The hotel was chosen under the program "Club rest" with the club "Absolute". A club holiday is a newfangled waste of money, but the hotel is really great. Perfectly clean, new furniture, quiet, comfortable. Great location - close to beaches, shops, supermarket. Calm and, I'm not afraid of the word, respectable area of the city.

Lived above reception so WF was in the room. We took apartments without food and did not regret it at all, as we found a wonderful restaurant with affordable prices of 5-6 euros for a dish (Aberdeen, which is next to the Iberostar Bungaville hotel). Tried other restaurants (including restaurants of the Aberdeen chain) - expensive and tasteless. We also ate in the room - the prices in the supermarket "Dino" are affordable (50 m from the hotel down, inside a small shopping center, the emblem is a cute dragon).

I agree with previous reviews. The hotel is good, comfortable. But not 4 stars. Good trio.

We (2 children and 2 adults) lived in this hotel in a villa - this is a 2-storey house with its own courtyard and jacuzzi, so you can not go to the communal pool, and there is also a table, chairs and sun loungers, there are also everything you need: kitchenette, TV and on the 1st floor and on the 2nd floor, on the 2nd floor there is a bath with hydromassage and a washbasin, a toilet on each floor.

Linen was changed every 3rd day, towels were changed every day, they did not have time to get dirty. We took breakfast and dinner, for breakfast there was always juice (orange, tomato, grapefruit), coffee-tea-cocoa, pastries, everything that can be made from eggs, including pancakes, fried bacon, cold cuts, all kinds of cheeses, chopped vegetables, sliced fruits such as watermelon, melon, pineapple and whole - kiwi, tangerines, pears, apples, bananas, and there were also dried fruits, yogurts and cottage cheese, dinner generally exceeded all my expectations, the only thing that drinks for dinner had to be ordered for an additional fee. For children there is a mini-club, but the animators did not speak Russian, a playground, an inflatable trampoline and a mini-disco in the evening. The staff is very friendly, so everything was very pleasant. As for the weather, when we were driving, I could not find reliable information, if someone does not know it is about +18 in the mornings and it is fresh enough, we went to the beach no earlier than 11.00, it was already about +20-+22, in the sun closer to at noon it was all +27, in the evening about +20

We went June 8th. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the ocean and did not run out of it. Very nice warm water. as in But I warn you right away, the sun is here, Egypt. I advise you to take sunscreen 30. Since there is a volcano on the island, all the roads are very winding, and you have to go up and down all the time.

Since there is a volcano on the island, all the roads are very winding, and you have to go up and down all the time. But there is an alternative - rent a bike (stop near the hotel) 6 euros for 2 hours. There is also a bus within walking distance just go down the street). Who is going to Tenerife because of the killer shopping, not advising this particular hotel (too far from the top shops), but on the other hand it is very quiet and calm. Well, if you want to go to the shops, then you pay 1.35 euros and go to Las Americas (small choice) or buy Bonobas 12 euros and go to Santa Cruz for 110 (Express 1 hour) or 111 (2 hours). If you buy a Bonobas, then it is enough for the round trip (to the station) and even from the station to the hotel.
Well, in Santa Cruz, of course, there are a lot more shops, for example, on Calle Castillo. And there is an amazing market ... de Afrika with meat, vegetables and fragrant fruits.
Feeding is decent, even champagne on Sundays. (I advise you to take HB) And for lunch you can buy fruit or something more serious in HiperDino (near the hotel) or in Alteze, also near it in El Duqe.
Everything for sports is done in this hotel --- free treadmills, bicycles and barbells (there is a photo)
It’s better to go swimming on El Duqe beach, because you don’t have to go up the road for a long time, unlike Playa de Fanabe. In addition, El Duqe has whiter sand.
Of course, this hotel is for children: in the restaurant you can choose your own ice cream and decorate it, as well as many playgrounds, a mini club.
I advise you to choose the hotel you need.

I have an ambivalent impression of the hotel. Very friendly staff, good area imitating a small town (there is even a building that looks like a church), there is no feeling of crowding, although the hotel is quite large, clean, good location. But in general, the hotel, if it is possible to assign 4 stars, is very weak.

