-500 meters from the hotel, of course. Here, too, there is deceit. The distance is approximately 2 kilometers. You can walk in the heat for about 25 minutes, or you can go for 15 minutes in a minibus without air conditioning, stopping by other hotels on the way) For all this pleasure, you also need to pay $ 2 per person. And you need to pay at the hotel, after which they give tickets. Upon arrival at the beach, they are still digging into these tickets, asking. where do we get them, etc. In general, everywhere they try to deceive and tear off money! Beer on the beach is $5. You can't bring drinks with you, not even lemonade and juice! everything you need to buy only on the beach!
The sea was somewhat restless. Either clean or dirty, like in our resorts (Anapa, Gelendzhik... )

The beach is 2 kilometers from the hotel. Only bread, pasta and tomatoes and cucumbers are allowed in the hotel. Everything else is not desirable. It is better to eat in cafes and restaurants.
Upon arrival home, we wrote a claim and we will deal with the tour operator in court. We want compensation.
And the hotel will be licensed. I don't want anyone else to be scammed. We have all the evidence, so it remains only to wait : )
