This is a hotel for those who are tired of the frantic pace of big cities, of people. You will go to Nha Trang, plunge into the multinational hubbub, noise and bustle of the metropolis. And with delight you return to the silence and bliss of the Winpearl Resort hotel.
Well, fly in the ointment! This is the hotel guide of the Anex tour Victoria Tarasenko. After the injury, we could not go on the third tour. Vika brought the money just before leaving. In the calculation that the ailing grandmother will not have time to understand and do something. I took dollars without even counting. Not assuming that my trust can be deceived by the representative of the Anex tour. 100 dollars was not exchanged either at the hotel, or at the bank, or in stores. How can a pensioner know that they are old, worn, scribbled and therefore not subject to exchange. To my request to return the money, not candy wrappers ......"They will exchange them for you in Russia ......"Dare, lame old woman! Alas! They were not accepted anywhere.
In case of an injury, I was able to get through to the manager of the Anex tour of Maria in Orenburg.
She solved the problem with treatment. But not to Tarasenko. And again the hotel saved me. The doctor at the hotel is highly professional! He put me on my feet before leaving. I recommend the hotel. Very very very.!!! ! But.........The hotel guide is not clean! This in no way concerns hotel employees. They ran after me for 3 days, returning the glasses I had forgotten. While I missed the loss and recognized them. Follow Victoria Tarasenko at every contact, otherwise you will leave in a bad mood and robbed. With bad memories of the vacation, for which I have been collecting money for more than one year.
The food in this gourmet hotel, I don’t even know what was not there, but we only had breakfasts and even our eyes just ran wide!!!
Dinners are royal, we took at the hotel or went to the city (boat + taxi).
In general, Vinpearl is a whole world, it is insanely beautiful there, you want to walk around the island and explore every corner, and in the evenings you can go to their club for a disco!
Our trip was fabulous!
My family and I went to Vietnam in the spring.
By the hotel: The territory is large, Parks and water slides work for the hotel free of charge. good aquarium. The staff is very friendly everywhere.
There were some shortcomings, in the form of ants, but this did not spoil the impression.
Pegasus, of course, as always, delayed the departure time both there and back by several hours. But everything else was organized. We drove for 40 minutes by bus to the mainland reception of the hotel. There we were registered, treated to a delicious orange drink and given magnetic cards - our passes to the island, to the amusement park and to the room. 10 minutes by boat - and we are on the island, a couple more minutes by tuktuk - an open minibus - and we are in a beautiful paradise. I really liked the hotel staff - they are all so smiling, sincere, and in general the Vietnamese, even those who sell in the market, seemed to me like that, unlike the Chinese, for example.
The food in the restaurant is very good. Although in the Turkish five stars it is usually more diverse. Here we missed simple basic dishes for children like mashed potatoes. Whoever has kids, I recommend taking instant cereals for breakfast! However, the children never left hungry, they always found something. Very tasty soups with noodles are served by chefs, you show them, and they throw all kinds of dressings that they have on their plates into your plate. There have always been fruits, many and tasty - bananas, watermelons, papaya, dragon fruit, etc. A separate topic is desserts. I have not eaten such natural and delicious cakes for a very long time!!!
The on-site swimming pool is huge, clean, broken down into children's and adult areas. The sea is warm, there are almost no people on the beach, sunbeds are free. One minus - jellyfish biting. They didn’t bite my husband and children, but I got blisters every day. I liked them : )
Rooms are clean, furniture and fixtures are new. Every day they put in new bottles with good soap and soap accessories, a sewing kit, etc. , small chocolates. Once every three days - a plate of fruit.
Many Vietnamese among the tourists. There are Koreans, Japanese, English speakers. There are plenty of Russians too. That there are not so many of our compatriots, I consider it a plus, since in Turkey I have seen enough of how ours "break away". And here it is very calm, family-like and romantic.
A separate delight is the amusement park, in which the hotel settlers have free admission (and the cable car from the island to the city - without a queue! ). Many attractions for children and adults, the husband and daughter were delighted with the water park. Security measures are very scrupulously observed, which pleased. Children will not be allowed on the attraction if they do not fit in height. I definitely recommend going down the alpine route on a sleigh machine, it's unforgettable! The uplift is automatic, and down, everyone regulates the speed themselves, you can accelerate to 30 km / h. Employees make sure that the distance is kept, and no one bumps into anyone. Suitable even for a coward like me : )
Almost every day there is live music in the hotel lobby - classical nairoyale or folk music on Vietnamese instruments. There is also some kind of program on the street in the evenings, but we never went, because we went to bed at 9 o'clock. It gets dark early there, from 6 pm. But everyone gets up early there - breakfast starts at 6 o'clock, and by this time you usually don't feel like sleeping. At least, to the Far East (with Khabarovsk, the time difference is minus 4 hours).
We decided to definitely return there in a couple of years (when the eldest daughter grows up to 130 cm - from that moment on almost all rides and water slides are allowed)!
I'm talking about my impressions. To begin with, an introduction - all men are small children... When choosing a hotel, my MCH read somewhere about this Winperl, and firmly decided that it was worth going there and realizing his childhood dream - to ride plenty of rides. I initially thought about the island of Phu Quoc, but, apparently, my dream was not as strong as his!! ! Entertainment won.
The main feature of this hotel is that it is located on an island, quite large, very green. There is also an amusement park on the same island, where you can come by buying a ticket and not even staying in a hotel. And those who live here just come and use all the rides for free and at least all day long. This is really krrrrto! The feeling that everything is possible and always and in any quantity! Sometimes we went to the beach only in the morning, but we came to the park twice a day. The coolest thing we liked the most is the cars at night. I don’t know the name of this attraction, a kind of long road through the jungle, you drive the car yourself, this is a thrill. And at night, the whole thing is also illuminated. Beautiful shows are held every evening. In the morning we went to the water park. In general, not a day without an amusement park !!!!