But in general, the hotel, if it is possible to assign 4 stars, is very weak.
We lived in a bungalow with a private garden and a jacuzzi, the furniture is a little old, but not bad, there is a flat-screen TV in the bedroom, but the bathroom is just shameful. The toilet bowl is rusty, the lid on it is cracked, in the bath (with hydromassage) there are also cracks and smudges, for some reason the light is only above the washbasin, incl. if you take a bath at night, then you will have to do this almost in the dark. Of the accessories only soap, shampoo and comb.
Didn't like the food. Firstly, it is monotonous (half of the dishes are repeated daily), and secondly, it is often simply inedible. For example, my favorite gazpacho soup. living salt. Moreover, according to the reviews of the restaurant workers themselves, it is always like this. That is, all customers complain almost daily and nothing changes. In general, the chef seems to be a big fan of salt. There were at least two more salads that were simply impossible to eat. The choice of hot dishes is small and again monotonous. That is, there seems to be a lot of everything, but as soon as you approach the racks, there is nothing to choose from. Rice is different - great, but every day the same set, pasta too - five types, but with the same seasoning, soup - one, desserts are the same. Salads are repeated within 3-4 days. I absolutely do not advise going there for full board - the same food is offered for dinner as for lunch. The difference is in a couple of dishes. The hotel also has all-inclusive, but it is only valid until 23:00 and only for a very small set of drinks. It doesn't apply to snacks. That is, even for the most miserable sandwich you have to pay. No pizza, not even a bag of beer chips. Yes, and I was also incredibly lucky - in a restaurant a cockroach climbed onto a chair, what size they are in Tenerife, I think you know. I don’t know how I didn’t throw a tantrum there, even the little ones terrify me. From that evening, for the remaining two days, it constantly seemed to me that they were everywhere.
It was also noisy in the evenings, until 12 o'clock, from neighboring hotels, although we go to bed late and this did not bother us. Yes, and there was absolutely miserable animation. And all in German.
We took the car t, we got it very cheap, because. It was low season and the girl gave us a good discount. They also bought tickets to Loro and Siam parks. We did not take any excursions, we went everywhere ourselves with a guidebook.

