Of course, no one thought to check us in at 12.00, but this is not a problem. Having settled in, we were amazed to tears by the glamor of the a la pshonka style, but with plastic pipes around the perimeter of all rooms. Hair in bed in 2 rooms and towels in another room. And the lack of any water in all 3 rooms!
Of course, the kind Oksana assured that the lads were repairing it and water would appear any minute. At the request to take a brazier in the evening and sit in the gazebo (when booking this shaman, the service was included in the price), Oksanka decided to carol and broke 200 UAH for renting a brazier for 2 hours and 150 UAH for a gazebo.
Yes, we resolved this issue with other staff and of course we did not pay money. But again, sediment. The next day was devoted to litigation with another admin, when will there be water. Half an hour of a bath in another building was provided, and of course it was promised that the water would be here. After the banya, lunch shook with an abundance of plastic fragments in bowls of soup! The "cook" came out and dumbfounded her hospitality: let me pour you some vodka!! ! Drumroll!
After waiting for the evening and not waiting for water, we demanded to be moved to rooms with water (and there were such) or to return the money. The administrator does not solve such issues, but it was not possible to contact the management, mutual responsibility. Naturally, no one was going to do anything until the moment the police arrived.
Depicting innocence on their faces, both admins already, after compiling a statement and taking the case under control by the police, did find us rooms in their own network, the Continent Hotel.
It is a pity that such beautiful places are spoiled by such grabbers!
I ordered dinner, as they came, again horror! The administrator in the dining room-cafe in this hotel is drunk, stinks of fumes and carries some kind of rubbish that they forgot to cook for us! In short, we left hungry. And in the morning, you won't believe it! We were awakened (it wasn't even nine) by the knocking on the wall of a hammer and a drill! Drills into the wall! It turns out that they insulate the chimney. In short, we took things and demanded a refund. Thank God, at least the money was returned (naturally, minus the day we spent there). Horror(
Intermittent water: that is, then no, then boiling water gushed, then cold, it’s impossible to take a shower (about the dirty bottom, terrible oilcloth sticking to you in the shower, I’m silent already (The towel hook is broken, you need to hang a face towel over the toilet. Towels in the deluxe room they are not white, but some kind of colorful synthetics.
2. cozy rooms.
3. excellent food (reasonable prices)
Food is also not always of high quality . . The attitude towards residents is boorish, soviet...
If you decide to no longer suffer there and move to normal conditions, no one will return your money! So think before you go there!
It was an unforgettable pleasure for my muscles. Compared to Kyiv, prices for massage are meager. And thank you for the interesting conversations during the session. I recommend, I will definitely contact you next time.
Not far from the hotel there is a market, you can buy cheap things.
Most likely, we will not change the hotel.
The purpose of my trip was moral rest, change of scenery, new impressions and recovery. Of the "1000" local hotels, my choice fell on "Slavutych Transcarpathia". There are almost no reviews on the Internet, so I decided that anything will happen. And first of all, thank you to the administrator Yana - a nice girl, from the first call made it clear: what, where, how and why! I kindly picked up the rooms on the dates that were needed, though with the relocation, but it was not difficult for me to move my things to the next building. Upon arrival in Svalyava you can call a taxi (80 UAH), or catch a passenger (50 UAH) or go to the bus station.
You will reach Sunny Transcarpathia in 10-15 minutes.
by taxi and 25 minutes by bus.
"Slavutych Transcarpathia" - a small 2-storey hotel with rooms Economy, Standard, Junior Suite, Suite. It was in two formats - economy and junior suite. Both wonderful rooms: spacious, clean, with balconies, bathroom, toilet, shower. The rooms have everything you need: refrigerator, TV, wardrobe, bed, extra. sofa, electric kettle, dishes (cups, glasses, spoons, forks, plates, decanter), clothes dryer, iron, board, and even working Wi-Fi. Pleased that the hotel has a pump room with mineral water for drinking. Of course, I would have liked to see a hair dryer in the room for complete happiness, but it was not there. There is never anyone at the reception, but you can call the administrator and solve everything! From "-" in the economy room plumbing in the bathroom was leaking and the faucet with the switch worked poorly. And the semi-deluxe room was significantly smoky, I had to buy an air freshener and remove the stench.
