We have been to this hotel twice in one trip. One night we spent the night in a studio located in the old building - there is an old room, moreover, it needs repair, and it is also cold. It has a bedroom and a living room connected to a small kitchen. The room size is decent and the bathroom is decent. The room has: TV, refrigerator, single-burner stove, microwave, kettle, dishes, hair dryer, iron, ironing board. All necessary furniture is available. There is no lift in the old building and the stairs are steep, which is not good if you have luggage.
2. Deluxe apartments, new building
Much more we liked the Deluxe Apartment, where we stayed for three days after returning from Paris. This is a full-fledged two-room apartment, at least 60 m2 - an entrance hall, a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and everything is absolutely not small. It is freshly renovated and has everything you need - a four-burner electric stove, a small full-fledged refrigerator, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee maker (which has disposable filters), a toaster, any dishes of very decent quality, a huge TV panel, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. board. More than a decent set of furniture in all rooms. From soap-rylnyh only liquid soap. We did not notice the presence of air conditioners, so I can not know how comfortable it is in summer. In March, we were warm and comfortable in the Apartments. Quite homely and calm environment.
3. About the hotel and location
There is a good elevator in the building, an excellent clean entrance, which is cleaned every day, while in the rooms this procedure is done every three days. Good speed free internet is provided. The hotel has a cozy patio.
Excellent location - in the heart of the Old Town. Near the most beautiful theater, close to the train stations and the central square "Main Market". Wawel is just over a kilometer away. Near the hotel itself, literally 20 meters, there is a grocery store where you can buy almost everything you need. What we enjoyed and enjoyed, as we ate mainly in our "own" kitchen.
The hotel office (there is no reception) is located in a new building above the fourth floor and you will have to go up there to get the keys. I did not like that the girl working in the office did not go downstairs for newly arrived guests. Instead, she prefers to call her mobile phone to explain where to go next and which button to press. I believe that there are not so many guests there to lift their ass several times a day and go down the elevator in order to see off the guests in person. Although, maybe I'm being picky. Along with the keys, you will receive a code for the Internet and pay a resort fee (PLN 1.6 per day per person). Naturally, the lack of reception entails some points, namely, you will be asked to inform in advance about the time of arrival. We were very late to it due to a 10-hour delay in departure, but I managed to warn about this from the airport, thanks to which we were met. I don’t know how things would have been if I didn’t have such an opportunity.

I highly recommend this hotel, moreover, it is the Apartment in a new building, especially since the difference in price is much less than the difference in the quality of accommodation.
I will gladly answer questions.

We decided to take a ride to Krakow for the weekend, to walk around the old town.
We rented an apartment, not a hotel.
Krakow City Apartments are located in the city center, next to the theater, not far from the Krakowski Gallery, the railway station and the central bus station.
The apartments are not located in the facade building, but in the courtyard, this is a separate redeemed and renovated old house. It has 5 floors, on the top is the owners' office, the rest of the floors are rented apartments.
The renovation is fresh, neat, but not luxurious. The room has a kettle, coffee maker, dishes (you can cook).
We lived in apartment number 1 on the first floor.
This is a two-room apartment with a kitchen and a bathroom. The rooms have double beds.
In fact, you can easily accommodate four people.
We hardly saw the owners, they were friendly and attentive upon check-in.
Wi-Fi was not found in our apartment.
All sights within five minutes walk.
It makes no sense to talk about Krakow itself - this is a separate issue.
In a word, I recommend.
Not expensive, well located, clean, tidy, quiet.
All successful trips.
