I really liked the hotel! I liked everything: the room, the breakfast, and the location! Except for a couple of little misunderstandings, everything else is divine! ! !
What were the misunderstandings?
1. The key card that we were given for the first time did not open the room at all where we were supposed to live. Moreover, she opened an inhabited room, where there were no people in that one! I understand that Scandinavia has a low crime rate, but anything can happen...
I had to go down to reception and explain the situation. The card was reprogrammed, but the wrong number was called! Which she did not unlock!
I had to go down again and find out the situation. When the mistake was discovered, we finally settled in the right room. But what was that number! . . ))))))
2. "Dry ration". After the first night there was a trip to the fjords, so a dry ration was ordered.
The rations were packed in fairly large boxes (like a shoe box for sandals or moccasins), but inside there was such a minuscule amount that it was possible to give them in bags))) meat : ) ) and fruit: who was lucky, he had 2 fruits - a pear and a banana; and someone had to be content with just a big apple.
But all these are trifles, because the hotel is really good! You just feel like a man, honestly! We had a corner room, so the entire outer wall was occupied by huge panoramic windows (we lived on the 7th floor), a view of the Oslo sleeping area, some kind of river murmured below)) The room had an "entrance hall" with a closet and an ironing board, and in dignity. node - bathroom-shower.
Breakfast (we tried it on the 2nd day of our stay) was very, very varied: red fish, and fried bacon (they love it), and much more!
Summary: the hotel is very good, small misunderstandings did not spoil the positive impression of it! More often, Accord would cooperate with the Radisson network))))