The hotel area, though small, but very colorful, lively, beautiful, I thought it was one of the best. A place to relax in the garden, swings, streams, flowers, grass - all give the charming color of Transcarpathia. See photo and see for yourself.
The hotel itself has a cafe on the 1st floor, where you can eat delicious and even dietary. Here you can choose a complex meal (170 UAH), or only breakfast or lunch or dinner. But how hard it is for me to follow the schedule and the interest in local cuisine overwhelmed my curiosity, I decided to visit several local establishments. A cafe (if you can call it that) near the market made me wait for dumplings for 40 minutes. , restaurant Furshet "pleased" with unpleasant service, high prices But the cafe next door "Camilla" will advise everyone. Nice staff, interesting interior, and most importantly delicious food at an affordable price and Wi-Fi.
Be sure to try chinachi, bograch, fried trout, and coffee with ice cream and cinnamon.
The resort area of Sunny Transcarpathia is similar to small Prague, many buildings, hotels, private hotels, which are especially cool in the evening. Near the forest, lake, river, which is more like a stream. The park is a small area near the main building with lots of benches. In the morning, near the pump room and the spa, people from the village sell products: cheese, milk, apples, vegetables, berries, herbs, mushrooms, teas and more. There are also two small markets, mostly material markets, but you can also buy products (sweets, coffee, oils, cosmetics, household products) from Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and more.
Recovery is usually lame, even compared to Morshyn. The only thing that pleases is WATER, it cleanses the body well, it is salty and plowing, but it is healing! But again, the pump room works on time, not always convenient.
Must beat the water outlet where you can dial at any time.
The spa is small, dating back to Soviet times, as evidenced by honey. equipment and basic interior of the premises. For example, the gym is in a terrible state: the parquet cracks underfoot, dirty carpet and rugs want to be much better. As I understand it, there is a critical lack of equipment for classes. But the coach is just great. Thank you for a great morning workout.
Another example, in the departments where people lie on couches (magnet, electrophoresis, etc. ) pillows in a terrible state, fear overwhelms when you think about how many people are here, and they do not even put disposable towels!
The process of treatment in the spa is based on the principle - to do faster, and the quality of services few people are worried about.
There are probably not enough specialists, but, for example, they do not have an endocrinologist, they do not do ultrasound of the thyroid gland, although they write that the sanatorium specializes in metabolic diseases! Doctors take as quickly as it was the first time, I realized that the necessary procedures must be called yourself, and then attribute the simplest and half of the unnecessary.
Entertainment is enough here: excursions for all tastes - thermal waters Berehove / Kosine, monasteries, waterfalls, vats; bike rides, hiking Terenkur, movies, concerts, and even dance evenings with live music. You can go to the heated pool, one of which is located in the hotel "Slavutych Transcarpathia", as well as find a jacuzzi, herbal barrels, various types of massages.
Massages in Sunny Transcarpathia are performed at every step, in every sanatorium, hotel, courtyard, but I really found only one really professional specialists - Myshko, Vasya, Vanya and they are in the Smerichka building. I definitely recommend only to them.
And yes, if you need the most beautiful manicure or pedicure, dear girl Victoria, she will be happy to do it. Her rather large office is located when climbing the stairs to the pump room.
In general, I advise you to visit, see, relax and get well!
And now about the number. The first thing that rushed was the terrible smell of smoky walls (although the room is for non-smokers). Plumbing in the bathroom is cheap, the faucet was leaking, the faucet in the shower generally fell off regularly (despite the constant attempts of the staff to fix it), the promised min. I never saw water, there was no iron either (due to the fact that I didn’t need it, I didn’t ask). A few more negatives that upset me... Somebody's old worn slippers were found in the closet (or maybe this hotel provides customers? ? brr). And on the last day of my stay in this fabulous place, the tap water apparently turned into "mineral", since there was so much bleach in it that the whole body stank after bathing and washing, and what was the taste in my mouth after brushing my teeth, I'm completely silent!! ! The fact that television practically did not work there and that the Internet has to be used only by the one that falls short of nearby hotels (since hotel employees cannot explain why their WI-FI does not work), this is also, obviously, does not apply to pluses.
What I can say good is that their towels are white and it pleases, the staff is generally helpful, the rooms are spacious.
The air there is wonderful, I will definitely go to Solnechnoye again... but that will be another story in another hotel...
