So the window was closed, but the noise remained. Bathed. Bathrobes/towels are wet. Change once a week. Nowhere to dry. The towel dryer in the bathroom does not work. Despite the fact that the temperature in the room is high, the humidity is such that condensation has formed on the glass. During the day, nothing dried up. Half an hour after checking in, the wife stepped on some kind of pin sticking out of the floor. The front door stopper was found in the closet and screwed onto this pin. Complained only about the heat. We sent. Politely. In Russian. There are enough Russian-speaking staff. I emailed the hotel administration already with a photo of sweat on the glasses and with a request to change the temperature and turn on the dryer. From your phone, the benefit is a French SIM card. Because there is no wifi in the room - the signal is very weak. The answer is NOTHING. We just had breakfast and left for Venice. In the evening, go to the pool and try to fall asleep in the steam room under the noise from the window. 10 hours before our departure we were offered. . . Move to another room. Very nice hotel, stylish and nicely decorated. There are many different thermal pools, from which you simply do not want to leave. Everything is organized at the highest level: check-in, organization of a visit to the doctor, registration for procedures. The hotel provides a free transfer from Venice Airport.

Nice rooms, good wifi. Cons: Didn't like the food. Monotonous and not very tasty snacks on the buffet. In general, the dishes are beautifully served, but they do not bring taste joy. The kitchen is clearly lame and does not live up to the general level of the hotel. And everything else did not cause any complaints. I really want to come back to this hotel again.
