I read the topic, ask questions. There are few reviews. Literally a couple of people have just returned from the hotel. There is practically no information. Immediately slip questions about the mysterious presentation. The people are a little worried. I don't understand this excitement. Trying to cheer up a particularly negative woman. I am writing to her: Well, sleep for 1.5 hours and leave! Why worry so much? ))) In the same place I suddenly find out about some 500 euro deposit for the room! (I hear for the first time) I call the agency, they confirm it. Hm... We didn’t count on it, but oh well. I suddenly borrow a pop-up amount from a friend.
And here it is, the long-awaited day of arrival in Tenerife! I won’t write how we flew and arrived. It doesn’t matter! ))) We are met at the hotel by the host of the Premier Holiday Club, represented by agent Anna! Literally spreading her arms, as if she had been waiting for us all her life, she takes us to the suitcase (the room is not yet ready for check-in). We take off our clothes, change clothes. It's hot. A 1.5-year-old child yells, we are nothing. The second day of our general wakefulness is coming)). Some throwing around the hotel and now Anna tells us that you can check in! Hooray! There are no porters in the hotel! We take suitcases and bags, a stroller and a child and drag it all on our own to the room - first up the hill, then up the high stairs to the second floor, where the entrance to the room is located. In the future, we had to carry both the stroller and the child along this staircase every day .
The room made an impression. First of all, with its size. )) On the ground floor there is a living room with a spacious balcony, a small kitchenette, a bathroom and a bedroom. On the second floor there is another bedroom with a balcony and another bathroom. Each bedroom has a spacious wardrobe. Furniture slightly worn, but generally ok. Flat TV without Russian channels. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare light lunches and dinners. Pots, spoons, forks, toaster, coffee maker. Ironing board with iron. They promised to give everyone a white coat, but we didn’t wait for them)) Of the minuses: Dangerous stairs to the second floor. Very steep, high and without railings. didn’t start climbing up or suddenly run out of the upper bedroom down! There are no doors between the upper bedroom and the stairs . . The flight down for the child would most likely be the last in his life (see photo). The plumbing was also not pleased. The trouble on the second floor was for beauty, and the mixer fell off all the time and with a roar fell into the bathroom. )) The water abruptly switched from cold to boiling water and vice versa. different sides, which is not good for couples! )))
I liked the hotel area very much! Clean, green and beautiful! Two swimming pools for adults. One with ice water, the second with ordinary + a small heated children's pool. There were always enough sun loungers. At the reception, amazing, smiling and polite Spanish girls. They don’t understand Russian, but they communicate perfectly in English. some questions, all our problems were solved instantly! Thanks to them!
I can’t say anything about food at the hotel. We cooked in our room, or ate in cafes on the waterfront, of which there are a million...
And so, the extremely polite and smiling Anna tells us that we can settle down, and after 2 hours she is waiting for us in the lobby to take us around the neighborhood, show us the supermarket and the beach (which is a 20-minute walk, we spotted). We are surprised ! What a service!
After a tour of the neighborhood, Anna writes us her cell phone on a piece of paper (contact us at any time of the day), invites us to a welcome meeting the next morning (this is Saturday), in the evening for karaoke, and on Monday for a presentation! (You know about her? ). We nod our heads: - of course we know! 1.5 hours will have to be spent! - here Anna makes round eyes and tells us that the presentation is not 1.5 hours, but 3.5, and all 5! Depending on our UNDERSTANDING! ))) We are a little surprised, but what to do? )))
Monday. By 10 am we go down to the club's office on the minus first floor. Strange. I don’t see a crowd of people. But I thought that the presentation would be for everyone! )) But no! To be fair, at the very beginning we warned her that we would not buy a certificate. Anna ignored my statement like this and the presentation begins with the words: Tatyana, first of all I want to thank you for your activity on the forum! You are doing the right thing by collecting detailed information before you go! By the way, we know that you were in America... (Oh, I think I. That is, everything that I wrote was read by them from cover to cover. It turns out that not only I, but also about me collected information)) Interesting! ))
Further . . we are promised that the card can be sold back to the club at any time, they explain the payment system for * utilities *. The price is not called. I ask: What then is the benefit of the hotel if I can return the card, and even for a higher cost than I bought! He asks such questions! Now I will explain everything to you! )))......... 3.5 hours pass, Anna asks if we understand everything? We say *Yes*, and then director Tatyana sits down at our table and writes us the amount of -26.000 euros on a piece of paper . . I shake my head negatively! Then Tatyana deducts from this amount 2 times 10%, 800 euros that we allegedly paid for our accommodation, takes away 500 euros of the deposit and shows me the resulting amount again. I say * No. Thank you, but we are not interested *
And then the fun begins. Tatyana gets up and leaves. It’s not her royal business to persuade customers. And Anna changes in her face and blows away all her courtesy like the wind blows away. She immediately *forgets* that I am *a smart and educated person*, says me that I am a housewife and, unfortunately, I am no longer able to think clearly))) Addresses my husband: Well, you are a business person! You must understand that you NEED this certificate! ))))))))
We say *No* again! And we also say that we can’t afford it at all. Otherwise, how else can you bring the agent to his senses? To which Anna almost starts screaming: I know very well that no one goes on vacation with the last money! I don’t believe you !! ! This is stupidity on your part, not to buy what you are offered! , - tries to give us some other option *for students*, and when we say *NO* again, it gives out: Well, since you are such beggars, come, we will feed you or something, - to be honest, I didn’t say anything, because I thought that this simply couldn’t be me misheard! But my husband heard the same thing and asked Anna to pull herself together and not exaggerate. Fortunately for Anna, my husband is an extremely restrained and well-mannered person. Anyone else would immediately tear off this young lady's tongue for such words! )) In the end, we were told that our names were blacklisted and we would never go to any club hotel again let's get there!
On this, all communication with the Premier Holiday Club IN THE CLUB ended. The rest of the 10 days we were left to ourselves. The next day we went back to the office to ask Anna about the car promised to us, but seeing her brick-stone face with a slight fury in eyes, they decided not to go down to the basement of the office anymore and solve their problems on their own.
To be honest, from the behavior of Anna's agent at the presentation, I was simply shocked and decided to write a review on the forum upon arrival home.

We came for 5 kopecks and did not buy anything from us! Yes, your ceiling is Turkey! Write your reviews anywhere, we don't give a damn! ))) -I tried to answer, but then there are outright insults!
Here it is, amazing Russian service! )))) What kind of decency can we talk about in the future if such people work in the company? What kind of experience and foresight of the company can we talk about if they literally don’t give a damn about their reputation? Knowing that a lot of people come to the forum, they allow themselves to discuss tourists and speak in this way ?? ? Yes, in no Turkey and no Egypt, we will never not hamili. Not to mention more civilized and expensive countries!

In order not to end my review on such an unpleasant note, I want to say that despite all the *efforts* of the host, we succeeded in our vacation. Tenerife is an island of stunning beauty. and loving couples! A huge selection of interesting excursions, beaches for every taste and color, mountains, sun! This is not the first time we have a rest and we have never returned twice to the same country. But I would return to Tenerife! I want to say thank you to the travel agency *Safari* for sending us to such a wonderful place!!!

And the Russian misunderstanding in the form of a basement office to the hotel itself, and even more so to Tenerife, has nothing to do! If you are not afraid of 20-minute walks to the beach, then everything will be OK! By the way, a free bus takes them to the beach every day. did not use. Well, if you rent a car, all the more so solve all your problems. You will not be tied to one beach and coast. And trips around the island will give you a lot of pleasant impressions!