Just returned from Isabel Family Hotel. The holiday was wonderful. Before the trip, we studied all the available reviews and photos, there were not so many of them about this hotel. Upon arrival, we were surprised: the hotel in reality is much more beautiful and interesting than in the photo.
The reception staff was friendly, since we arrived quite late in the evening, we were offered to leave our passports, take our luggage to the storage room, and go to dinner ourselves before it was over. After dinner, we went to the reception, where everything was already done, they returned our passports, handed over the keys, drew a map of the passage to our room on the map and wished us a good rest.
We went to look for our number. By this time it was already dark on the street, we had to wander through the streets of the complex until we found our building. Everywhere there are signs with apartment numbers, but how these numbers were assigned to them remains a mystery to me. At first, we met numbers at 7, then at 5, then we still saw a sign with numbers at 4. It was a large building, with an elevator, our room was on the 7th floor (at least we had to press 7 in the elevator), but in general, in our understanding, this is somewhere on the fifth floor. And the rooms for 6 ended up in a bungalow on the other side of the pool. Where is the logic? However, we quickly remembered how to go to our building, and no longer wandered.
The room turned out to be quite cozy, exactly like in the photo, but it felt a little smaller than expected. Everything worked, no cockroaches. We immediately went to bed, and in the morning we discovered that the loggia offers a beautiful view of the territory of the complex, the pool, nearby hotels and OH HAPPINESS! to the ocean. In general, we were lucky with the room, because in rooms at 0, only the fence wall is visible from the windows.
The hotel is a solid 4. The furniture is simple, not new, but not falling apart either. The TV is small, not flat, 1 Russian channel - RTR-Planeta. The kitchen has everything you need. The refrigerator is not big, but we only kept fruits and drinks bought in the supermarket there, because we didn’t bother with cooking. However, the presence of a coffee maker was handy, but the absence of a kettle is a minus. Water for tea was driven through an empty coffee maker. Bed linen changed regularly. The sheets are old but soft. Towels - when new, snow-white, when very old turned gray, but always clean. Upon arrival in the bathroom, 2 sets (strange, we are the 3rd) of shampoo-gel-soap were found. We used only soap (for hands), the rest we always bring our own. There were no shower caps (again, we had with us).
Called the front desk a couple of times. On the 1st day, they did not find a remote control for the TV in the room, they said about it in the morning, they went to swim, when they returned, the remote control was lying on the table. The light in the bathroom was junk - they replaced the lamp on demand. Oh, by the way, the original TV remote control was found two weeks later under the sofa, along with candy wrappers from previous guests. It's about the quality of cleaning. In general, returning from the beach or from an excursion, they always found the room cleaned, but the maids, apparently, do not bother washing under the sofa. Otherwise, no complaints.
Liked the food. Pretty rich breakfasts - a large selection of dishes, although everything is very simple. The coffee is tasteless. Better to take with milk. For 3 weeks of stay, we found out that it is better to go to breakfast at 8-8:30, since most of the guests wake up by 9, and then there are queues for coffee, scrambled eggs, etc. Dinners are very good. There are always a lot of vegetables, side dishes, meat and fish dishes. If potatoes, then in several forms, if rice, then also: just boiled, and with vegetables, and with an egg, and of course paella. Separate rack with pasta, pizza and garlic bread. Separate grill stand: the chef grills both meat and fish in front of you. And on the main counter there are always several types of both meat and fish: fried, and stewed, and boiled, and in sauces, and without. There are always several types of cheeses on a separate table, including blue cheeses, and crackers and dried fruits. We've tried everything. From time to time there were seafood: langoustines and mussels in shells, but not as often as we would like... There was almost everything from fruits: apples, pears, oranges, kiwi, plums, peaches, apricots, grapes, on a separate table, watermelon already cut into pieces , melon, papaya, pineapple. I leaned on watermelon and pineapple (very juicy and tasty). My daughter leaned on ice cream: 4 kinds, you put as much as you want, next to the table with syrups, sprinkles, whipped cream and waffle rolls. I decorated my dessert every day in a different way. Desserts are also nothing: tiny cakes, and large cakes, and pies with berries. Yes, despite the season, there were no cherries and strawberries, but it was all in the nearest supermarket (Hyper Dino - 2 steps from the hotel). In general, for food 4+.