The same fun was riding the funicular - very beautiful, but also scary!! ! Especially great in the evening, when the pillars were illuminated like the Eiffel Towers. Darkness and towers. . . Unrealistically cool!! ! We went for a walk around Nyachang at night - not a very clear resort, it's more like a city, all the hotels are across the road, a strange choice. I have no regrets about ours. By the way, once we took a walk and the funicular stopped working until the morning. Well, we were told that we can still take a speed boat. No more late.
The territory of the hotel is huge, as if it smoothly passes into the island itself. It even has its own monastery, a huge Buddha statue on the mountain. It is very quiet and detached, frivolous clothes and swimwear are not allowed. Be sure to go! You will see the statue of Buddha on the mountain from the beach - and in this area there will be a ladder climb.
The most important thing - after the rides - of course! Sea! ! Magic is simple. Warm, very warm! The beach is gorgeous. Very large and picturesque. There were enough places for everyone, although the hotel is rather big - probably half went to the city or went to the attractions. Someone spent the day by the pool, but this holiday is not for us. Why is it needed, this pool when there is such a sea !!!
The hotel as a whole is nothing special. And why else features, when it is already unique. The room is small, but clean and stylish, great bathroom!!!
Meals 3 times a day. A little tired, to be honest, from this reservation and expected that everything would be tastier. Kind of like a lot of food, but not very tasty. The meat is not soft, the fish is not tasty. They got used to the local soup, even then they ate it for breakfast. The service in the restaurant is not very good, the appliances do not change, somehow in general, rather weak.
The hotel has Wi-Fi, catches periodically well, even in the room.
Russian in the hotel sea. And moreover, a lot from the Far East, Siberia. I don’t want to offend anyone, but this is such, excuse me, “tagil”. Uncles of considerable size and the same rather small aunts. And how they behave... Sometimes it was a shame to admit that we are also Russian... For some reason, our people are sure that the local Vietnamese should understand them, moreover, their Russian folklore and obscenity. Terrible.
In general, like everything. Despite the terrible impression from compatriots, nevertheless, in general, the emotions from the rest are positive. Vietnam is beautiful, its people are smiling and hospitable. The hotel is unique. We rested to the glory, as if we had returned to childhood. It's true. So many emotions and impressions!!!!! ! But next time we decided to go to Phu Quoc.
Rest were very satisfied. My husband and I love Southeast Asia, and we usually go there in winter. But this time we went to Asia for the first time with a child, so we chose especially carefully. When planning a trip, there were doubts whether it is worth going to Vietnam in the summer? It turned out that it is worth it in Nha Trang!
In our opinion, the beach and the sea at Vinpearl Resort are the best of all the places we have been.
Clean, beautiful view, there is a feeling of seclusion of the beach, few people - even when the hotel is full. There are always free sunbeds, you do not need to occupy them. The beach is really clean, the sand is fine, almost white.
It's better to take the Executive case. It's better and quieter. We took a Grand Deluxe Ocean View room in it, and it was appreciated on the spot.
The only negative - when we booked the hotel, we indicated that we needed a room for 3 people - two adults and a child, and chose the bed option - Twins (to accommodate three) - usually these are two double beds. We have confirmed this. But when we arrived at the hotel, at the reception we were told that we have to pay $ 300 extra for a bed for a child, since they give us a room with one large King size bed, and there is nowhere for the child to sleep. Didn't want to pay. I asked to call the manager. As a result, they immediately found us a room with two beds (by the way, exactly through the wall from where we were first settled). But their Vietnamese Twins turned out to be unexpectedly narrow for the Russian people. So if in my mind, I would agree to pay these $ 300 to sleep normally. Just before the trip, if there are three of us, this fact should be taken into account in order to immediately order a King-size bed for two adults!
We had no other complaints about our stay at the hotel. The food was just super - shrimp in every possible way, Australian beef (hello Goodman), fruit, everything is very tasty. There are spicy dishes. You can easily feed the baby the whole vacation. I especially liked the desserts - not rubber, but light and natural, without chemical creams, thickeners and dyes. We joked that the chef apparently had an internship in France or Italy.
The hotel is located on the opposite side of the famous Vinpearl Park.
Every day there are free performances in the park:
Circus Show, Artistic Puppet Show, Mermaid Mini Show, and Singing Fountain Show. We have only been to the fountain show and we loved it.
The park is always crowded with people, especially in the evening. To leave the island for the mainland, queues for the funicular in the evenings stand for two hours! And we didn’t need to go anywhere, you go through the turnstile in this park, like in the subway, you swipe the hotel card, which opens the door of the room, and which also needs to be presented at the restaurant. You find yourself already in the closed territory of the hotel, and you wait for a tuk-tuk. Tuk-tuks run every 5 minutes, so getting there is very easy. You can go to the mainland by boat, taking a tuk-tuk to the pier, or by funicular - both of which are free for hotel guests, just like all the entertainment in the park! For hotel residents there is a special pass to the funicular without a queue, which is also convenient.
We went to the city several times, but there is a real “Vietnam”. We wanted to enjoy what is on site. Usually we like to go on excursions, but this time we didn’t even want to. We went to the city, we drove through all the main sights by taxi, and that was enough for us.
The hotel has a good spa, there are few people in it, so you don’t even have to sign up in advance, the prices are small. The hotel really has a sense of hospitality and it creates a holiday.
