We arrived at the hotel late, after 12 at night, so they settled us quickly.
The reception staff is very kind and helpful, smiling. Only English-speaking, during the rest I did not hear Russian speech from any of them, however, as I saw Russian guests once or twice in total.
Asked for a room on the floor above, gave the 10th. As for the deposit, it was not possible to "disown" him. They contributed $100. (Actually, from this deposit, the recently introduced tourist tax was taken away (about 15 dirhams per day).
After filling in the necessary documentation, we were escorted to the room with our things, everything was shown, told and left to rest.
The room is really big. This is a whole apartment : ) We had a bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe (inside a safe, an ironing board, an iron), a mirror table (a hair dryer in its nightstand) and a TV.
Bathroom - bath, sink, toilet and all kinds of bath accessories (shampoos, balms, creams, gels, bathrobe, slippers, hats / rubber bands; sticks, cotton pads; nail files, etc. )
Corridor.
Another bathroom with toilet and sink.
Kitchen. It has a refrigerator, a set, a washing machine, a whole set of dishes, a kettle and a set of coffee / tea. Basically everything you need and more ; )
And a guest room. With sofa, table, desk, TV. and all kinds of cabinets.
Of the Russian channels, one is the first.
Everything always worked properly. If something was needed, everything was resolved quickly by calling the reception.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with a plate of fruit as a compliment and a letter of thanks with wishes for a good rest.
Wi-Fi throughout the hotel is free, worked and caught well.
Swimming pool on the first floor of the hotel under the open sky. Give out a couple of towels per person. They move where you need a sun lounger and open an umbrella only when they see you trying to do any of this yourself.

Our tour package included breakfast, we were very pleased with it. The assortment does not change, but everything that is there is always tasty and fresh. Freshly squeezed juices; pastries, yoghurts; fruit; eggs; all kinds of dry breakfasts; vegetables; fish; nuts and many others.
There seems to be a transfer to the beach, but I can’t say anything about it, we went all the time ourselves. Mostly on Barasti Beach (If anyone is interested: open from 11 o'clock, admission is free. Youth beach, no children there. They may ask for a passport. Sunbeds, umbrellas - free of charge. All water / food brought will have to be thrown away at the entrance. And already there to buy 1.5 liters of water for 20 dirhams ; ) )
Not far from the hotel metro station - Internet City. We bought a silver card and used it often.
Taxi always and everywhere at the wave of your hand. Landing - 3 dirhams. From the hotel to Barasti beach, it was 12-14 dirhams. Only when you go back to the hotel, in addition to the name of the hotel, say "Tik" - so that they know the area where to take you)))