The territory is very interesting, clean, well-groomed. Streets, squares, each has its own name. The photo gives the impression that there is no greenery at all, only stones. In fact, there is a lot of greenery, and flowers, and palm trees, and cacti (where without them). Very cozy. The pool is big and the water is warm. On the one hand, a smooth entry - kids are constantly splashing there, although they also have their own children's pool. But the parents are apparently bored there, he is completely separate, so they hang out in the big one, along with the kids in the small. There were enough sun loungers for everyone, umbrellas - no. By the end of our stay, they bought a whole batch of new umbrellas and distributed them to those who wished. In general, the contingent of tourists is mainly Germans, British and Spaniards. Many have all-inclusive bracelets. Therefore, they spend the whole day in the hotel by the pool, where they drink and feed. There are very few Russians, and instead of the pool, they spend time on the beach, as well as we do. The nearest beach is Playa Fanabe. Walk for 10 minutes at a normal pace, moreover, we are with a child. Back of course longer, as the hill. But it's still not scary. The beach is good, we traveled a lot of beaches in 3 weeks, we decided that ours is the best. Good gentle entry into the water. No rocks at the bottom. There are breakwaters, so the wave is small, even with the wind. There are souls and foot washers. The beach is large, there are a lot of vacationers on weekends, but there is enough space for everyone. A good beach is Del Duc, but it is further away, and there the ocean is "more exciting", and the bottom is worse. Although the sand is whiter. You can't really get to the rest of the beaches without a car.
What else? Yes! There is no washing machine in the room, I knew about it, so I took more things, especially for the child, but still, after 10 days, the question arose about washing. It turned out that there is a self-service laundry. In the evening at the reception you buy a token for 5 euros, in the morning on the way to breakfast you taxi into the "lavander", stuff your laundry, throw the token and turn it on. The powder is already there, apparently poured automatically when turned on. You go to breakfast. On the way from breakfast, you come in, pick up the linen and go to the room (washing takes 32 minutes, we had just that much breakfast, slowly), hang the linen on the balcony and go to the beach. In the evening, everything is dry, you can iron it (I always take an iron with me from home). You can, of course, dry it in a tumble dryer, but that's another 5 euros, but what's the point? There is a clothes dryer on the balcony, and we also brought a rope and clothespins with us (learned from previous trips).
What else is paid? Safe. 12 euros per week. But the soul is calm. Pool towels - deposit 10 euros per 1 pc. Upon departure, the deposit is returned. Wi-Fi at the reception is free. You can’t get out of the room on the Internet, but the husband somehow connected through the nearby Isla Bonita hotel. Maybe because we lived on the top floor. On the other hand, the proximity to Isla Bonita was not very convenient due to the very loud animation, which lasted much longer than ours. It used to be until 12 at night. You could hear it even through the closed balcony door. However, this did not prevent me from falling asleep, and my daughter generally fell asleep as soon as her head touched the pillow, after daytime impressions and bathing.
We rented a car from Canarias. com, whose representative sits in the hotel lobby in the morning. It turned out not cheap, but they had a choice of cars with automatic transmission, unlike other offices (we found out). The husband categorically did not want the MCP, so I had to overpay. Hyundai I10 for 7 days cost 210 euros. + petrol +- 1 euro per liter. We spent a lot of gasoline because we traveled a lot. Of course, there are problems with parking, but we always managed to find a parking space around the perimeter of the hotel. In extreme cases, you can park in the free parking lot in front of the hotel, 5 minutes walk, but on Wednesdays and Saturdays there is a market. We didn’t go to the market, since it’s not a grocery store, but a clothing store, we decided that there would still be junk and rubbish there. The free bus to Siam Park stops at the same parking lot.
We left in the evening, and the room had to be vacated at 12. It was not possible to renew the room (the hotel was full to capacity), so, having packed our things, we left the luggage in the storage room, spent the rest of the time by the pool, and my husband and daughter on a yacht in the ocean - Decided on the last day to look at the whales. Then we took a shower (there are special showers for departing guests in the hotel, everything is there: clean towels, shampoo gels, shower caps (! ), and a hairdryer), and at 17:55 - on the bus and to the airport. Goodbye Isabel! On the bus, even tears welled up in my eyes, so I didn’t want to leave.
I can safely recommend the hotel to families with children and couples aged: quiet, calm, comfortable, has everything you need, and it's all very inexpensive. The youth will be bored. Hanging out is better in Las Americas.

Recently returned from there... Extremely dissatisfied with the hotel. Where are the 4 stars from? Even "tyrnet" only at the reception. There are a lot of little things that extremely poison existence. You won’t drink coffee before 9 in the morning, the bed is changed extremely rarely, until you throw it on the floor.

I liked the hotel, relatively close to the ocean. The rooms are clean, comfortable, not noisy! We only took breakfast! Sometimes we dined in restaurants and cafes of the resort, but this is more expensive than cooking something yourself, since the room has a small kitchen with a minimum set of necessities.

Products bought in a supermarket located next to the hotel! Of the minuses: there is only one Russian-language channel in the room, and the reception does not speak Russian, but they have a Spanish-Russian translator on the computer! And sometimes our guide from the tour operator helped us! I recommend the hotel for those who do not like noise! For families with children!

The hotel is normal, it pulls honestly on its 4 keys). We lived in a bungalow, cooked ourselves, so I can’t say anything about food at the hotel, cleaning every day, changing linen on request. A very competent arrangement of houses and paths, there was no feeling of an anthill, although everything around was inhabited.

Animation for both children and adults is also of a normal level, but for me it is not particularly important. In my opinion, a solid 4+.
