The first time we ordered in a month and they forgot about us, but they quickly sorted it out and served the mag, though we had to wait and get nervous. Throughout the hotel, very polite staff, the feeling that they are not just doing their job, but sincerely welcome the guests. And this is commendable. We stayed in a studio room. Very decent room and very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. Cleaned up regularly. It is nice to walk around the area, but the place is not enough. But you can walk along the promenade or go outside the territory. You can rent a bike, a lot of animation for adults and children. Children's animation is right on top. 2 years ago, I went everywhere with the children, since they were small. Now they have grown up and give a good rest in the evenings. The food is tasty. Even the kids say it's almost as tasty as me. And it's expensive. Because Children on vacation are usually not fed with local food. The husband specifically says that the way to his rest lies through the stomach. But not enough fruit. There were more on our first trip. And my husband says the meat dishes were more varied, but I don’t remember that. Probably because I'm not a fan of meat. By the way, the area is very clean. The beach is pebbly, when entering the sea, the pebbles become larger and the legs hurt. This time we took karalki and do not strain. In fact, they have three beaches (pebbles, sand and Buddha Beach), so there is enough space for everyone. They have a wonderful sauna. But on this trip, we did not get the buzz as the first. The attendant has changed. The first guys knew such things that you were constantly in a nervous state. And now there is an ordinary attendant and if I didn’t know those guys, I would rate him as good. Even in the bath, a bucket was missing, which could be thrown over yourself by pulling on the rope. And the adjacent beach with a swimming pool is also better to order in advance, so as not to be locked up... it's a pity that masseur services are not provided in the bathhouse. There are not enough procedures with scrubs and oils between soaring. And an intimate room would be very helpful! And from the pros: there is billiards, TV and you can order food from the restaurant. The hotel has a playground overlooking the sea: 2 years ago, you could have a picnic by the fire for free, and for an additional fee, order dinner from the restaurant. Unfortunately this service is not available this year. It's sad : ( but in general the place is excellent. Everything you need for comfort is here. when the buddha beach is open and there are much more people. You have to wait for half an hour and remind yourself.

5. Weak managers and uncultured restaurant administrators (Liliana, see above and Irina - compiled a menu for the child not until the end of the vacation, as
agreed, but forgot to enter 2 days, as a result, the child sat hungry for 40 minutes and waited to be cooked).
6. It would be nice to cover the side of the children's pool with plastic or rubber (I saw how the baby fell and cut half his cheeks about him).
7. There is no place to heat milk for a child, there are no microwave ovens as a class, and this is in all rooms (there are usually lower class hotels).
8. Refrigerator in the room barely works, very weak.
9. The water in the small pool on the beach is cold, it is impossible to swim in it. It is not clear why at all? (probably so that the children wash buckets in it and draw water.
10. Playground is generally a separate song. Saved on the cover put some soft slabs, which the child constantly stumbled over.
Iron slides on them, children barely ride. There are no obstacles on the hill, you can fall at once. The carousel is already creaking and jamming.
The seat on the swing is wooden, not plastic (also opposite the restaurant), you can get it in the forehead, as the children are constantly swinging.
TOTAL: A good hotel, and if you eliminate the above shortcomings, you will become EXCELLENT. THANK YOU! !
From May 31 to June 10 of this year, I rested with my grandson in your hotel. We really enjoyed. For those who want to enjoy the silence, wonderful air, warm sea and communicate with the most pleasant staff of the Hotel, we recommend that you relax at the Mar Le Mar Hotel. Excellent rooms, delicious "home" cuisine, well-maintained territory of the Hotel and the beach, dispose to excellent rest. Wonderful animation with children, games on the beach, on the territory of the Hotel, in the kids club. And how can you forget the culinary fights, where the children themselves make dough figures under the guidance of a chef, and then, after they are browned in the oven, they eat them with great pleasure. All in all, my grandson and I really enjoyed it. I didn't even want to leave home. We plan to come back during the velvet season. WE RECOMMEND A STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!

1. I join other reviews about the staff. The staff is the main plus of this hotel. You can contact any employee for any question and they will help you instantly. Everyone is smiling and the atmosphere is very friendly.
2. Children's animation. Even if everything else would be nothing - I would come back here because of the children's animation. I hardly saw the children, I took them only for lunch and dinner. Constantly some kind of events, then sculpt, then draw, then sing, then dance, then they play ball in a heated pool, then they frolic in a dry pool on the beach..... The animators are just super, special greetings from my guys to Miron (Miroslav )) and Lesha (girls animators are also great). Thanks to Natalya Nikolaevna for a serious approach to the employment of children.
3. Feed for slaughter. We were also equipped with dry rations on the road. The waitresses are very nice girls, they try to help in everything. Especially when it comes to supplements (there is now a set menu, not yet in season).
4. Light, there is water. The rooms have air conditioning with heating function. The rooms are very clean. As stated, towels are changed every day, bed linen - every three days.
5. Super air - a mixture of marine and coniferous.
6. At the time of our holiday entertainment for adults - heated pool, gym, billiards, massage, a glass of wine on the beach. Anyway, this is what I used.
7. The transfer is excellent, without delay, clean car, polite drivers.
8. If you are lucky and you get to the tasting of Crimean wines, be sure to go. I listened to a very interesting lecture about Crimean wines and tried Crimean wines from the wine list of a local restaurant. Tasting, at least during my stay, was free.
There are minor disadvantages, as elsewhere, but against the general positive background from the rest I will not even write about them, all the more I know that the hotel administration is working to eliminate them.
The children are delighted, they brought a bunch of important souvenirs for them.
